Christ Chapel Bible Church

I have visited this church for almost a month now and have to say that your experience will be a mix over here. Their Sunday preaching was nice and it’s good that they have print out fill in the blank notes you can take notes on during service, and that they have greeters to open door for you. The worker at the perk (their coffee shop) are nice, but the congregation does not recognize your presence.

Been going for years and I have to stop. This place is a Church country club. They will coddle your relationship with sin rather than convict. They are expanding locations rapidly rather than getting to know and help their members. It's definitely a who's who place. The soft peddling of the message will cost souls.

Today the pastor chose a large section of the Bible to "preach" and said he wouldn't be reading it because he "values our time." Right, we wouldn't want to waste our time with the Bible or anything. After a week of watching much John MacArthur I see I've been greatly deprived here. They are focused on being jovial and uplifting rather than the seriousness of our Lord. A devastating revelation but I praise God for showing me.

I go there for Bible study every Thursday night. It's good to get to know Jesus if you don't know him. ✝️🩷🙏🏻

If you want to lift your spirits and hear messages of hope and love, this is it! There's a good mix of young and old here. There's a large Children's Department. The 60-70 member choir sings many old hymns. The orchestra is very talented. Both enhance the worship portion of the service. You'll be greeted with a smile at the door. If you look lost, someone will usually ask if you need help. We enjoy our visits there.

We have attended CCBC for almost 2 years, and have decided it is the best church we have ever attended! I am retired military, so we have moved 20 times, which means we have been members of at least 20 different churches around the world, and CCBC comes in first place in our hearts. The preaching is always Biblical, and delivered in a easy understandable manner. The music is AMAZING, and enjoyable. If you want to connect with God, and be His follower, this is the place to attend.

Pastor Cody tells it like it is. He speaks straight from the Word of God and from his experience with God's Truth in his own life. He is fun and inspirational to listen to. My 22 year old son loves Pastor Cody's humor. He says it makes the sermons more relatable. You can hear, feel and see Pastor Cody's heart of love and compasssion for people, which compels him to share the conviction he has in what he believes. He doesn't candy-coat or water down anything. He is not afraid to speak boldly of what God says in His Word. And he shares with clarity and empathy because it is evidently important to him to exhort , encourage, touch, move and inspire people to trust Jesus with their lives! I am encouraged every time I hear him speak!

I was there for a conference. Very welcoming. Organized. Seating was comfortable.

Christ Chapel Bible Church had a special event called, Calling All Heroes. The event was a Pop Orchestra Concert. The concert was very entertaining and kept getting better as the night went by. An incredible modern day performance was given by a grandfather and granddaughter. The grandfather would remember music from his time and would get into costume to try to explain the music to his granddaughter but, she wasn't having it! So, he used Alexa to play the music he was referring too. That s when the orchestra played live songs from movies like,Superman,James Bond, The Incredibles and so much more. A brief movie clip was played while they performed! There was even music from The Greatest Showman! MY favorite movie. They received a standing O! While there were lots of people there. I was able to find parking quickly. A program directory was given by a Sr Citizen who looked me up and down while handing me a brochure. Awkward. There were a few seats available but, it was hard to see over people's head. So thankful to CCBC for allowing me to witness such an awesome performance! Glory to God in the to highest for all who created these beautiful pieces of music. A master piece here in my home town of Fort Worth, Texas! I encourage you to visit the church to experience up and coming events!

In the area, so I decided to stop by The Perk. (It's a coffee shop located inside the church.) They had my favorite brew on tap, Guatemalan Antigua. To further top off the experience, I used a gift card a friend gave me. Always feel safe and welcomed in the church, even though I haven't attended worship in quite some time. (I attend church through their internet campus.) Stop by anytime from 9a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday through Friday.

We attend Christ Chapel regularly. We attend the contemporary service on Sunday's at 9:15, great praise band. Ted Kitchen's is the lead pastor, they have a host of good pastors. CCBC offers wonderful yourth servcies and all life stage ministries. Feel comfortable in jeans to suits, very welcoming. Very large congregation you can be as involved or as ananymous as you'd like. Bible centered non demoninational.

This is a great large sized church that is in the process of expanding with more ministries and classes. Numerous classes to attend. Over a 8 bible studies exist. A year long biblical counseling course is available. Women's book clubs. Recovery related gender specific meetings. Free individual counseling at Soul Care. Senior focused groups and events. Wonderful youth groups and events. College age groups. Singles ministry, couples ministry, even single parent ministries. This church has a lot of groups and events going for it. Ted Kitchens is the senior pastor leading this church and not only does he give inspiring sermons he throws in community, culture, arts in to the sermons with biblical reverence without straying from God's truth. Ted is also very big into music as it is evident in the many performances held both on Sundays and the numerous other events at this church. This church has so much to offer and 4 service times on Sunday. I have to say it sure is nice to have that 5:00pm service time while I take classes and work. Great option.

I really like this church. Extremely well funded and technologically advanced in many ways. So many resources available. It is a big church. So if that isn't your cup of tea be warned. Pastor Cody is fantastic and really puts a great face for the church.

Such a fantastic and spiritually thriving community! For those intimidated by coming to a church or a new church: rest assured, this is one of the most welcoming and least uncomfortable churches you could drop in on. While being a large church, it amazes me how close-knit the community feels. In addition to wonderful worship experiences on Sundays, the classes, studies, and interactions offered are where I really fell in love with this church. There are courses for countless relevant subject matters with biblical focuses, and widespread opportunities to grow in your walk with the Lord and to give back to both your community and God's kingdom. While not perfect, I can't speak highly enough about this church community. Check it out...

I wasn't sure what to expect when I started going here. I am an outgoing person but trying a new Church intimidates me. I liked the message but was still uncomfortable about going in. The people are nice and the greeters are friendly. This may sound strange but I found that they have a coffee shop and I could watch the service on a TV inside the coffee shop. I was in a mess and could break down any moment, especially after my dog passed away. The coffee shop was the best place for me. It took some time but I became comfortable enough to join the congregation in the sanctuary. I love going to Church now. My confidence is back and going to Church here keeps me in check. I like how there is a series we follow and if I am out of town or sick I can watch online. This place has been great.

Really neat fenced in play area for little ones!! It's also shaded! It still gets a little warm but not terribly hot little most places! It's perfect & fairly safe for toddlers! It also offers a lot of room for them to roam & explore! The ground is super soft & padded to soften your little one's tumbles! Great little area!!

I came to the 11 am traditional service with my Dad over the weekend. Parking is a hassle- if only they would build a garage. This was the 3rd or 4th time my father had attended this church and I think this may be his new go to. I did enjoy the music at the beginning of the service- they have a full band going on up on stage- complete with a strings section.

Bill Egner teaches the most amazing Old Testament class at 6:30 pm each Sunday evening. Plan to spend 95 weeks of Study and each week the lessons are informative, practical and worshipful. I would highly recommend this as an hour each week that is well worth your time.

Finally, a church that unabashedly preaches the word and gets along with each other and the city. The music goes from coffee house contemporary to a traditional service with a full orchestra and choir. We looked for a fellowship ten years ago and found many friends and place to grow in faith and service

The best church ever. We went and saw a broadway show at this church last night. Once a year they put of amazing shows the talent even come out after the show and speak with everyone. So nice everyone has so much love!

I started Christ Chapel just after my husband passed away.. My neighbor had been inviting me to go with her and I didn't know what to expect, never having gone to a non denominational church before. I hadn't attended any church regularly since moving to Fort Worth many years before. I decided to go with her and if I felt it wasn't the place for me, it was simple, I would not go back. That was thirteen years ago and I absolutely loved everything about Christ Chapel. Most of all I felt that God was sitting right beside me and every time I go, I feel the same way. It seemed that everyone there was there for the same reason I was and that was to find the joy and peace that comes from knowing I am a child of God. It's the kind of church that even though there are many members, you feel right at home. Ted Kitchens, the Senior Pastor gets your attention and you want to follow along with him as he reads the passages from the Bible and you can take notes, almost as if you are in a Bible Study Class. The other Pastors are just as informative and great. If you want to go to a church that you feel God is in attendance, try Christ Chapel and sit at the front with me.
