Christ Church Detroit

The Kalkaska Quartet are fantastic musicians. The setting at ChristChurch with the abundance of candles gave an atmosphere of intimacy for this concert. The use of the candlelight kept the focus on the music.

Beautiful candlelight concert that was a Xmas gift. Beautiful string quartet among the candles. Definitely recommend checking out the upcoming concerts throughout the Detroit Metro area and Ann Arbor area too. This is a global group of many many instrumentalists.

It was absolutely beautiful!! The music was perfect and the environment was calm and the candles really set the mood. My whole family loved it!

The Hip Hop Candlelight On Strings event was incredible. Christ Church was an absolutely beautiful venue and the musicians were so talented. The intricacy of the architectural details in the church elevated the Candlelight Concert to a magnificent level. What a magical evening- we were swept away!

This was our first candlelight concert. The venue was beautiful. The music was amazing and we really enjoyed the whole experience and will look forward to attending another one soon.

I visited this church because they hosted a candlelight concert. The venue is very nice. It was dark inside the sanctuary because they were only using candlelight. The wooden seating was uncomfortable and hard. It was difficult to see the musicians because the people seated in front of me were tall. The sound was clear. They have handicapped parking in the lot by the church. There is a paid lot and limited street parking for everyone else.

Beautiful and historic building! The community is very welcoming and accepting to all people, and the services are wonderful!
