Christ the King Catholic Church

This Parish was so warm and welcoming. Will definitely visit again when I am in the are.

They are speaking in tongues during their worship music. At mass. There is no interpreter for what is being said. This goes against Paul’s instructions regarding tongues. This mass felt wrong. Way far too evangelical styled. You do not need guitars and a drum set. As a catholic, I cannot recommend this church especially for new catechumens. It’s going in the wrong direction and I pray it can be corrected soon. Sad sight. Return to tradition. Do not change the church to modern formats. The mass should be timeless.

I’ve been a Catholic my whole life, but have never experienced a church community like CTK! Incredibly devout, lively and engaging. Love attending mass here and will miss it when I leave Michigan.

Beautiful mass, went for Christmas Eve service and it had me and my family near tears, the youth group is really good as well, and the parishioners love Jesus and serve God. Highly recommend.

Beautiful parish! I have CTK to thank for introducing me to the power and love of the Holy Spirit. The parish is alive and filled with on fire Catholics who live their faith. Fr. Ed gives incredible homilies filled with scripture and beautiful theology as well as powerful testimonies of the Holy Spirit working today. The RCIA program is so welcoming and very informative. If you haven’t been to church in a while or are curious about what Catholics believe don’t be afraid to check CTK out!

This is my home Parish. This is also one of the only charismatic Catholic churches in the area or the state for that matter. Includes Eucharistic style worship, with full use of the spiritual gifts, and excellent Amelie's by no other than father Ed Freiddy. Who is an excellent man of God, and a pillar in the community. Truly Christ the King it's one of the most welcoming and unique parishes you will ever meet or come into contact with in the Catholic Community. They are people that truly love the Lord and are seeking after him. These are not your lukewarm Catholics oh, these people are on fire for the Lord oh, and I'm proud to be one of them.

While a fairly new church (and modern in flavor for my tastes)this and the near-by Catholic bookstore in Domino Farms are a “must” for Catholics visiting Ann Arbor. Good turn-out at the daily 12 Noon Mass I attended. Not the most traditional hymns I prefer amd perhaps a touch of the charismatic movement I’ve heard about but very nice just the same. The adoration chapel is fantastic, too.

I fell in love with this church the first time I went there. This is a one of it's kind Catholic Charismatic Parish in Michigan. They are focused on orthodoxy, spirituality, and community. ... and so many children! This place is alive in the faith and life in general.

Mass here is special, Father Ed is so engaged in the Liturgy and is a great homilist. When I'm here I don't want mass to end. It's a hike from where I live but I go to mass at Christ the King whenever I get a chance.

A fantastic church that preaches the Gospel of Christ and makes you feel so welcome with their atmosphere, music, parishioners, and readings. It is very big but there is so much going on in there. I loved the Charismatic approach. Try visiting!

Charismatic Catholic parish. Since it was established specifically as a charismatic parish, members have self-selected to attend. That means it is full of strong Catholics for whom faith is a high priority. Multi-generational, family-friendly. Weekend Masses at 4:30 Saturday, 8:45 am and 11:15 am Sunday. Adoration chapel open 24-hours with security locking at night.
