This is truly an extraordinary place for unique toys and gifts. Don’t forget to go upstairs — from the front it may seem like a simple souvenir shop, but in the back you step into an entirely different world.

Such a cute, warm, cozy little shop with Christmas vibes. It is a one stop shop for all Christmas decor. They have huge Christmas trees in various themes that serve as decor inspiration. I loved the variety of ornaments this shop offers - ballerinas, mirror globes, candysticks; you think of it and they have them all. This shop is absolutely dreamy.

This was the most amazing find right in the middle of Little Italy. I absolutely love Christmas and this place was such a delight. They have tons of Christmas stuff. All different types and all really beautiful. Pricing is expensive as is expected in a place like this, but totally worth the stop. They have a cute little Christmas coffee shop also when you first come in.

This place has Christmas ornaments for EVERYONE. They personalize items for you while you wait. Its a fun store just down the same street as the restaurants.

When they call this a Christmas store, it really is a CHRISTMAS store. 99% of the products sold are Christmas themed or Christmas adjacent. The store itself is beautiful. Since a lot of the decorations are very traditional religious and vintage looking, it feels like you're in a different time period. I came here around October so they did sell a small amount of Halloween things. The best part is how freaky looking the elves are. If you missed the creepy elf dolls your grandma had, you'll definitely find them here.

Located on Mulberry Street, Christmas in New Yirk attracts locals and tourists alike. Tons of ornaments categorized so conveniently--Grinch, sports, food and so much more plus a huge variety of decorations. There's a Gingerbread house section, Nutcracker and more. You name it---it's most likely here. At the entrance, stop by for a Gelato while browsing the bi-level store. Some of the ornaments can also be personalized. If in the area, visit Christmas in New York for a magical experience or serious shopping. Note: prices are on the steep side but nothing new since it is NYC. A true Winter Wonderland!

Ho-Ho-Ho-Merry Christmas! Christmas in New York is a year-round resource for Christmas decor, ornaments & collectibles. It's located on Mulberry street in Little Italy neighborhood of downtown NY. It's a local and tourist spot here to buy ornaments as presents and souvenirs. We came just to browse items and take lovely photos. The store has two floors and it's very spacious. Moreover, it has a stand alone Gelato/Ice cream shop inside the store. Prices are expensive. Staff were professional. Overall, it's a great place to hangout and ogle at Christmas ornaments.

Christmas is my entire personality and I've been going to this store for a decade at this point. Friendly staff, great selection and variety albeit a tad pricey, but that's New York.

We were in little Italy, Manhattan enjoying the weather. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the decades. I think this was a restaurant years ago on Mulberry St. There is an extensive selection of Christmas ornaments at many price points. See photos.

Walking around Little Italy we had hot chocolate, hazelnut cappuccino, rainbow cookies, pasta for lunch and the best place was last, Christmas in New York for the cutest Christmas ornaments! I wanted everything in that store! But walked out with one ornament since I don't want to end up breaking them on my flight home to Vegas! This is a wonderful store to visit! They have all kinds of ornaments to meet your needs! The store is beautifully arranged and you can't help but look everywhere and feel so happy!! I loved it!!

Really nice spot! Love Christmas shops! Inside little Italy! Food/Drink: Snacks and what not. Dinning Area: None. Prices: Relatively inexpensive, minus the big ticket items. Parking: None. Bathrooms: None. Stock: Plenty of items, all stocked well. Clearly priced, and placed in correct areas. Atmosphere: A winter wonderland no matter the season, pretty slow. I did not wait long at the cashier, Christmas trees, bunches of trinkets, ornaments, candy . Staff/Attendants: Staff was Great, Lady at the front cashier was nice, and respectful. She spoke only Italian so I had a hard time with my broken Italian lol. Quick process in and out though really enjoyed. Nice experience! 10/10

My husband and I popped in here when we were in the city over the summer. I aspire to get Christmas ornaments every place we travel so this store was the perfect unexpected find. The selection was huge and the prices were a little high but not all that unexpected since it's clearly a touristy area. All in all I recommend if you want to get a NY themed ornament while you're in the city or if you live locally and are looking for regular or unusual holiday ornaments.

Surprisingly, Christmas is in Little Italy all year. I just pass by and couldn't help myself to checking out what is iside. Pretty big store with tons of Christmas stuff and snacks. It's slow season for this store but I believe during the holidays, this store will get busy. Nice to walk around seeing beautiful decorations anyway.

Literally was just in here and had the employees walking following me around. Once I was at the cash register the security came up to the register asking if she was ok and if I was giving her any trouble. DO NOT COME HERE!!! unless you want to be followed around while you shop and breathing down your back

A fun shop located in Little Italy in Chinatown, NYC...this place sells all things Christmas! Holiday lovers would spend a small fortune here with ornaments of food for your Christmas tree, ugly Christmas sweaters to trinkets to decorate your house, this place is loaded with all things for the holidays. Be prepared to spend a great deal of time here though if you are looking for something specific because it will be here, just have some patience to look through everything!

My daughter is in heaven! Christmas music playing. So much fun all year around. I'm not sure why it's listed as closed. I'm not writing a long review and have it rejected by Yelp. I reported to them that it is not closed. I'm a fan and so is my daughter! Come to Christmas in Little Italy.

I truly fell in love with this store. It was like walking thru North Pole but it was hot as hell inside. They also had a cafe serving hot espresso, gelato and cold drinks. If your ever in Little Italy you have to check out New York Christmas Store.

We were walking around and going to Little Italy when we stumbled on to this quaint cute ornament store in New York City! It wasn't even Halloween yet but put us in the Holiday spirit! Lots of ornaments and Christmas decor! What impressed my daughter & I was the young girl who did the personalization on the ornament we bought! She was AMAZING! Beautiful and dainty handwriting! Everyone should check her out!

For me there is nothing better than Christmas in New York City. The wonderful feeling you get when the holidays are around. Walking through little Italy during a family walking tour I saw this place and had to go in to check it out. For the kids, they loved it because they love Christmas. They offer every single item that you can display and put up for the holidays. There is also a section where you can get Gelato, and coffee. It is such unique tourist spot. It was really a nice place to stop in.

Stopped by here to look around while wandering through Little Italy... Now if you want any cute NYC related Christmas ornaments and you want them personalized then this is your place... Just bring a lot of cash because the prices are high. Being that it's April I wasn't really shopping for ornaments but just browsing and there were so many cute things... Definitely a nice spot to find a gift. They also have a little cafe inside with coffee and gelato. I didn't purchase anything but I would definitely go again during the holidays...

They sell everything Christmas! Ornaments, fake trees, Santa statues, lights, literally anything you could possibly need to calm down those holiday withdrawal tremors. There's even Christmas music playing in the store just incase the overwhelming sight of holiday cheer wasn't enough, it's now infiltrating your brain via your ear holes. Good luck not humming, "Silver Bells" as you walk down Mulberry Street on your way to get some coffee. Most of the stuff in here is New York themed, but there are many other generic holiday items to choose from. For the non-Christmas enthusiast, there is a gelato place located inside the store so you can get that sugar high while waiting and watching all of the happy elves do donuts around the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. I'm not a Christmas guy, but I can appreciate the happiness it brings my fiancé. Even if that happiness costs me my sanity.

I'm as into Christmas as the next gal (tree bought day after Thanksgiving & carols on the radio non-stop til New Year's); however, I don't have a burning need for a year-round ornament & decoration store like Christmas in New York, which we happened upon in September during the San Gennaro Festival. Two floors of ornaments -- most of which are overpriced & many which can be personalized. Pick out ONE special item because outfitting an entire home exclusively from their decorations would bankrupt a person & ruin Christmas! The selection is overwhelming -- from traditional to unique to New York-themed, if you can't find it elsewhere, chances are you'll find it here. Bring home a gift & your recipient most likely will not notice that the fun, original bauble isn't top-notch quality. Worth checking out, especially if you're traveling with kiddos.

This place is alllll about Christmas! There are so many ornaments to choose from. The person working was a little strange. She never greeted us and the most she said was to ask if we were paying debit/credit or cash lol. It was awkward but the selection in the store made up for it

This is a Neat store with lots of interesting trinkets that specializes in Christmas but you'll find some other things too. I especially liked their personalizing service of writing your names, or anything else you'd like, to an ornament you purchase. I was particularly looking for something for this new year (2020), and found it and had My family's names On it to commemorate our trip to NYC! This is A must stop for all visitors in Little Italy.

Cute ornaments but not exactly quality made. Also surprises at some of of the outrageous prices. Store aromas are delicious and could be worth a stop in. Nice coffee and refreshment options with no line!

Looks like Christmas threw up in Little Italy. It is a nice looking store that is open all year round selling all kinds of Christmas merchandise. Each part of the store is set up in different themes of products, decorations, lights, trees, etc. Expect to pay tourist area prices. They do offer free personalization on certain ornaments which is a nice touch. There is a small cafe here too for coffee and snacks with some tables and chairs to chill at. We had no clue this place was here until yesterday. Still, this place is way out of sorts to be here smack in the middle of Little Italy. Way too much gentrification for my taste. What's next - a McDonalds on Mulberry Street across from Pinkberry alongside all the Italian restaurants? Yuck.

Need last minute ornaments personalized that you can't find anywhere else? This is the place for you! Paying a premium for this is expected. I went to a few holiday shops in the parks in NYC and I got real tired standing in the cold. This place is an actual brick and mortar store where you're not exposed to the elements. I needed some personalized ornaments and this is the go to place for that. Wasn't able to find many of these types of ornaments are other vendors. Was really happy with the ones I got, though a tad expensive, I was willing to pay for it's the day before Xmas! This place also has coffee and gelato! Didn't get a change to try it but it looked good. Warning, if you pay with a cc there's a 3 percent service charge. So bring cash so the transaction can be under the table lol

It's Christmas everyday! I stopped in while walking through the San genaro festival and it was as if I was 8 years old again! They have all sorts of Christmas decorations. They also have Christmas music! You can get hand made Christmas decorations with your name on it and best of all they have ice cream available so you can eat while buying and shopping!

Cool place and they have a Russian village full of nesting dolls and other glass ornaments. They also have a whole section dedicated to customized ornaments as in you can get someone to write a message or someone's name on the ornaments. Some of the ornaments were a little weird but they did have a huge selection. There's also a cafe inside that looked pretty yummy (but reading the reviews makes me question the sanitation +customer service experience). Probably best to go here at a non holiday time, although they did thankfully setup the store in a way that for the most part there is enough walking space if it got crowded.

What a great store! lots of selection of ornaments, mostly. Other decorations, greenery, trees, lights, etc. It was really fun to visit a Christmas Store in June- I enjoyed the music! Clerk was friendly. No bathrooms :-(

I love this store so much! It's like a Christmas wonderland. It's full of Christmas cheer, from the floor to the ceiling. There is also a gelato stand with seating at the front of the store- yum! The store is covered wall to wall in ornaments and decorations. You can pretty much find any type of Christmas ornament in the store. There is a nice variety of handmade/hand-painted ornaments and novelty ones from other stores. The walls of decorations are arranged by themes: sports, animals, NYC, food, wine/beer, beach, tv shows, movies, classic characters, etc... They also sell nutcrackers, Santa statues, garland, nativity scenes and other pretty decorations. They have a personalization station where you can take any of the ornaments you picked out and have them add written names, dates or phrases. Even if you don't plan on buying anything, it is so worth going inside. The gorgeous decorations and cheerful Christmas music are guaranteed to put you in the holiday spirit, even if you're there in the middle of August!

Everything in the store is 3x overpriced . How is a singular ornament 30$. I would never even think of getting a thing. Just to look is all its good for.

I was introduced to this Christmas Store a week after Christmas. Located in the heart of Little Italy, thus the name, the bright red cheerful store front stands out in the middle of this neighborhood. This is not a small stall sized store either. It's a pretty decent sized location by New York City space standard. If you are one of types that think hearing Christmas music the whole month before Christmas is enough to drive you nuts, be ready to feel sorry for the poor souls that works here. They have to listen to it all year round. Yep, you read right. All year round. This is a permanent Christmas Store. Almost anything that is decorative and Christmas related could be found here. Some are even from other countries. If you want to have your own personalized ornaments, they could even help you with that here. The price of the items in the store seems to tad on the high side but nothing outrageous. There is a small food stand near the front of the store with drinks and sweets. "Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse"? It's probably because it's now been magically turned into a chocolate mouse here. If at anytime you need to re-energize your X-mas spirit, walk into this store. Mingle with the tourists that is the life blood of this place until next December, and start humming those holiday tunes.

Fancy store that sells expensive Christmas decorations - apparently all year round. If you want something quirky for the holidays (I'm looking at you, rack of mermaid themed ornaments) or just need some ideas for decorating, Christmas in Little Italy isn't a bad stop. As the name implies, you'll pretty much find every type of decoration imaginable for Christmas and the store does a good job sectioning off different themed areas with trees decorated with the sections ornaments for inspiration. They're not limited to ornaments either. They sell nutcrackers, nativity scenes, creepy looking Santas... If you can think of a decoration, they've probably thought of it first. Ornaments go for around $15+ each from a quick trip through the store so it's not cheap. All in all it is a bit odd to have a year round Christmas store and a little touristy but they have a good selection and it probably would make for a nice souvenir stop if you're in the city for the holidays or if you're looking for some inspiration for decorating the home.

Cool place.... But I feel so sorry for the workers who have to listen to Elvis sing "Blue Christmas" and other Christmas classics all day long! Holy sh*t that would get ponderous man, ponderous! (Sorry.. I wanted to give my regards to the late great Casey Kasum)! Funny how walking into a Christmas shop on a hot July day kind of cools you off! They do server gelato, that does the trick too. Didn't buy anything but enjoyed the stroll around the store.

Amazing customer service! The gentleman by the entrance was one of the sweetest people I've ever talked to. Aside from that, the store was just so beautiful! They did a really good job with the decorations. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby and want some holiday spirit.

All things Christmas all year round!! This store makes me want to wrap something up, dress in red and green and enjoy cookies and milk... Ohh, and decorate a tree already! You'll find everything from nice glass ornaments made with care and decorated with glitter in a perfected way to coca cola cans made of cheap plastic so it won't way down your tree branches. They have just opened a few months ago and their is another Christmas in New York store at the SeaPort area. It is so weird coming in in the middle of summer to a store where Christmas never ends, but it is so nice to come in, even if to get fresh ideas for next years decorations!

This place has the best ice cream! it's super weird that there is a Christmas store here year-round and I have no idea how they pay their bills but the ice cream is amazing. I was convinced to have it on a cold day and it was absolutely worth being even more cold. The coconut is to die for.

While I was shopping, my 75 year old mother and daughters were sitting at the gelato area. After finishing my purchase, I walked over to them when they lady there said in a very rudely that we could not sit there since we were not customers. We looked around and nobody was waiting to sit down. We told her nobody was around so we were going to sit for a few minutes (so I could show my purchase). She rudely replied I'm here but we explained she's not a customer and we weren't taking the seat from anyone. After a few more words, she decided to give us the middle finger in front of my two children. She held it up so long that I was able to take at least five photos. I will definitely not shop at this location and plan to share with my friends about the terrible customer service

I was waiting for someone outside the store today and a staff was literally eating ice cream non stop out from the ice cream stand, totally double dipping, triple dipping!!!!! Actually I saw it only after someone else yelled out "that's disgusting"! I have photos and video as proof if management wants to contact me. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Huge health threat!!!

Christmas in Little Italy is a nice-sized shop that sells Christmas merchandise and gelato. My friend was shopping for an ornament and I enjoyed some chocolate and lemon gelato while she made her selection. It's a nice and a big store, but nothing much that you wouldn't find at the average Christmas shop anywhere, with the exception of NYC merchandise.

All the Christmas oriented stores always speak to me and no matter how tacky they may look, I always have to walk in and take a peak. Christmas In New York offers every ornament or theme you could ever desire. It was a lot of fun browsing everything they had to offer. Then, I became a woman on a mission in search for a New York inspired Christmas ornament for our tree. I was in luck, they have a whole section dedicated to New York themed ornaments. I wound up purchasing a cute red apple shaped ornament with the New York City skyline for $15 and walked out with a jolly grin on my face. The prices are smidge high for what I like to pay for ornaments but for that one special ornament, it's worth the price. For those people who love finding special ornaments or like decorating with a theme in mind, Christmas In New York is a great place to visit.

This place is unbelievable!! We had the pleasure to stop by this store the other day, and it looked like a dream! We're Italian, and we purchased several ornaments for our tree: such as a set of Coca Cola cans, which is something that we cannot find in Italy for sure! The atmosphere was precious and made us happy, and the Polish young gentleman at the register spoke an incredible Italian (he was that good! We thought that he was really Italian!) and we felt like we are at home! We'll come back for sure!

I was quite nervous on walking in to this storefront in Little Italy - not due to any safety concern, but rather due to my partner's deep love of all things Christmas-y. I had visions of needing extra luggage to bring the haul home. He showed amazing restraint, though - perhaps because we found this spot on the first day of the vacation. There were ample opportunities later, too, but it seemed the same selection was in any number of little holiday spots we encountered, like Bryant Park. But this store is clearly the mothership, representing the whole collection we found in bits and pieces elsewhere. Whether you want traditional ornaments, something new and trendy, something commemorating a New York visit, or something to honor your favorite feline or perfect pooch, this is a must-stop to get it all done in one fell swoop.

I came here for some Christmas Decorations. I found some christmas ornaments that I liked but they were very pricey. I ended up only buying 4 ornaments at $5.99 each. There were a lot of display. different colors themes. Coke-Cola, pink princess, silver theme and gold themes. There were a lot of ideas. I saw a ribbon I liked but there wasn't any more in stock. The staffs were fairly new and didn't know if there was anymore in stock and asked another staff for help or to confirm.... When I was there around 11am they were mopping the floors.... I don't really understand why. They shop mop when they are closed. The store was big and it is said to be New York's #1, Year Round Christmas Shopping Experience, because they store is the largest year round Christmas shop in the New York City. They also had some sort of chocolate cafe on the right side of the store. I didn't really check it out. but it smelled good. Happy Holiday shopping!

Ordered online. Ornament arrived damaged. Have tried to call, email, and contact using Facebook and NO one responds. Horrible customer service. Online shoppers beware! I now have an expensive BROKEN ornament.

The pros: 4 stars because the trees and the set up in here is the ultimate Christmas lovers dream.. AKA.. Myself... The Christmas village they have downstairs is absolutely gorgeous, they obviously go to a lot of trouble to set it up and it really shows in their attention to detail. The decorations the sell are amazing! So many varieties and themes to suit everyone's taste, and if you're a tourist you can get some very cool NYC themed decor and get them personalised! The cons: Although the decorations are beautiful and I would love to buy them all.. They are ridiculously expensive. $30 for a very light and fragile bauble with the Australian flag pained on it is not very affordable and would cost less to make your own.. The staff at the counter are very rude and when you try to ask a question it feels as though you are interrupting there conversations among themselves. You are there to work people?! The Christmas village like I mentioned is exquisite but, lucky for us we came before the ticket prices went up.. We paid $5 each (2 of us) and overheard by next week they would be up to between $10-$15 - if you have a family you're already spending up big on decos?! Over all it's a fantastic store to visit and see the many different types of beautiful decorations they offer. Be sure to check it out if you are in the area.
