Beautiful old building. Very clean and well-kept gardens. Especially beautiful at sunset when the sun reflects off the stone walls. It's definitely worth a visit to take some nice pictures or to join a tour of the property, where very insightful information and history are shared with tourists. The Church is not open for tours every day, so be sure to double-check if you want to visit specific to attemd the tour.

The place is nice and a fantastic destination for tourists also there is a museum Infront of the church peoples can visit 2 things in 1 scadule. The place is save to walk as well.

Unfortunately the building is not open on alternative week days so we could not enter on a Wednesday. Very neat and well maintained. The site is a tourist trap and the pushy informal vendors will be happy to fleece you. It is located adjacent to the Independence museum and a rather sorry looking National museum of Namibia.

Historic gem perched in the city. Christ Church is situated in an area concentrated with other popular tourist attractions such as Independence Memorial Museum and Tintenpalast. I have never been inside, however lovely to admire from the outside. It is kind of in the middle of the road allowing one to admire it from different angles.

Gorgeous! The gentleman that was at the church greeting guests was lovely and fluent in English, Afrikaans and German. Very courteous. The church is magnificent and very well cared for. I was sightseeing alone and felt very comfortable when arriving. The guys guarding the cars and selling there crafts were very helping in directing me to other tourist spots in walking distance.

Nice place to visit. The Church of Christ in Windhoek (German: Christuskirche in Windhoek) is an Evangelical-Augsburg church located in Windhoek, designed in the neo-Romanesque style by Gottlieb Redecker, consecrated in 1910, one of the main symbols of the town. It belongs to the German-speaking Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia. In the evening a church was closed.

A really beautiful church with great photo taking opportunities. The parking lot is full of cars though - I mean no issues here parking in downtown anywhere is a premium - and it does detract from the viewing. There are some car guards that make these vegetable ivory keychains - highly recommend getting one as a memento (they will carve your name or a word into them so that cool as well) - @N$50 its a unique and worthwhile thing to take home.

The most popular place in the capital. Looks very cute from outside. You can make nice photos of it if you visit the Independence Museum where you can have a coffee.
