We rented skis for two adults and two kids. The guy helping us must have been new as he was not very efficient nor knowledgeable. There must have been two or three parties arriving after us getting out before us because they were helped by other staff. Finally, when all other parties were gone, someone jumped in to help us. I do like being able to rent online though it didn't seem to make a difference in how much time we had to spend here. Four days later...we rented again. There were five of us, three adults and two kids. Our unfortunate luck...we got the same guy. This time, though, they made sure to get our entire party fitted before assisting the next party. The guys jumping in to help were knowledgeable and helpful. The first guy...not so much. It's a good location for Keystone and the equipment is good.

The whole process of renting was easy and efficient! I was able to order online the night before and they had me fitted properly within 10 minutes of picking the equipment up. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely rent from them again!

Rented skis and snowboard equipment from the Keystone Snake River location for the 4 of us during spring break. It got really busy shortly after 3pm for those who wanted to pick their equipment up a day early without extra charge. The staff there were very friendly and worked efficiently to get everyone fitted properly. The atmosphere was upbeat and staff appeared to enjoy their jobs. High quality rental equipment and we were happy with what they provided us for our 4 day ski trip. Returning equipment was very quick and easy too. I will definitely rent from them again and would highly recommend this Christy’s shop for your rental needs.

Great staff!!! Very knowledgeable and helped anytime we had any issues. Will for sure use them again for our next ski rentals. Carry a nice selection of demo skis as well!

To start the staff was very helpful through the whole process. Very kind and knowledgeable. They took their time making sure our gear was the right fit for our group of 6. 10/10 recommendations her.

My husband bought a ski pants there and decided to return it. New, tags on. They still charged his card $200! He called a first time they said it can take a few days to show up in his account… he called back yesterday (4/7) the guy on the phone said to call back another day to talk to a manager and now the store is closed for the season! And us we’re $200 lower in our account? What a a shame!

Van and Mike were unbelievably awesome. They helped my friend and I out last minute with some complicated ski questions, demos and tuning. They were super helpful and so knowledgable and took the time to explain things even though we came in at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

The guys could not have been kinder or more helpful. They discounted a bit because I’m an over 70 skier! I will rent again. Good experience and the demo equipment was the best I’ve had in a long ski life.

Our delivery person was extremely rude and condescending. He apparently wasn't supposed to work that day and we were his last delivery so I guess we got the brunt of his unhappiness. Two of the boots didn't fit and he said he didn't have spares in the car so we went to the location above. The exchange process was very easy and they were friendly and nice. Equipment was great. The same delivery guy called at noon on the day of pickup to come get them. We were still skiing so I said we would just return them to the store. We went back to the above location and they wanted us to drive them into Dillon so they didn't have to.... what? They were not happy when we declined to do that. I get it's a busy holiday time but don't work in the service industry if you don't like serving. Will definitely not use the delivery service again for ourselves or any of the clients we serve. Updated 1-6-2020: I received a call from Adam, the manager, and he was very very nice. Although we had issues with employees I absolutely love how this was handled. I am changing my review to five stars.

Shout out to Freddy with a Y. Had a last minute emergency with my binding napping and not being able to board. Came down the mountain to christy sports because I was told they do repairs. I walked in Freddy came up and helped me. I was sure to pay big money to get it fixed because it's keystone and a resort. But Freddy hooked me up. Had a spare ask if color matter I said no and he gave me a new piece for the free because he happened to have it just laying around. Shout out to you Freddy with a Y you saved the day and allowed me to keep boarding. You are the real MVP!!

Don't go there! They are bunch of rude dude's with communication issues! In less than five minutes they gave us three different prices for our rentals, we paid much more than we should...go somewhere else!

This is the spot for all your ski and snowboard rental needs! Joe and the other guys at the shop were awesome and got me set up with a sweet pair of skis as soon as I walked into the store. It was such a welcoming environment and the location is killer- just down the road from Keystone and A-Basin. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Dillon!

I HIGHLY recommend renting skis from Christy Sports. While skiing at A-Basin with my dad and friend, I sustained a very unique and unfortunate injury and bent my ski quite badly. I had to go to the ER and wasn't able to ski for the rest of our trip. When I showed up to return my skis, I explained my situation to a very friendly worker named Kevin. He refunded our ENTIRE rentals saving us $500 and didn't mind that I had destroyed a ski. Class act from Kevin and Christy Sports.

Purchased the Premium Ski Package Adult Positives: location, speed of pick-up/drop-off, staff was friendly Cons: ski equipment was in awful shape. Skis had parts of the tops falling off, tips were bent and about to fall off, boots were soaking wet at pick-up, to the point I could shake moisture out of them (assume it was the cleaning spray, but who knows). The fact they requested I pay for insurance on them was laughable...these skis should've been retired months/years ago and based on the damage, Christy probably already received insurance money for them.

This was a great spot right outside of River Run village to pick up rental equipment. It's definitely worth the extra stop to get your gear at this location vs the one right inside the village. I reserved online and even got 20% off my total package - SCORE. Service was great, the guys really took their time with each customer and the return process was easy peasy.

Had an awesome experience at Christy Sports while renting skis for spring break! Super friendly and helpful employees, made the process of renting skis for the first time way easier than expected. Will definitely be using Christy Sports next time I visit keystone, which will be soon.

Front desk girl called me a liar when I walked into Christy's today. "I was thinking about going today if there is a discount for equipment, as the slopes are only open for a little while, or perhaps tomorrow if there isn't. I'd need to do some math to see if I can justify it if there isn't." "You're wearing snow gear right now, so don't tell me you're thinking about going tomorrow." Please, you should always violate customers' personal volition. It's just as important to tell them they're liars anytime you get a hunch. Got to keep people honest right? It was sometime after 5 as she said this to me. I'd already dressed and walked to the Christy's at Keystone Resort. It was only at the back of the resort store that we were told they do not carry gear for beginners. They suggested the Christy's down the road. Walking into the other Christy's after 5, I knew it was going to take 30 minutes at least to get sized, signed, and out of their store, and another 45-60 min to get back to Keystone, buy a sandwich or protein bar, buy a pass and go up the mountain. I've never snowboarded before. I was not about to pay for a full day's worth of snow gear and lift ticket for 2 hours of eating it, of which I expected to spend most of my time on the practice hill. It was one or the other. I don't usually let people like this bother me, but the shadenfreude that lit up her face with pleasure while directly insinuating that I was a liar and telling me what not to say to her was domineering and upsetting. This was a horrible experience, and while I won't say I'll never visit a Christy's again, I will say that they will not have my business this year. I know it's just one unprofessional encounter, but it was such a turn off I could not stay there. I'm sure it interfered with my learning on the slopes as it was an occasional distraction to my mind. I couldn't sleep tonight without writing about this! I've never been to a store that felt less inviting, and in only 30 seconds! p.s. we went to Mountain View Rentals across the street immediately afterwards. They confirmed on the phone that they were just charging rentals for tomorrow. The staff was extremely friendly and humorous in our interactions. They were mature and professional. (I did NOT share with them my experience from across the street.) The lighting was warmer. I highly recommend it! They don't even have the "junk level" gear that Christy does at $24/day. (That was the terminology of the front desk girl at Christy's.) This makes it seem like a more principled business from my anecdotal evidence.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes the man at the register informed us they weren't accepting walk-ins that day because of a large group. It would've been great to know that before wasting that time. They sent us to a place down the street that would take walk ins, but it was significantly pricier. Just a heads up would've been appreciated!

Reserved on line ahead of time. Great rates. Everything was ready and very organized. It was so fast and painless. When we had to make some gear changes (one change from snowboard to skis and one helmet that didn't fit right, my daughter's issue not the store's fault!) it was very easy to do at the River Run location. We will definitely use them next year.

The setup and operation of this place is amazing! We had 2 kids who were scared and felt so comfortable getting their cool ski gear! the two dogs were nice added bonus to love that was present. :) The team really knew their stuff and taught us how to recognize good gear. Having spent two ski trips in Whistler and not knowing if skis were right or poles were the right length, etc. I felt completely comfortable leaving, knowing I would do well on the mountain. I highly reccomend Christy's for new skiers or anyone who.might have that one question that needs to be answered. Well done!

Last year my parents rented from Christy's and I rented elsewhere to save money. This year I happily went along with Christy's because I wasn't paying lol...but I was happy to find this store was much bigger, and thus less cramped than where I had rented from in the past. This Christy location is about a 3 minute drive from River Run, so very convenient in the area, and not a pain if you need to go back and switch something out (my brother switched out his boots on the second day because he said he needed a half size bigger). Overall, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly while we all went through the fitting process and didn't try to up sell any of their apparel or other items. I did go back the next day while my brother switched his boots and got a different face mask because this year was colder than my previous trips and I needed to upgrade! PRO TIP - Reserve in advance and save 20% on rentals.

Excellent Staff. Convenient location. Competitive pricing. We reserved online and saved a whopping 20% on our ski rentals. Gear was nice. Return policy was easy. Simply put, this is the company you want for ski rentals. The other ski rental companies by the mountain were twice as much and the gear not nearly as nice.

Shopped around online and booked (online) with Christy Sports due to their great prices. Arrived just before closing on Saturday and Jeff and the team got us into our rentals in minutes. Brand new skis and boots for my husband, matching skis for the son and my daughter and I got really nice skis as well. Probably the fastest rental turnaround I've seen. Dropped them off tonight and once again Jeff and the team were there with great service. This location is great for our RiverRun rental and we couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. We will definitely rent (or buy) again here.

Very friendly very helpful staff. I got a great deal online my recommendation go online you will save 20% for rentals.This location is great it focused on rentals and it's super close to the resort and slopes. Don't be afraid to speak up if your boots are too tight because you have to wear them, I had to be refitted because I could not walk in them. on the contrary of them telling you they are for skiing not walking just to get to the slopes required a lot of walking so just make sure you're comfortable or just rent a locker to change your boots.

This place was literally right across the street from our condo, so we checked in to get my friend a set of skis. The guys inside hooked him up with a great deal and we were in and out quickly. Easy process and painless.

Best rental shop, hands down. I've been going up to Keystone the past two weekends and have rented my gear here. Excellent service, great prices and flexible if you need to make adjustments to your reservation or switch out gear at all. The staff is fantastic--super friendly and helpful. Quick and great selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Moved the line along quick. Boots were not the most comfortable.

Jeff and the crew were so great. We rented ski equipment for the whole family and they took their time with each of us to make sure everything fit correctly and was comfortable. They also answered all of our questions about lift tickets and the ski resort. Would definitely recommend!

Easter Weekend, Friday the 14th, 2017, I rented skis from Christy's at Snake River. Jeff was very helpful and even gave me a break when I returned the skis late on Easter Sunday. That is very good customer service. I highly recommend this location and business for all your rental needs. They had a fabulous end of season sale on clothing, too!

The staff at Christy Sports made the process of ski and boot rental easy breezy. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, and I was very happy with the skis and boots I was supplied. Great prices too!

I recommend renting from somewhere else. Anywhere else has to be better than this shop. They recently gave us sub par, poorly fitting gear even while paying for the premium package. Exchanging to property fitting boots was difficult. The staff is friendly but not knowledgeable. They're inventory is limited so you'll get what they have even if it doesn't fit and they'll argue with you about fit.

Called this morning to find out if reservations were required. Guy on the phone was so rude. All he had to say was yes they are, but he had to be insulting. I have gotten gear in the Springs at Christy Sports with amazing customer service so I thought I would use them again. What a disappointing difference. Glad they required reservations because I wouldn't want to do any business with this store. Ended up at Mountain Sports Outlet which is connected with Keystone Sports and they were super friendly and not as expensive as their site showed. Will definitely use them in the future.

Friendly, organized, and knowledgeable staff made it easy to pick up rental equipment for our family of 5 on the morning of Dec. 26. I reserved our equipment online a week before which saved some $ and made the process a little quicker. The skis, boots, helmets, and poles were all great quality and we didn't have any problems all week. The return process was also super simple and the Christy Sports staff was welcoming and helpful.

We have been renting here for several years now and refuse to go somewhere else, they make us feel like we are visiting old friends each time. Ty and his team give personalized, quick and hassle-free service. This location is a must rent!

This is THE place to rent ski and board gear in Keystone. They don't have the biggest selection of clothing/accessories to purchase but if you are in the market for an awesome rental they will treat you right. They do though, have all the basics for purchase. I rent my skis from here everytime I'm in Keystone. They give a great deal if you reserve online first and do it at least 24 hours in advance. I have never ever ever had a problem with the staff they have always been extremely helpful and tentative which is what absolutely sets them apart from the others. I'll be back next year....again!! :)

Super friendly staff and relatively quick. We made a reservation the day before which allowed for discounted ski rental and made our pickup easier for ourselves and the staff. If you hold onto your paperwork for drop-off, you do just that. Most likely renting from them for my next day trip to the mtns!

We rented ski equipment for 5 days for the whole family. The staff was very helpful, friendly and really quick. On day 4 of our stay, someone took my wife's skis by mistake at the lodge. Christy gave us a replacement in no time.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've had renting ski gear. We made a reservation at least a month ago. The wait in line is about 2 hours. The person at the front desk exudes smugness and "I don't give a crap, this is just a job attitude." He was planning to refuse service to people here an hour before closing until the manager stated that people here by closing would be served. Can we check and confirm your reservation? No, I can't do that. Do we have a restroom? Nope. I've rented at Mountain View Sports before. It's awesome. This is my first review on Yelp. I'll never use Christy Sports again.

We had an excellent experience with this Christy sports; snake river. Jeff the manager was so accommodating with my needs. I had an old favorite boots I wanted to use with my rental skis but the heal had a broken piece. Jeff told me he could not rent skiis with my boots as it was a safety hazard. I lov(ed) my boots and was disappointed! But after I used the rental boots; I left my boots at the resort and am now buying new boots. Additionally the tech team was sooo quick (much quicker then river run as I tried trade to a different set of skiis) and helpful. Because of their efficiency and professionalism I would rent there again in a heartbeat!

We rented two sets of skis, boots and helmet. Reservation on line was easy. Needed to call and modify the reservation due to a change on our end and received prompt and curteous service doing so. Location is extremely convenient as we were staying in Dillon and skiing at both Keystone and Breckenridge. We needed to exchange one pair of boots as they were too tight the first day of skiing but the process was simple and smooth. Highly recommend renting from Christy. Equipment was top notch and so was the service!!

Great deal on ski rental with convenient location. We made online reservations for our kids skis. The service was great and much less expensive than on the mountain. The only downside was when they fitted my daughter they messed up the binding(one was set longer than the other) when we took it back in they refunded the day rental and fixed it right away, great service. Just make sure everything looks right before you leave.

This is the second year I've rented premium skis & poles from this location. Both times, manager Ty has helped me choose right equipment. Ty & staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy. First day I rented powder skis as snowing. Then for rest picked up carvers. Easy and fast to do. Make sure to go online & reserve in advance to get the savings. Thanks again, Ty. See you next year!

Stood in line for two hours to pick up rentals we reserved online a month ago. I understand it's spring break but waiting two hours to pick up skis is ridiculous. They know it's spring break so why not have more staff in to help get people in and our faster? The four people fitting skis are completely overwhelmed and need help.

If you want service with a frown and a snide comment, come here. Really unfriendly, unhelpful staff.

By far the best prices on rental equipment in the area, but one of the guys helping us get skis was not very personal at all. We've rented from the christys in Dillon and they offered a much warmer welcome to the keystone area.
