Been going for a while now and I love it, really dope vibe staff are cool as hell, if you are new don’t expect it to be like every other high end retail store it’s not, don’t come in being loud and annoying, acting like your run the place and you will love it too. The door man is super chill to, if you don’t get an attitude with him he’s not gonna have any problems with you. Also try not to take pictures

Love the flagship store and the staff there. At times, the inventory can be scarce, but that's only because this location is literally booked every day with every time slot taken. Every time I come in, I have a chance to purchase something new. If no apparel, they offer a wide range of other pieces, attire, accessories, eyewear, jewelry, etc. The experience is usually good, with the doorman greeting you with ID, and you sit down and wait for a rep to help you with your experience. If you're familiar with a rep already, you should definitely mention it upon arrival to better your experience with someone you're familiar with. In all, I'd say I love Chrome Hearts, this location, and the staff here. They keep it true and honest, in a sense.

I traveled from Japan to visit the Chrome Hearts New York flagship store, which had been a long-time dream of mine. I was lucky to be welcomed into the store and had a wonderful experience. The staff member who assisted me — a gentleman with short blond hair — was incredibly kind and attentive, making my visit truly special. Although I couldn’t purchase the display bag I fell in love with, I’m very grateful for the time and care I received. I look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

They are terrible with being able to track what you buy from them, I’ve spent over $15,000 with them overall, have never resold or returned a thing, and they treat me like a peasant with no idea what’s going on everytime I walk through the door

I came to NY for a week and wanted to visit this CH Flagship store. The reviews and redditors are correct, this store has a decent amount of stock. However, when I was there they had no jewelry at all. They do have a lot of CH clothing though. I am giving this store 4 stars because the bouncer told me to come back in an hour for a spot without officially putting me on the waitlist. I came back about an hour till closing and a different bouncer was able to promise me a spot, after explaining the situation.

Had a one of one shopping experience at the store today! The customer service & attention to detail from Saneeka was beyond phenomenal. Even though some items I wanted were out of stock, he was able to show me a pair of “BONENNOISSEUR II” glasses that I just had to take home with me. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online (almost 2 weeks ahead in my case), and if you come to this location, definitely ask for Saneeka if he’s available! I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I wish there’s a negative option I could choose. I was there on Wednesday afternoon, and the security guy was very rude to their customers! He kept yelling at people and asking people to leave even though they had an appointment just within 5 minutes. The guy who was in charge of the waitlist and appointment kept asking people to come back in 30 minutes but refused to help them put their name down. The worst experience ever! Highly recommend people visit another location instead, don't waste your time at this store if you don't want them to ruin your day.

Called the store to check availability on a few items, and the assistant was extremely rude. His responses were short, and it felt like he hated talking to me. He even cut me off and told me to email instead if I had more questions. I left the call feeling humiliated. Easily the worst experience I’ve had calling a store.

Finally decided to check out the chrome heart store again with the new online reservation system. The place looks the same as it did 6-7 years ago, only thing is that there is no more trying on of the T shirts. We had a 4pm reservation and waited around 20mins before we were taken to our SA. Once we let her know the items that we were looking for she grabbed us the IPad and showed us what they had in stock. It was a good experience but definitely felt very crowded in there.

I've always like the design of Chrome Hearts frames and decided I would like to seriously consider buying a pair. I only need glasses for computer and reading but wanted something a little unique. I went to the store on a whim only to find they are by appointment only which can take 10 days. Seemed a little odd so I spoke with one of the managers at the door and somehow they squeezed me in. They do not even have the name of the store anywhere on the exterior. They are know for unique designs not only for eye glasses, clothing, caps, crystal and many more items that have a chrome look. The store has that BOHO look and they incorporated chrome design into the decor of the store. Everything from the door frames, display tables which have beautifully etched design on natural wood. I'm sure they put a ton of money into the store. I read the other reviews and understand why some felt customer service was poor. I think the main issue is that they are very protective of the product and the stores interior. They do not even want you taking photos past a certain point on the store. They actually asked to see your ID and write it down. If you can get past this then you should find the experience to be a good one. I was greeted by Jansen who was friendly, courteous, made great suggestions, was not pushy and gave me plenty of choices. I had a certain design in mind and will probably wait for a new design called "weirdo" to come out the pair he showed me was cool although the names they use will definitely offend some people. Overall great product, artisan design and craftsmanship. If this is the style you want and your willing to pay the price then you will be happy. The quality is definitely there. I think A lot of people will pass them by and look for a less expensive alternative if they have not researched the brand. Personally I would recommend Chrome Hearts and my experience was very good.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I just wanted to say thank you to Oniesha for her help in selecting some staples. I really love how the Bone and Plus look with the Baby Classic on hand, and I'm super happy I was able to find a couple more great pieces in my size. I'll admit I was a little worried after reading some reviews, but it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience. For that, I give full credit to Oniesha and the rest of the wonderful staff.

Went to the store hoping to get a shirt since I don't have a store where I live walked in and was greeted with instant attitude not a problem maybe she was just having a bad day but I guess not because the sales guy who was supposedly helping us gave us even worse attitude. Found a shirt I liked so he grabbed it wouldn't let me try is on or even feel it he just held it up in his hand the shirt was only about 300 I really liked the shirt and was going to get multiple shirts but didn't all because there services were so ridiculous and rude

You would think if you're going to a place to spend your hard earned $$$$ especially for the price, that you would be treated with some modesty and decency, not here. The so called "customer service" associate that "assisted" me offered nothing but a smug attitude, cockiness, and a major superiority complex. I have shopped here dozens of times before, spent over 5 figures easily and never had I had such a bad experience before. From the associate thinking I can't afford what I'm buying to taking things away from my checkout list because "the tab was too high for me to pay" to having lost my profile that had a history much larger then the associate can afford to look at and on top of that remake a brand new profile for me without asking my permission to do so. this associate made me rethink all the business I had ever given them, which makes me very disgruntled because I have been a customer there for years. Honestly sucks there's no other location closer to me that I can go to, love the brand overall but this guy needs to be booted from anything related to retail. He has no people skills whatsoever.

One of the worst sales associates I've ever had and definitely by far the worst chrome hearts shopping experience This girl with red streaks(?) in her hair was absolutely ridiculous. I literally came in to buy something and left because I did not want to credit her with any kind of purchase. I'm not saying sales associates need to be ridiculously kind, but at least try to be nice and non judgmental...? Really confused why someone like that is working here. No one spends thousands of dollars on jeweler to be treated poorly and poor treatment will motivate no one to but anything.

I've visited multiple Chrome Hearts stores and this location is up there with the best. Be kind and you will receive good service.

I receive better, more patient service here than at any other store I ever visit to shop for clothing, and I have my favorites, but I've had great experiences with every sales associates. I wanted to make a point for a couple of people who have left shitty reviews. I go here probably every month to look at new stock. 1. They are security paranoid due to robberies in the city. They're polite about it, but you will have a personal sales associate walk you around the store and they will take your ID if you are a first timer. It's nothing personal, and often leads to great service. Ask questions! They're there to answer them. 2. These folks constantly deal with me using their store as a tourist attraction and bringing friends in to show them how awesome the store is. They've never given a shit whether or not we buy anything -- sometimes we do, sometimes we don't. It's all good. They're always incredibly kind. When I took a friend from Alabama there who was a huge Chrome Hearts fan, I explained to him that every time I visited the store, I was walked around the store, and that it was something they did for every single person in the store. He thanked me for explaining and a lot of people aren't used to that level of help -- gracious help -- and just enjoy it :) If you are polite and patient, these folks are the nicest, most helpful people on Earth. They want to help people find things they love. Make an appointment, browse with purpose, ask for any help you like, and enjoy yourself. These folks were really, really nice to me. They want to be helpful and want you to be happy. I see a lot of reviews here misinterpreting the store because they are so protective. Just love them anyway -- they want you to be happy.

Love this store and staff for always making us feel special. Thanks Frank and Dennis for making today's shopping trip extra special. Wish there were more items in stock though.

I've been to many Chrome Hearts stores around the world and I've received the best service at this location. Due to COVID, everything is by appointment only. Came here to check out there rings, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave me plenty of good alternative designs when the ring I had in mind didn't work out in-person. Staff is 10000% better here than the flagship store in West Hollywood. Definitely will be coming back!

Wow talking about no customer service they didn't even let me in and do spend few tens of thousands dollars with them lost a good costumer this time

Can attest that the girl with the red streaks in her hair offered the worst service I have ever received in my life. No one else was too helpful but she was the worst. The whole time she seemed uninterested and wouldn't even show me what I was asking for. When I asked to see the rings, she would only pull a few out and then quickly closed the drawer and walked away. Absolutely the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced in my life. You would think that a brand that forgoes marketing, preaches exclusivity, and requires appointments would at the very least offer a great customer experience... not in this case. Literally downloaded Yelp to leave this review.

I just recently purchased a piece that I need help repairing , I was told by the manager " Jason" that it was a definite yes to walk in earlier in the day, and that they do except walk-ins and that I don't need to schedule an appointment once I got to the chrome heart which took me 30 minutes, the security guard told me that there will be a 15 minute wait and that once I go and come back that everything will be OK for my walk in to be accepted once I came back he told me that I couldn't enter, which to me made no sense because he just told me The opposite he then rudely told me to leave so I do not recommend this store location at all for jewelry purchases or any purchases I give it a zero if I could give it zero stars I would and it was completely a waste of my time and a waste of my energy to even entertain this type of company with this type of people and staff. Either the people should be replaced immediately or this location should be shut down and turn into a different store this type of behavior is unacceptable and dishonest and it makes the chrome heart brand which was created in 1994 look poor this is very poor behavior.

Cool brand but like the rest of the reviews here its a poorly run store with obnoxious staff. You work in retail, get over yourself guys. I dropped over 2 grand was treated like crap. Oh and with COVID you can't try anything on and aren't allowed any returns.

Buy Your Service, unprofessional service clerks. I would rather spend $1000 every week on Fake Wagyu than buy from these uneducated service clerks. I tried to visit this site for better service and more selections but it was a total disappointment. It was a Tuesday afternoon at 2pm, there were only 4 other customers in the store besides me, and they were rich kids overseas students from China (i can tell since i have alot of those as friends lol). There were 2 standing clerks, 1 female 1 male, and the guy was helping the students. So i ask nicely if she can take out the rings for me to try on, but she refuses and said the other guy can do it. The other guy clerk has mid length hair and long black beard. So i waited and waited, until hes done with the chinese students. But no, he started chatting with the other server (who was free doing nothing) as if i am transparent. I was wearing gucci and vasace outfits thats over $2500, maybe i still look like a cheap ass cause i am not a chinese student but a chinese business man??? I get it, i have to buy something first before getting served. Its a Buy Your Service shop. So i pardon myself and call for help again, after ignoring me and slowly finish folding clothes on the table, he sluggishly walked over. And that fake smile on his face did it, as he asked what can he do for me. I then just took off with my friends. This brand will do alot better if management for servicing is better. These staffs lacks basic human instincts, lacks professionalism, and lacks rudimentary manner. Dont come here if you dont have to, seriously, you look better without these outdated overpriced Silverware. Sayonara, omw to Cartier.

Came in as a guest with my friend. The walk up was kinda awkward but that's usual for chrome hearts to have no signage building. Vax card with id was checked at door. Guards were nice, didn't talk much. Nice seating area to wait to be allowed to shop. Store was spread out with 2 floors (only stayed on lower floor with jewelry and clothes). Sales associate were okay but were not really helpful and did not talk very much. Weren't mean or nice, just did not add to the experience of it all. One odd thing was were are able to try on an earring but not a zip up or hat. I understand you can disinfect an earring but still seemed weird. With checkout, they accept many forms of payment companies (Mastercard, visa, union pay, WeChat pay,...). Appointment time was 30 minutes but we were not rushed to pick out items. It was very quiet as you can only enter with appointments but it was kinda awkward with suck little people.

You know, when you visit a store for the very first time you really expect to be at least greeted. Visiting NYC with a friend who spends a lot of money at this store. I sat down in the chair just relaxing while my friend shops. After sitting for a while i checked the wifi networks and it shows that they have 3 networks available. one of which is called CH Guest. I asked the sales guy with the ponytail and he says no they cannot provide wifi for guests. Shitty. And a terrible first impression. I'm noticing that issues with customer service and their guests seem to be pretty common here. This is an instant turnoff to any of their products. Well done!

The people working here were extremely rude from the second we walked in. I'm not sure if a store employee always follows people around, but if this woman was trying to make a sale she should not have been rolling her eyes and overall seem annoyed at us for giving them business. It's also beyond unreasonable to not be allowed to try on an $800 sweatshirt before purchasing, especially considering the sweatshirt was extremely wrinkled (so it's not like everything is 100% top notch quality). I have been in other chrome hearts stores and have been allowed to try on so I don't know if they changed their policy who if this particular location just sucks.

After reading through the reviews, I was honestly worried about visiting this store, but after going I feel like a lot of the reviews were from people with unrealistic expectations or maybe that the service level has gone up over time. I am old and not stylish and certainly do not dress as though I have money, but felt like the sales experience was just fine. While I was in the store, two teenagers in shorts and t-shirts who were only interested in hoodies were shown the selection and finished their purchase in less than 10 minutes, so I do not feel that they were looked down upon or snubbed. I was able to browse without someone standing over me and also get help from my sales clerk when needed. I didn't feel rushed or ignored and my sales clerk even offered to email me when some items I was looking for came back in stock. As for the making of appointments and having to show ID, if that offends you then I wouldn't shop here. As the brand is trying to maintain exclusivity and there does seem to be a big resale market for it, I understand both of those and was willing to jump through those hoops. The selection of clothing is relatively minimal, I think on purpose, and the selection of jewelry was actually pretty large and seemed to run the gambit from silver gifty things to high end gold with diamonds. Masks were required regardless of vaccination status and the entire staff was masked up the whole time I was in the store. Finally, the return policy was clearly stated on the counter and also on my receipt, so either that has changed recently or people were not looking closely enough. It is only 10 days but that would give one plenty of time to make sure sizing worked.

Horrible customer service. I'm not sure if they are racist or just pain ignorant. Whatever the case the manager refused to help us resolve our concerns.

Once you've been able to have a personal shopping experience inside of Chrome Hearts Flagship store which I very difficult due to COVID protocol.The overall experience was very inviting

Went in to buy a gift and was in the happiest mood - left so appalled. cool store and merchandise and have bought in past but the staff particularly George, Mgr Eric were so rude that it was a complete turnoff to the point I will never support brand. I see this is a very long-standing vibe of stores according to multiple similar reviews. Why do they think that their too cool obnoxious rigid attitude is acceptable? Why would anyone want to shop here? Warm and welcoming gets my business. Disgraceful honestly. Ps and just noticed that eric who I mentioned voted review funny. Very professional.

Worst sale experience I have ever had . They sold me some jeans at 2000 dollars, didn't let me try them on at the store, told me I can return them .. I called the 4th day told them I want a exchange for bigger size and make an appointment . The day I arrived to the store... they told me I couldn't get store credit or anything , the manager and sales clerk Grayson where very rude broke the bag I came with try to tell me . ThAt the pants where worn.. I can't believe that this would happen when I already had bought from this place multiple times... Grayson and the workers that day LAbeL and are judging customers.. by there APPEARANCE...

This place ruined my love for Chrome Hearts, and I'm sure that I'll never buy anything from CH again. Two large men guarding the entrance asked to make photocopies of our IDs as a "pre-condition" of being "allowed" to spend money in the store. After we questioned this practice, they then threatened us with physical harm.

Wow what an incredible experience at Chrome Hearts. Just went yesterday November 3rd, and had the best time ever. Basically I went to NYC for my birthday and the only place my boyfriend and I truly wanted to visit was CH. Jason, the manager, made our experience one that we'll never forget. He was kind enough to walk us through the store and answer all our questions. I think the place is worth checking out. You'll leave inspired and hopefully Chromed out.

I bought a display shirt last week in a size medium and I was told I couldn't try it on to see how it fit so I went home tried it on and didn't like how it fit. I was aware of the store policy of store credit and exchanges only but no refund which was fine with me. Today I went back to do an exchange and the employee was giving me a hard time implicating that I wore the shirt which I didn't and I told him I just tried it on and never wore it which was embarrassing, he then proceed to use a UV light to check for stains which none was there and I even asked him can I just check to see if y'all have any hoodies I like that way I can just buy something else today. He theme bring me out what he thought I like and I couldn't check myself which made no sense because there was no customers in the store and it was 5pm and they close at 7. I just decided to get my store credit and will shop in the near future there or just sell the store credit to someone.

Giving bad attitude with the customer. We dress up casualty but they not treat us equally same with other costumer. Mostly the old guys security in the front yell at us and tell us to get out.

You can't expect all stores (yes, even $$$++ stores) to give you free wifi. If the company itself does not give access, then leave it be. Can't afford unlimited data on your phone? Then don't go on FB for a few minutes instead of complaining. 1 star given to Chrome Hearts because of lack of wifi is plain stupid. Do you know how many times I had BAD LTE connection in just Saks alone? And a note to that person below me - your friend is the big spender at CH, not you.. so like.. bye felicia. I'm gonna admit that walking in is a bit intimidating and that's where the "the staff isn't so friendly" vibe starts. The store is huge and just making it to another person minus security in front takes a good 30 seconds. The place is beautiful, but very chill. With that being said, you won't see the staff acting all chirpy and perky like you would in other establishments, but it OK because they're nothing close to being unfriendly. You just have to approach them for help and they will be there for you. Brianna helped me and she was great. I was super fickle between the styles and sizes that I wanted to buy. She spent over half an hour with me because I just couldn't get my sh* together and she was courteous and kind all the way through. I left buying two shirts and honestly felt horrible for only buying two things when she was so patient with me. But this is where the store gets deducted a star - CH has such limited choices and sizes that it is hard to buy everything one wants. So many things I wanted were just not in my size or my BF's. Would def come back.

Hello to whom it may concern, I called the chrome hearts location and ask about a item that I was interested in purchasing and the young lady told me that they did have it in stock and then I told her that I will come in to purchase it, she said okay and that was the end of the conversation. I come into the store and on the windows they have you need appointment to come in. I didn't understand why the lady didn't tell me you need a appointment to come in but I have to find out when I come to the store. If there was any information that I needed to know it was that I needed a appointment. Also when I showed up there was a guy going in but apparently he didn't have his ID which was crazy you need a ID to shop now. I've been to retail store and I've been to restaurant and they don't even ask for ID even when you make reservations. They canceled his appointment ( he was black so of course they will give black people a hard time) so he left ( which was understandable since so many black men are dying behind stupid reason now and days and he didn't want the police to get called and he get shot trying to shop) when they cancel his appointment I asked the two security since they have a cancellation can I make an appointment in his absence they told me to call the number that's on the piece of paper that say make a appointment. I told them that I called when I got here because I didn't know you needed one and no one answered the phone. He told me well keep calling. I am at the store already and I'm calling the store and no one is answering and he tell me keep calling when I can see employee standing around doing nothing. So I ask can he go get the manger as well as calling the number three more times before someone answered and that when I spoke with Brooke. I explained to her that I've called and no one told me about the appointment, I also told her that I'm here and I just want to purchase one item she said she usually has walk in but she asked her manager ( which is Jason) and he said no but I told her someone just canceled they appointment and I'm outside and she said there's no point of going back and forth with her cause I need a appointment so I asked can I talk to the manger and she moved away from the phone but called me girl like I'm annoying her and then get back on the phone like he will be outside and hung the phone up on me. So I stand outside until Jason come and I explain to him that Brooke was rude on the phone and call me girl like she was annoyed with me and he just brushed me off like I don't know the story and I'm like there's no story your employee was rude and again he like how can I help you. I explain to him that I wasn't told that I need a appointment and that someone just canceled so can I just purchase one thing, he starts to go back and forth with me about what is a cancellation mean. If someone cancels that mean you have a availability, right? Well Jason is a lil confused about what a cancellation mean. I told him that I just want one item and it didn't make sense that someone needs to make a appointment and might not buy something but a walk in that tell you they will buy a item can't buy it because of a appointment. He then ask me what item I want and tells me they don't have it In stock and my mind was just blown because what was the point of calling from the beginning if I just got all the wrong information that they don't have the item and you need a appointment. At that point I ask for his name and card to make a complaint. I get in my car and leave and remember I don't know the other employee that called me girl. I call back and this time says her name and I ask her did she call me girl and he tells me that she didn't and I'm like I know what I heard you call me girl and SHE TELLS ME BITCH I DIDN'T CALL YOU GIRL ANG HUNG UP! I call back I can't believe she called me a bitch and Jason picks up and he's like hello, are you the one that was outside ( like I'm a problem child and it's my fault that I was cursed out) I'm like yes and he like well just use my email to make a complaint. This store is so unprofessional and with everything going in the world right now with COVID and BLACK LIVES MATTER and people dying, I just wanted to do a lil retail therapy and have a moment of purchasing a item and feeling good but this experience was horrible and it makes me feel like racism played a big part of this. I'm just wondering if a white person would get the same treatment?

As a teen, I couldn't afford Chrome Hearts. After making enough, I decided it was time to treat myself. I bought the "forever" ring from the Madison Avenue location. While I waited, I met a security guard named Frank. He was great and he told me about a new location. I decided to check it out. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the same security guard, who was actually pretty glad I took his advice. I went in and started looking at earings. I was helped by Jason Treible, who, honestly, helped me have the best shopping experience ever. I told him I was interested in a chain, and he helped me select the perfect one. Most of us know, when you're out shopping, the last thing you want is to feel like the sales associate is pressuring you. I was glad because this was a smooth purchase that I wanted to make. I would recommend Chrome Hearts to anyone and everyone.

Pulled up on Saturday didn't know you had to make appointment it's fine dude to COVID i guess good thing is i live in jersey so no biggie. So booked an appointment and i came back Thursday 9/1 and we get there the bald headed black security guy was rude and aggressive asking for our id fast forward we met our sales i think his name was Steve he was cool he let us know that they were limited in stock so they didn't have what we want so he bought us a couple items and we picked it but he had to stop helping us so we had got the girl she was skinny with a orange mask she was so annoying and slow she kept trying to rush us out the store. So when Steve was helping us he said buy the item go outside and try it because you can't try on the item in store do to the policy that's what i did and my shirt didn't fit so i brought it back to exchange. They came to the door and said the store is close the security guard so i couldn't exchange it and I'm like i was just in the store literally 2 mins ago so after going back and forth with the security guard a sale associate came to the door and try to tell me i couldn't exchange and i kept asking why he finally told me they closed the register so he let me exchange the shirt but i couldn't get a receipt he said come back tomorrow and get it I'm like how i don't live in nyc dickhead then i asked him to email it he said he going get my information from the girl that rang us up but she didn't take our emails so he said he is going to call me lol yea sure but overall worst experience ever i don't really write reviews but this was my worst experience shopping ever.

I had recently bought my first piece of jewelry from this store, with the help of an employee named Derek. I had absolutely no problem finding what I wanted And how I wanted it to look. He was so very helpful. I absolutely love this brand and everything it stands for. All I need is some of those custom patched blue jeans now! I will be back!

The store has cool decor with attention to little details from a Chrome Hearts stapler to a huge dinosaur figure. And of course, their products are badass gorgeous. The customer service is top notch as an employee named Stephanie helped me pick out the perfect ring, and she was very delightful. Really loving the new ring!

Randomly walked into this place with a friend. While, we didn't purchase anything (this place is $$$), the staff had absolutely no problem with us looking around. No mean glares or stares- none of that. We even asked to go upstairs to see the furniture, and one of the associates gladly took us up and answered all of the questions we had. You can immediately tell that there is a lot of time and effort put into these wonderful pieces.
