I stopped by to take a break from the hot sun. There was a shaded area to sit. There were no restrooms in sight. A sign in the main hall said shorts were not allowed. It didn't feel like a temple. It was just a tourist attraction, lost in the crowds. There were no designated areas to explore, and the sky was blue. Not bad for a short rest. There is a parking fee for motorcycles and bicycles in front. It is 5000 VND. The beach is 10K VND, but it's cheaper here in the city center. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Peaceful and spiritual. Lovely place to meditate, a getaway from all the touristic chaos. They provide clotes to convert yourself if not dressed right to visit.

What a beautiful Buddhist temple pagoda. We engaged this young chap (NB: anyone under 50 is now considered young to me) who guided us around Hoi An, taking us to places which we otherwise may have missed, with historic and local commentary. Really good. First stop was this temple. It was beautiful - but note that you are not allowed to wear short dresses or shorts.

Beautiful Buddhist temple pagoda in the ancient town of Hoi an. We went walking from our hotel Golden holiday hotel and spa. It’s a beautiful town. And you are not allowed to wear short dresses or shorts. They have clothes outside that you can use to cover your knee and shoulders. Closes after 4.30 pm. You need to buy entrance tickets for 3-4 attractions just before the pagoda. There is a booth. Phap Bao Temple, which you can find on Phan Chu Trinh street. It’s a big temple. Some interesting read. Calm and serene. Not many people.

Beautiful simple Buddhist Temple. Only stayed couple minutes as someone was praying at the time. Beautifully laid odd, lots of gold & red and beautiful curtains covering the exterior, instead of doors. Recommend a look even just outside.

Nice Now they charge too for parking if want to roam hoi an. Better keep outside some shop. Lot of places if come 1 day frm Da nang to visit Hoi an

I visited in early morning on a Thursday. Very few people were around. I meditated for sometime. Felt peaceful.

Beautiful temple and gardens full of colourful flowers. Quite central so worth a visit for peaceful, pretty surroundings. Please ensure you dress appropriately as with all temples - cover knees and shoulders, no low cut tops etc.
