Outdoor: Spa and pool, Indoor: steam room, sauna, ice bucket. Great for families and friends. It is located in the middle of Auckland city. Staff, the friendly and changerooms are super clean and secure. Has locker, clothes dryer bucket.

Chuan Spa at the Cordis is one of the main reasons I stay at this hotel. I love spending time in this space. You’re spoiled with the pool and jacuzzi, and relaxing on the lounge chairs. You can order drinks and food as well. In the changing area, there’s a fabulous rain shower as well as private showers with shampoo and conditioner. The steam room is a favourite, in conjuction with the ice bowl. There’s also a sauna, clothes spinner, dryer and lockers. Getting a massage here is so relaxing with their firm hands. Just love coming here if I need to book a hotel in Auckland. Highly recommend.

On my bday decided to treat myself to SPA. I could not have asked for more. Just what my mind body & soul needed. Everyone greets you with lovely smile. The lady at the Chuan spa - wished me bday & explained everything so beautifully. Clean & exotically organised. Enjoyed herbal steam spa & Sauna which was complimentary with 90minute massage & facial. Massage was healing & facial was soothing.

The best service I ever! Highly recommend to tryout. Koj know how to spoil you and gave magic services! Love the way she gave beautiful facial massages. I was in heaven.

From start to finish the experience was lovely. On arrival all the facilities were shown and explained to me. Cherry my therapist made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. The treatment itself was blissful and so relaxing. The cost may seem high but when compared to other hotels with day spa facilities and the convenience for in house guests makes it worth it

The Chuan Spa was a lovely place to unwind. I did the 90 min hot oil massage, which was divine. They had steam room, sauna, pool, and jacuzzi which you can use before your treatment. The treatment rooms were nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the treatment rooms were directly connected to both the female and male bathrooms. Both doors were right beside each other. Being a spa, the lighting is not bright, if you aren't paying attention, I think it's not hard to walk through the wrong door, which I saw someone who almost did it by accident. I think they might have another entrance/exit on the other side, might be a consideration to only use that one or have an access card or something. Anyways, it was still a nice spa, and it was worth it.

Was an absolute luxury to be treated to a massage package at Chuan Spa. Very relaxing and indulgent. Lovely staff, beautiful environment and great overall experience
