The rooms have a little wear and tear but they are spacious. There are personal spas in the room (the bathroom is huge with double doors), as well as a public pool, steam rooms, saunas, outdoor/indoor spas. I'm not sure about the sanitization of the facilities but I chose not to look too hard. I came here when it was pouring so as much as I loved the different scents like rose🌹 and coffee ☕️ of the outdoor spas, it was very diluted by rain water. I still sat in the outdoor pools though because I don't often get to sit in a hot tub in the rain. Very epic. Inside, there are pools at different temperatures. One of the cold ones had a mahjong table. I would have been one of the first to quit. The steam room also had different scents too, and a shower in each. The pool had a slide and was long enough that you can do laps. The pool has showerheads and jet streams as well. The hotel is located in a touristy bustling area with lots of small eats and souvenir shops all selling the famous Yilan cookies and crackers.

What we really want after here is their hot spring spa facilities. It was very very nice. The outdoor hot springs have 9 different flavors, and the steams have different scents. Indoor hot springs have these different thermal massages and also have the sauna for men and women separately. But you cannot take your phone inside the indoor hot spring, taking photos is prohibited. You can just avail the hot spring spa if you don't want to sleep overnight.

ever so relaxing hot spring spa with so many options to choose from, it would be impossible to do everything in a day. all kinds of scented hot water pools, saunas, steam rooms and soothing water massage options. the slide was our highlight and staff were super lovely. you can spend the whole day for ~ 300 TWD or less.

One of the best visits we've had in a long time. This hotel is great in every way. The rooms are super comfy. Lots of little details that make this a 5 star experience in every way. We were there during a typhoon with a baby and the hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate us. The breakfast buffet alone make it worth a visit. We already booked another visit at their flagship branch. Thank you to the manager and the staff for a great stay. (My only wish would be that they make swimming caps optional, like the rest of the world.)

Our second time here. The hotel we booked had a loft in the room. The rooms are big and nice. Nice spa for the room. The actual spa is at the ground floor. They have different temperature spas with different favour. There are roses, lavender, coffee, mints and herbs. There are a few saunas & pools with water jets you can use.

Traveled from Yilan to visit the Hotel hot springs spa. There were so many hot spring pools to relax in with many quirky “smells” added to the waters including Wine, Bubble gum, and Aromatherapy oils, quite different and really enjoyable. Good value for money for a Luxury Hotel unlike the near by Evergreen which was around twice the price and smaller facilities (although they do supply towels and free hot and cold drinks)

I was here in Oct 24th, the experience was so majestic! After relaxing muscles in five elemental hot spring, there are also Steam room, Rock beds, Cold spring, Jacuzzi,..which also indeed to try. Finally, the buffet with different kinds of cuisine from around the world were served here. Having a very good time!

Been coming to this hot spring bath since 2009. It’s virtually unchanged since then, meaning it’s super old and has never been renovated. It really could do with an upgrade. There is loose wiring everywhere and mold. But I really like the colourful pools and the staff is friendly.
