The ramen here was delicious and unique! I went with a friend for lunch so I was able to try two- the Shabu Shabu (pork) ramen and the Kurumi (Walnut) Tantan-men.
The taste of the Shabu Shabu soup was that of a 塩ラーメン (salt-based ramen), but the flavor was fresh and very unique-- unlike any I've tried before. That combined with the mouth-wateringly soft Shabu Shabu pork was fantastic.
The Kurumi (Walnut) Tantan-men had a hint of spice and the soup had a faint flavor and 香り(aroma) of walnut. I really enjoyed this ramen as well.
Give it a try if you drop by Ebisu! Definitely quite a unique ramen shop and worth the price in my opinion to drop by for lunch.

Fantastic ramen; incredibly expensive.
If you mind spending more than 35$/25GBP/3500yen on ramen + a beer, don’t come here. (We paid ~$250 for four of us going overboard with toppings and sides, so this feels like an upper limit).
If you are a ramen fanatic and want to try an excellent gyotai tori shoyu chintan base ramen, with excellent hosomen, chashu, negi, menma and nitama (aka seafood-chicken-soy clear broth with thin, straight noodles, roast pork, scallion, fermented bamboo and a medium-boiled soy egg), come here for the experience.
Friendly service, not much english spoken, nor an english menu, FYI.

This is not a fair noodle shop.
You don't know the price until you are seated. Some of the menu items cost 8,000 yen. At night, you have to order one dish in addition to the ramen. Moreover, they only accept cash, and the staff is overbearing.
There are many other restaurants nearby that are much better and more reasonably priced.

Very interesting place, definitely not your traditional Chinese noodles shop. Only has about 10-12 seats bar seats, 3 staff all dressed in white chef's clothing, clean cut, gives the impression of seriousness. You don't hear the usual loud welcome or thank you yelling out by the staff. Customers were quietly, slurping their noodles. No pictures allowed of the restaurant, but okay for your own food. I ordered combo noodles and the special steamed dumplings. The noodles were quite delicious (home made),the soup stock was lightly salted, the one piece of beef and the wontons were good. The steamed dumplings were not special. Very expensive Chinese ramen. But, I liked the professional feel. Saw a cold noodles plate that looked really good, love to try it next time.

Amazing ramen but shocked when the check came for 8200 yen. Two ramen and two sake definitely didn't expect that price. I wish I had read these other reviews before hand. The chef however was very attentive in the fact that we didn't speak japanese and helped us to order our meal. Overall positive experience.

Its a scam. No pricing on half of their menu items. Tabelog shows 950 yen noodles.
You go in and the cheapest noodle with beansprouts is 1950yen.
Charsiu noodle is 3000yen.
This is lunch.
I heard clam noodle is 5000+yen.
They have noodles as much as 13000 yen.
Sure. Price it whatever you want. But dont lure customers by hiding your pricing.
They also dont take credit card. Only cash.
You think the service is at least good? Nope the employee was cocky and had zero customer service.
Dont go
