Chung Dam Korean Contemporary BBQ

I really needed cold noodles after being in Vietnam for 2 weeks. The cold noodles were really good! Except the washroom toilet in the women’s washroom was not good. The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet bowl. So you have to hover over to not touch the bowl. Please please fix this!!

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Korean barbecue with your family. The staff is very friendly and the meat is generally not tough and has a rich flavor. The owner of the restaurant spared no expense in being kind to our family and gave us a lot of things. He also provided a lot of food service and even sent us to the front door on the first floor when it was raining, and he even gave us an umbrella, which reminded me of Korean affection.

I found this place randomly through google reviews, seems like a new place but the meat and side dishes are absolutely good!! This gonna be our new frequent spot for kbbq in D1. I always love kbbq but there’s no place that good in D1 and you have to go further. We ordered marinated skirt and short ribs, both are yummy but mine favorite is the skirt! The restaurant is so empty, I hope many ppl knows ab this place more cus the food is good, the staff is nice, they even grilled the meat for you, and the korean manager is also very nice!!!

This is a pretty nice Korean restaurant in the center. I came in for lunch and their lunch menu was actually great. I also wanted to try the bbq, but you have to order minimum of 2 dishes and each dish is 500k+ if you want beef, which is a bit too much for lunch. I would recommend their lunch menu because it’s very good and good value as well. They also have several private rooms if you want some privacy.

Finally a good Korean restaurant in Saigon. A bit difficult to find: accessible via a small lift next to G25 store. The lift is smelly but there's no smell in the restaurant, even after a few hours of BBQing. Their spicy soup is good: tender beef, authentic taste. Pork neck is good. Beef combo (4 different types of beef) is above average. Service should & could be improved further.

Not much banchan, just had 5 kinds. But all is leaf like kim leaf, kimchi, and another same same. Had salad too. Price is higher than another restaurant for meat, another food is quite same. Service is ok. But with a person who likes to eat many kinds of banchan like me, maybe i will not comeback.

So delicious Korean restaurant! Service is perfect and employees were well trained by Korean CEO. All menu were really good so I went there every day during my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. You can enjoy Korean food like BBQ, Bibimbab, short rib soup, Naengmyeon and etc... if you want!
