My now fiancé had the most wonderful experience in the store when choosing my ring, he told me about how helpful and kind the team were. When we went in to have it resized, the girls were so lovely and welcoming. They even had prosecco for us to celebrate — such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel truly special. The ring itself is absolutely stunning, even more beautiful than I imagined, and it feels so meaningful knowing how much care went into every step. I’ve been following Chupi for years and have always been in love with her timeless, thoughtful designs. To celebrate our 10-year anniversary, my husband and I took a trip to Ireland to collect my new rings: Starlight 1.5ct and the Claddagh North Star—two designs that truly spoke to me. The experience was as magical as the pieces themselves. When we arrived to pick up our rings, Katie was absolutely fantastic. She welcomed us with enthusiasm, answered all of our questions with care, and even toasted the moment with a glass of prosecco. We felt seen, celebrated, and truly special. The rings are breathtaking, just as I knew they would be. They’ll forever symbolize both our journey together and our unforgettable trip to Ireland. We went to browse engagement rings in November 24, & Had a few emails prior with Kim (amazing)so it was so nice to kinda know the person we were meeting. She had all the rings I had asked for (&more) ready for me to try. It was such a gorgeous experience. I would never normally be in that situation where I was contemplating spending thousands ! The Prosecco was a lovely touch :) I genuinely thought we were there just for fun as I didn’t think in a million years he would buy such a beautiful piece for me. He knew I’d been stalking chupis instagram for years. Kim & himself were in cahoots behind my back & the ring arrived on 13/12/24 & I got engaged :) we recently went back to the store to upgrade my engagement ring (Kim kindly arranged this for us) & look at wedding bands . Kim also showed me a few rings that I thought might be suitable for a 6 year anniversary gift but unfortunately we were robbed of €2,500 worth of stuff from my car while at the appointment with Kim so unfortunately my 6 year anniversary gift went out the window :( such a shame as I defo had him convinced the North Star would be beautiful on me :( While I was there viewing wedding bands , Kim spotted my grandmothers engagement ring on my right hand and offered to clean it for me. I didn’t ask, and was blown away by this. I actually spoke about this in my customer service class about how you can exceed someone’s expectations without spending a penny. It didn’t cost anything to clean my ring, but it was noticed and was such a kind gesture Kim is a credit to chupi- don’t ever let her leave as she is genuinely a breath of fresh air. If you read this Kim - thank you for being so helpful & kind to us during this process. We really really do appreciate all you have done for us xx

Purchased our engagement and wedding rings here. Chupi’s jewellery is simply stunning, especially her pieces inspired by elements of Irish culture and nature. I've been to Chupi to look at a few different rings with my now fiancée. I can't overstate how lovely the entire staff was each time we visited. They made us feel super comfortable and took us through the whole thought process when picking our ring. They never pressured us into any particular choice and were super patient. On top of all that the jewellery is so beautiful. I can't recommend them enough.

Such a fab experience picking out our engagement ring with Cecilia in Chupi. We loved how honest, kind and calm she was. She made us feel really comfortable. She really listened to what we wanted and gave us lots of time to try on a variety of rings. She explained everything in detail and mentioned lots of things we would never have thought of. As well as Chupi making beautiful, meaningful jewellery a recent experience of their customer service was also excellent. After purchasing a piece to send to a relative in New Zealand there were some questions from the NZ end about customs. I sent the email onto Chupi and their customer care team handled the whole thing and got the piece delivered on time. Would highly recommended their shipping/customs service.
