I can’t speak highly enough about Chupi and the incredible experience I’ve had with both their jewellery and their customer service. I received the North Star Signet Ring as a special gift from my mother to start our own family heirloom and it is truly one of the most meaningful and beautiful pieces I’ve ever worn.
There’s something so special about receiving a gorgeous, handcrafted piece from an Irish brand. The quality of the ring is second to none. From the design to the materials, it truly feels like a timeless heirloom. I’ve received so many compliments on it, and every time I wear it, I’m reminded of its significance and beauty and I'm proud it's from an Irish brand.
The outstanding service from the customer service team is the real reason I felt compelled to write this review. While living abroad, I needed the ring resized—not once, but twice. What could have been a frustrating process was instead made incredibly easy, thanks to Chupi’s kind and attentive team. Without hesitation, they helped me through each step, offering guidance and reassurance along the way. Their communication was warm, thoughtful, and deeply human, something that's rare to find in any company. Monica from the customer service team, was especially incredible, whose patience and kindness made the resizing process smooth and worry-free. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, and her personal attention truly made all the difference.
Thanks to their fantastic service, I now have a perfectly fitting ring that I will treasure forever. It’s more than jewellery it’s a story, a connection to home, and a piece I’ll cherish for life.
