I ordered both mine and my husband's wedding rings from Chupi's online store earlier this year and I am beyond pleased with my purchase. The rings are beautiful quality, and they arrived fairly quickly, especially considering that we each ordered a custom size AND had the product shipped from Ireland to England. I also appreciate Chupi's commitment to sustainability, with all their products being made using recycled gold and lab-grown diamonds. Beautiful jewelry, well worth what we paid for.

I've had 2 Chupi pieces since June 2020 (just over 4 years). I love them, they're beautiful but the quality is not up to the standard that you would expect given the price. I have the solid gold stag necklace, which I received as a birthday present. When I opened the box, the chain was broken. I immediately sent it back and they replaced it with a new one, although it took several weeks (it was during Covid times). The coin is slightly misshapen, I assumed this was a design feature however my friend has the same necklace (later year editions) and it is perfectly round. I do wear it everyday despite this. I also have a morganite ring that I got at the same time as the necklace. I don't wear this everyday, it's mainly for occasions and it's not my engagement/wedding ring. I recently contacted customer care asking for advice as the stone looks very cloudy despite cleaning it with the pen they provide with it and the response was "The stone appears to be scratched beyond repair. We'd advise you to upgrade it to a pink diamond". I don't believe that was a satisfactory response or represents good quality products. Obviously morganite is not as hard a stone as diamond but to be told by the company who manufacturered this "heirloom" that it needs to be replaced after 4 years. My engagement/wedding ring (not Chupi) are 7 years old and there's not a scratch on them, despite wearing them everyday. As I say, I love my pieces but I wouldn't trust them with something that is expected to last as long as a wedding ring. My experience is the quality just isn't reflected in the inflated prices.

I recently purchased the Emerald Oval ring in Chupi and was very kindly assisted by Cecilia. She made the experience so enjoyable.
