Amazing stay here! Clean and spacious rooms. Very well heated and comfortable beds. They upgraded us due to availability and the staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. Location is close to the Christmas markets and shopping centres so it’s perfect. Would stay again!

Had a poor experience here and cannot recommend it. Here's what's wrong: My room was on the first floor above a busy road and I could hear every car, every person that walked past, every yelling drunk. The bed is tiny, it's four feet wide. The wardrobe is free standing, and doesn't fit, so it kind of sits awkwardly in the middle of the room. Don't look in the big gap behind it, it's filthy. There's no shaving mirror. The fridge is right next to your head as you sleep. The TV is tiny and awkwardly positioned. The sofa is in two parts which aren't connected and slide apart. You need to move the bin to be able to open the cupboard under the sink. There was a loud sound of running water in the wall behind my head all night. There is no way to reduce the temperature in the room, which was uncomfortably hot. What was good? The staff were fine. The location is central. The gym was serviceable. I would not recommend this place and I would not come back.

If you want a comfortable quiet stay, probably best to pick somewhere else. The room was very hot and with no air conditioning, windows had to be open and my word, it is extremely noisy with lots of shouting and banging until 4am. Might be better in a week day, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The property exceeded my expectations, it’s the perfect location right in the heart of the city! The room was spacious and the amenities in immaculate condition! The staff were very friendly and professional making this one of the best stays I have had!You cannot fault anything absolutely loved it

We had initially booked another place but it turned out to be not as nice as advertised - it was grim! So I jumped online and last minute booked this place. It was so much nicer and actually cheaper than the gross place. The studio apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed and surprisingly included a washing machine! An incredible relief and a very pleasant stay for 2 nights. Amir, who checked us in and checked us out at the end of our stay, was absolutely lovely as well. Very pleased we rebooked!

It was a good experience overall, but there were some points worth noting. Positives: • Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a washing machine. • Soap provided in both the kitchen and bathrooms. • High level of security. • Excellent internet connection. Negatives: • Bathroom had a bad smell, likely due to a drainage problem. • Bathroom was dirty and I had to clean it myself before use. • No cleaning service during short stays, and extra charge for towels or other items. • Guests must take trash to a garbage room themselves. • No air conditioning, only a fan, which is not suitable at all in hot weather.

Stayed for one night and needed a central location. These apartments are highly recommended and have everything you need for your stay. Warm welcome, quick check in, secure access, comfy bed and right in the middle of the city.

Everything was amazing. Staff were so attentive and helpful. They were kind enough to upgrade our room which was so kind. The apartment was amazing felt so home like and the view was nice.
