Guests snack on truffle potato chips with lemon aioli, tackle a seafood tower piled with fresh oysters on the half shell, jumbo shrimp, and red king crab, or indulge in an Ossetra caviar grilled cheese crowned with poached lobster tail. The drink list spans local Deer Valley Pilsner and High West Whiskey to creative cocktails like Huck n’ Bubbles, which mixes Lolo huckleberry vodka, Five Wives vanilla vodka, and huckleberry syrup with Brut Champagne.
