Bad customer service and quality. I bought the flap bag with sculptural detail last summer. After only a few months of use the edges started to crack and the edge paint has come off several places. I have used this bag very limited, and taken very good care of it. And compared to the price of the bag, the quality is not acceptable. I contacted Chylak by mail including pictures on the 14th of march. After a week I pushed for a reply or confirmation of receipt, I ended up having to contact them by instagram, being informed they would send my mail to the right department. Now almost a month later, there is no conclusion. They want me to send the bag to them, but they ignorer my questions in the mail’s reg. The claim process and who is covering the bag under transportation etc. in case it should get lost, stolen etc. no replies. I have now asked if it is possible to contact a manger by phone, to get this sorted. I can tell from the reviews (that I wish I had seen before I bought the bag!) that several have same claim as I, and have not received a refund or exchange. I have never experienced a claim process and communication this unprofessional and long drought. I will for sure never buy products from chylak again. It’s not worth the price unfortunately and customer service is very disappointing. I really liked the designs and wanted to support the brand, but I regret it. I hope to get this settled soon and with a fair outcome. And find it very frustrating that I have to write a negative review in desperate matter to get a comprehensive reply from Chylak.

Came in there twice with the intention of potentially buying a bag, was completely ignored on both occasions. Stood there for a while trying to at least make an eye contact with sales associates but they were very good at making you feel invisible. Left in confusion, may be I didn’t understand their business model? In any case, weird feeling. Upd. From reading other reviews realized that they have many bags that are not on display but are brought to you from the backroom on request. As a new client how are you supposed to know that and make a choice? Even weirder than it initially appeared.

I made an online purchase from Le Petit Trou and the item was delivered damaged (specifically, part of the embroidery on the lingerie set)! I contacted the return service - as required by the website - several times but no one has replied with an answer! Extremely unprofessional and poor quality of the product. Will never purchase again, total scam.

I’m glad I waited to shop in person instead of on line, because the bag I really wanted was a huge letdown in person. Flimsy and cheap feeling, it was almost comical. Figured I’d get a pair of cute shoes instead, however I was informed the brand doesn’t offer anything above size 41, which felt more like size US 9.

Terrible customer service ! I went to their store which is in Mokotowska to buy Saddle Bag in black, the girls who work there had very poor english skills + they even didn’t understand my questions but they were replying me with the same sentence over and over !!!! They showed me 4 different saddle bag and each of them had flaws. The bags looked damaged in the storage room. I was showing them and asking them why it’s like this and each time they replied this question like “each bag is different”.

When signing up on a waiting list, a bag's price was 990zl but when it finally appeared, the price was 1149. Now, even though 150zl is not that much of a difference, however, it is simply just an unpleasant customer experience. The bag itself is very pretty but the make is nothing extraordinary, especially considering the price. I don't think I will shop here again.
