Bad customer service and quality.
I bought the flap bag with sculptural detail last summer. After only a few months of use the edges started to crack and the edge paint has come off several places. I have used this bag very limited, and taken very good care of it. And compared to the price of the bag, the quality is not acceptable. I contacted Chylak by mail including pictures on the 14th of march. After a week I pushed for a reply or confirmation of receipt, I ended up having to contact them by instagram, being informed they would send my mail to the right department. Now almost a month later, there is no conclusion. They want me to send the bag to them, but they ignorer my questions in the mail’s reg. The claim process and who is covering the bag under transportation etc. in case it should get lost, stolen etc. no replies.
I have now asked if it is possible to contact a manger by phone, to get this sorted.
I can tell from the reviews (that I wish I had seen before I bought the bag!) that several have same claim as I, and have not received a refund or exchange.
I have never experienced a claim process and communication this unprofessional and long drought. I will for sure never buy products from chylak again. It’s not worth the price unfortunately and customer service is very disappointing. I really liked the designs and wanted to support the brand, but I regret it.
I hope to get this settled soon and with a fair outcome. And find it very frustrating that I have to write a negative review in desperate matter to get a comprehensive reply from Chylak.
