Cialì Bistrot

A wonderful dinner!! We had a great time at Cialì Bistrot! The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the place itself is very cozy and stylish. The young owner was so friendly and clearly cares a lot about what he does. You can feel his passion in the way he welcomes guests and explains the menu. Everything was perfect!! We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Praiano!

Our Airbnb host recommended this restaurant and we are SO HAPPY we took her up on it. Spent a beautiful evening celebrating a birthday, enjoying the peaceful, elegant, and relaxing atmosphere. The service was 20/10 and the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the gnocchi with asparagus, and the beef filet with vegetables and tempura snowpeas. Dessert was also incredible! Highly recommend if you're looking for an excellent dining experience.

Delicious food and amazing service! The waiters were so attentive and it was fun to watch the chef work in the open kitchen. The complimentary limoncello after the meal was a nice ending!

We visited the Amalfi coast, not knowing much about Praiano but quickly fell in love, especially after finding Cialì Bristol. The care that they took to make each dish was nothing short of amazing. Living in the Northeast, our group is surrounded by lots of top quality restaurant options- Cialì Bistrot ranked up there in our list of favorite places to eat. We made sure to tell everyone we met (who were looking for recs) about this gem and all were in agreement about the incredible dinner they also received. Thank you Cialì for the dining experience- wish you all the success you deserve in years to come!

Very nice place with excellent service ! My only negative is you expect to have an amuse bouche from the chef. Seafood salad was delicious; gnocchi very nice; and steak very tasty. Recommended

So great we went twice! We loved this restaurant and the friendly service from Gennaro (both of them!) and the other waitress who we did not catch her name. We were well taken care of both times and really enjoyed the food. They also make their own “cellos”. You have to try the tangerine and the fennel (if you like fennel of course). This was our favorite meals of the Amalfi Coast by far. We highly recommend it!

Of all the delicious places we have been out to eat this time on our holiday in Italy, this has been the finest. The quality of the food and service was impeccable. The beef was cooked to perfection. Linguine was tasty and all freshly prepared. The recommended wine suited the food. We were lucky to get in on the opening night of the season. The place is exceptionally clean and professional. You get to see the chef preparing the food.

Excellent place. The food was wonderful for everyone - meat / fish eaters and also vegetarians! It’s very clear that they select only the freshest local ingredients daily. The staff was also very professional and friendly, giving lots of good recommendations for Praiano. This was some of the best hospitality we have experienced in Italy!
