Google
great little place if you can catch it open. small menu but food is delicious. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. The croissants are enormous and like tasted freshly made. I had the breakfast sandwich on the croissants. yum!! burrito was just good, nothing special. coffee is the bomb!! superb coffee flavor! Staff was nice on an early Sat morning wasn't busy at all. Plenty of tables to sit and eat and spacious dining.. we spent $35 that included tip for two coffees and two breakfasts.

On-line menu is not updated. There is no sea bass or short ribs. The chef was very accommodating to make me gluten free chicken picatta.

This was one of the worst Italian places I've ever been! Food was substandard and so was our waitress! To start, the pasta is pricey since it comes with nothing, no bread, no salad, all an extra charge! I had the seafood dish in a red sauce. It was bland, the clams and mussels were so small there were hardly anything in them. The shrimp was an OK size but they don't take the tail off. The pasta was like sticky over cooked spaghetti! Terrible!! This is 28 dollars! My wife had the Chicken Alfredo which wasn't too bad, but still not that good! At 18 dollars! Our waitress took our order, had someone from the kitchen bring it out and never refilled my tea or even asked if we liked the meal! I left a 8% tip instead of the 15 or 20% which is what I normally tip with good service because she virtually did nothing! I watched after we left to her reaction and if looks could kill, I would have been dead!! This is one place we will never come back to!!! Just Bad all the way around for being in a fancier setting!!!

This is the worst Italian restaurant I think I’ve ever been in. Maybe if you order the pizza you might survive. Capricious salad was made yesterday. Chicken piccata was edible fried piece of chicken breast that was hard to cut with a sharp knife. Pasta was ridiculous overcooked. They must’ve microwaved the bag. It came out of too long. I wouldn’t feed my dog this food because I like my dog.

Was there11/09/2024 party of 4 placed an order for 2 sea food pasta's. Both came to table with no shrimp, was told they were out so they decided to load the plates with muscles that were empty my wife ordered a sausage pizza that was not fully cooked. We just paid the bill and left. Was a bad experience

Google
Seriously one of the worst dining experiences ever. I opted to sit at the bar because it was busy and I was dining at the bar. 10 minutes sitting before I was even acknowledged. Finally the bartender said she'd be right with me. 5 minutes later she took my order for a sweet tea and their "speciality" lasenga. 5-10 minutes later I received my food but still no drink. The food tasted like it was made a week ago, frozen, and reheated. The edges were even hard. Finally I received my drink, but the whole experience was terrible

Google
My first time giving it a try. Absolutely horrible food, very disappointed with the look (unlike the photo in the menu) and taste. Just curious do the chefs even taste their food before sending it out of the kitchen. I order this carbonara, it was not soft, not cook enough or something, with a few lump of meet and cost twenty something dollars. I was hungry but still couldn't eat half of it, as it tasted terrible. The disappointment made me feel like throwing up. People don't recommend, but I wanted to experience myself. Well, I won't recommend it neither. Sorry chef.

This is what they served me for fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, half of portion, but they gave me a full one 30 minutes later,

Yelp
What a delightful meal before heading to the casino. We had heard great things about the food here. We started off with cheese garlic bread, which was amazing. The bread was very light and airy and came with a dipping sauce. Lots of cheese on it as well. We heard that we had to order their pizza and it did not disappoint us. It was absolutely delicious. We ordered the SAUSAGE spicy tomato sauce, sausage, onion, red bell pepper and asked if we could have pepperoni put on it as well. The chef was the cutest 74 year old Italian man and you could tell he definitely took pride and the food that he cooked. He came out to our table a couple of times and talked to us. He even came out to sing happy birthday and he had such a beautiful voice. We will definitely, come here again and order the exact same thing. It was perfect.

Yelp
Continues not to take orders past 11am I arrived at 11am to wait in line once the cashier was available she said we closed..I didn't argue with her I just shook my head in disbelief it's amazing this casino is only open 4 hours on the weekend to get food such a disappointing trip guess I'll go downtown to Chris on the docket

Yelp
We tried Cibare again since they had been closed since the pandemic. The spinach artichoke arancini and they were delicious. There are 5 good size arancini balls in the appetizer serving. The best dinner pasta is still the Rigatoni Bolognese. The Chicken Paremesan was a huge serving of chicken and good. the Tagliatelle Alfredo was also good. They do charge if you want bread on your table. The server was great and gave us good recommendations. They are used to getting people served quickly but we slowed down our menu by not ordering our pastas until we were done with our appetizer. The only reason we might not come back here often is the prices. The pasta's prices seem a bit high for St. Louis. Their pastas were $24 per plate whereas on The Hill they seem to be in the $18 range.

Yelp
We have ate her three times and get this same drunk waitress which is surprisingly weird. I asked for someone different the third time but was told they have to stay in rotation. So third time was a charm, my waitress Jessica, once again screwed up my order , and then tried to argue with me about it, it took her 15 min just to go find a manager to correct it. Every time I have had her she reeks of liquor and gives the worst service, I will not be back! Get a grip on your drunk servers River City Casino! Food was good but service was horrible!!!

Yelp
If I could summarize this review in two words, it would be YES PLEASE. This place was off the chain excellent, and I don't think that is due to the fact that I never would have guessed it. I was staying at the River City Casino and craving Italian, so I decided to give this place a go, and I'm sure glad I did. I happened upon the place about an hour before closing, and there were only two other tables, but customer service was still welcoming and friendly, and the food was great. I had a difficult time deciding what to order, given the menu options (as you can see), but decided to go with the Orecchiette. It was so delicious that I wanted the recipe - a perfect mixture of spice, ingredients, and flavor. Had I not indulged on the delicious assortment of bread that came before my meal with the various oils offered, I probably would have eaten the whole thing and asked for seconds. On that note, the breads were solid as well, and I loved the Chile Flake Olive Oil they had. So, so good. There is no doubt I will be returning here the next time I'm in St. Louis, whether I am staying at River City or not.

Yelp
We visited the weekend of 10/24 after looking forward to the reopening as this was a restaurant we loved before the pandemic. While the menu is smaller than before, the entrees were all delicious! This is truly a slice of the Hill! We ordered the garlic cheese bread for an appetizer and the bright red sauce to dip it in was a treat. We ordered the carbonara and butternut squash ravioli and the carbonara was rich with flavor and generous bacon chunks whereas the butternut squash ravioli was light with lemony zest. We finished our meal with the chocolate cake--yum! The staff was very nice and one of the reasons we will definitely be returning. I believe our waitress was Amelia--she was wonderful!

Yelp
This is a tasty spot with great pasta dishes. The service isn't exactly stellar, but it's alright. The mushroom pasta I had was a particular standout. Of all the restaurants in this casino, this was by far my favorite. You can't go wrong with tasty pasta.

Yelp
Was a last resort since buffet line was 2 hours long and closing soon. Waited for a while here just for silverware and water (which I had to ask for a couple times). This is a case of where the appetizers were the best part. A case of quantity over quality. The risotto balls were the best part. I got the "house special" and was underwhelmed at how bland it was, should've gotten something else maybe.

Yelp
Three months after being rolled out of the Cibare Elite event all round like Violet in Willie Wonka, I returned, $20 credit in hand, with a friend who was uninitiated in the wide world of non-buffet hotel dining. Neither she nor I is a big gambler, so she could barely believe that we were at River City to celebrate her 30th birthday. There's a lot to cover, so I must go to expanded list format or we'll be here all day. *We each ordered an adult Italian soda. Good, though as a non-soda person, I don't know that I'd order it again. *There are three kinds of olive oil as well as multiple breads/breadsticks to munch on before the food arrives. We split delicious arancini, definitely the largest I've ever had. *Great news, vegetarians-- you can have the minestrone. It's vegetarian and it's good. *She had canestria alla funghi. *I ordered raspberry sorbetto and she a pastry for dessert. The sorbetto is enough to entice me to return. The prices are reasonable for a quality Italian restaurant. Only thing that could have been better is no window/view, but it's a casino, so that doesn't really happen. The kitchen is lovely to look at! My friend had a happy dining experience. We left stuffed and content!

Yelp
Pizza anyone or Italian soul food? A nice airy atmosphere in the RiverCity Casino. Lots of seating, relaxed with a limited various, nice food selection and plenty of deserts. We chose to sit at the bar. It was an afternoon before 3pm. So, it was not crowded. My party of 3 chose appetizers and they fulfilled us all. *Caesar salad (half or full order) we chose a full order no protein. *Toasted Ravioli (4 large soft, crispy pieces, topped with grated cheese) and a side of red sauce. *Shrimp scampi...WOW! Flavor city! Citrus with beans, tomato cream sauce. 6 jumbo shrimp (bland taste). I recommend the Shrimp Scampi!! So gooooood. The birthday dessert was a surprise. Yummy marzipan cheesecake. I dislike cheesecake! This did NOT taste like cheesecake. It was not creamy. Which I'm happy about. The graham cracker crust was solid, the filling was thick with a hint of cinnamon. The raspberry sauce, non-crunchy (happily unusual) fruit was very pleasing. And the 14-karat edible gold was a nice touch on top of the light whipped cream. We all enjoyed our short moment spent! Thank you. Check out the desert section pictures

Yelp
It was a random Wednesday when I stopped in, Mom in tow, for dinner. Thankfully, they weren't crowded and we were promptly seated. Our seat was in the open area, with a view of the main casino walkway. I enjoyed sitting in that space because, well... people watching is great and right up my alley. Neither my Mom nor I were overly hungry, so we decided to share our meal. Let me begin by saying the Sweet Tea here is awesome! It was the right amount of sweetness and the tea wasn't at all weak. Very good. We started our meal with the Meatball appetizer. The meatballs were fantastic! The flavors were robust and the meat was nice and tender. It's a little awkward for sharing because there are 3 meatballs on the order. Next up was our Caesar Salad, which the kitchen pre-split into 2 portions. I love it when restaurants help you out by pre-splitting an order. The salad was very fresh and crisp, but I will say their caesar dressing is a little on the vinegary side, enjoyable still. Our main entree, we went with a pizza topped with sausage, onion and bell peppers. Oh so good!! I love their crust, it's thin and airy, not too thick so that the toppings are the star. Their sausage has an robust sage flavor which is exactly what you want in a house-made sausage. The onions and peppers did their job as supporting ingredients. I wish I could remember my server's name because he was the right amount of attentive without being overbearing. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

Yelp
I ended up suggesting Cibare for a family birthday dinner since I have been wanting to try it and once you're in St. Louis Hills it's not that much further. There were five of us and we were seated immediately when we got there at about 5:20 on a Monday evening. Our server was Sarah and she did an excellent job. We shared the Calamari Fritti, Neopolitan Garlic Cheese Bread, and a Calabrese (TOMATO SAUCE, LOCAL SALAMI, MOZZARELLA, FRESH OREGANO, CHARCOAL OIL) Pizza for appetizers. We also devoured the bread service. On the table was extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Calabrian chili pepper-infufed oil, and parmesan cheese. Yes, that bread went down very easily! The Caesar salad was a very generous portion and I really liked it. The lettuce and dish were properly chilled. I ordered the small portion of the Lasagna which I really liked. It was a pretty classic preparation but it was done well. Other orders were the Chicken Parmesan, Pork Pizzaiola, Shrimp Fra Diavalo, and another pasta with the spicy arrabiata sauce. We were all very pleased and I think four out of the five of us had to go boxes for our entrees. At this point some of us walked to the other side of the restaurant so we could look at the dessert case. We ordered 2 cannoli, 1 pecan sticky bun and butter pecan gelato for the birthday boy, Limoncello Bundino, and a Chocolate Bundino. We were there and we just went for it! No turning back! My cannoli was served on a small scoop of vanilla gelato and garnished with some sugar cookie pieces and fresh berries. The garnish would have been a great dessert all by itself. I have to say the one thing I did not think was up to par during this meal was the cannoli. The shell didn't taste fresh or handmade and the filling had very little flavor. The service was good and the space is really amazing. The pizza oven is beautiful. I think this restaurant would be getting all kinds of attention if it wasn't hiding inside a casino in South County. You should really go check this out and see for yourself. I'll be back. *I was too busy eating to take a lot of pictures during this meal!

Yelp
Went here for dinner with two friends because we all had $20 vouchers! I really like this place as I had been here once before. It was really nice because I got to show two friends this place I enjoyed in the past. Lots and lots of pros for this place. The wait staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they care about the customers. The bread box is great and has 3 different type of breads. They also have two olive oils and one balsamic. One olive oil has spice in it. It's good to mix them all together and add Parmesan cheese. Last night we had three dishes. We had Spaghettini and meatballs, a mushroom dish and a beef dish. It was all really good! It was nice that you can get either a half or full order on all pasta dishes. One or two small issues. One of the issues was when the red wine bottle was being opened the waitress chipped the bottle and it took us mentioning something to get it fixed. The water was not very cold. The place was pretty empty and the service was just a little slower for how slow it was. I really enjoyed the freshness of this place, the atmosphere, and the good time I have here. River City Casino is s little bit of a hike but I think you should all venture out to try this place!!!

Yelp
With the tables (wood chairs, no cushions, ave. sized table), flooring (concrete I think, no carpet) and lighting (really brightly lit); the place looks really great, but I guess I expect an Italian place to have slightly more subdued lighting and comfy tables/flooring. Maybe that's just me. Ambience 3/5 Arancinis 5/5 (really good, great sauce) Toasted Raviolis 2/5 (not much filling, hard to chew) Sausage Pizza 4/5 (pretty good but I wouldn't get sausage next time - too spicy for me) Lasagna 4/5 (half order was good sized and friend said pretty damn good) Chicken Parmesan 4/5 (cost a little more but HUGE portion, friend liked it)

Yelp
First off and the biggest question: Is it good or bad being in a Casino? Well, this is definitely not a plus for us and it kept us away until we finally had a reason to come here - for a concert. The biggest downside for me is the smoky smell you get as soon as you're through the parking garage door. My wife pointed out it might be a smoke masking smell and not smoke, but whatever. It's not pleasant. You do get used to it, though, so it didn't ruin our meal by any means. Anyway, we went on a Saturday night. They were on a pretty long wait due to the sold-out concert, but they had a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine, so we did that and they came to us with a table in 30 minutes as promised. Now, when I say table, it was a kind of pub chair rail seating. It was okay for eating but awkward talking to the waiter behind you. The good news, though, the service and food were excellent. They had as good a bread service as I've had. We love good bread and their sliced Italian bread was unbelievable. The biggest hit was the Crispy Risotto Bites appetizer. They were basically fried cheese balls, but they were so creamy and delicious I totally fogot how unhealthy they were. For dinner we had the halibut special, which came with sautéed vegetables and a pasta dish called Orecchiette, which was Italian sausage in a kind of elbow noodle and cream sauce. It was all fantastic. We will be back - we feel obligated to have out daughter try those Risotto Bites.

Yelp
Don't let this restaurant being in a casino keep you away. The Toasted Ravs were fresh, light and crispy and the filling was delicious. The Rigatoni Bolognese was made with a combination of ground beef and salsiccia, what a great flavour it had. The Lasagna had a crusty top that I loved. Although I would have loved to have more cheese and meat sauce around the lasagna, it still did not take away from the savoury goodness of this comfort food. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Yelp
Happy birthday Claudia. Took my daughter for her birthday. My daughter and I shared the chicken parmigiana It was a very big portion. And it was pretty good. Didn't care to much for the spaghetti My son in law ordered the fried ravioli He enjoyed it very much. We then had gelato. Delicious!!!!! This restaurant is in the casino. It really didn't bother us or tempt us into going to gamble lol The restaurant isn't too pricey.

Yelp
This is my 3rd or 4th visit and the food is always good. They offer salad, pasta, and pizza. I was hesitant because almost everything has meat in it. This dish didnt and it has mushrooms, double win for me.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Went here Friday night before the MT show, the bread, as always was good, the service as always was slow but always nice, my sea bass totally tasteless, wow, no flavor at all, just fishy tasting, but that was overcooked, no seasoning, no flavors, McDonalds pollock had more flavor and cooked properly. Oh well, last time I was here it was much better, will try again. For $25 should be better than Mickey D's.

Yelp
This restaurant has high quality food and excellent service! The menu is ever changing (while keeping fan favorites) and never disappoints. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in Italian cuisine. Also the chef is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Enjoy this photo of ravioli, it was delicious!
google avatar

Holly P.

Yelp
This is my favorite Italian restaurant in St. Louis! Every visit consists of spectacular service and delicious food. My favorites on the menu include the risotto balls appetizer, Bianca pizza, and Canestri al Funghi pasta. Every dish comes out tasting hot and fresh! It's always a fantastic experience dining here.

Yelp
It was casino food. I got an appetizer for my meal... free ed ravioli. They weren't the best. The sauce has a pink tinge. It's ok. We prefer sweet sauce. My husband got the veal and gnocchi. He liked it. It was convenient cause it was late. Probably wouldn't choose this place again. The casear salad was good.

Yelp
If I was rating the food, this would be a 4-star review. If I was rating the experience, this would be a 2-star review. Since the website has no information about making reservations, I assumed they didn't accept them. Because of this, we arrived at 5:45 pm to eat prior to an 8 pm concert at River City, thinking that would be more than enough time. We were quoted a 20-minute wait (by two very confused hostesses) that turned in to more of an hour wait and a rushed dining experience so we could get to the concert on time. Heed my warning - error on the side of ridiculously early if you have plans after dinner. A long wait at the bar gave me ample time to look around and I just don't understand all of the wasted space in the restaurant. There is a massive dessert/coffee case and oddly-placed seating area that probably cuts the amount of potential tables in half. I understand the dessert case for walk-up patrons, but they could add several tables in weird seating area and could serve nearly twice as many people at the same time. I don't think the layout makes business sense at all. That being said, the food was fantastic and we received wonderful service once seated. I got the Cibare salad and the rigatoni bolognese. The bolognese was incredible! Such a rich, spicy flavor. I'm still thinking about it! I love that you can get your pasta as a half order (which was more than enough food) so you have room to try other things. We also had a very-reasonably priced ($30) bottle of Chateau Ste Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon that was amazing.

Yelp
Wow! Going to this restaurant was an experience. The entire staff was warm and welcoming including the pizza chef. If you're lucky he might even sing to you! The bread they give you is addicting (we had several servings). We ordered a variety of things including appetizers, pizza, and pasta. The risotto balls are a must try! The sauce that is comes with is delicious. If you are going to order anything off the menu, I highly suggest the Bianca pizza. OMG! It melts in your mouth. Don't forget to finish off your meal with a dessert, they make their own gelato! Seriously can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This restaurant had excellent food, a friendly staff, and fun atmosphere! I got together with friends from high school and we had a great time, at the end of our dinner we even had a live performance by one of the staff who sang in Italian. The shrimp scampi and pizza are two dishes that won't disappoint but my favorite part of the meal was the dessert! I ordered raspberry sorbet that was amazing and I tried a friends tiramisu that was just as delicious. All in all this restaurant was a pleasant surprise!

Yelp
Great food - Mara was our server and so fabulous (she is very consistent as she has served my parents during 3 visits - great service every time)! The Calamari was so amazing - lasagna delicious and pizza very good! Reasonably priced as well! Was celebrating my Birthday - Mara brought a cookie filled with ice cream for dessert - was so yummy!

I was with CraigM on 3/3 . Very delicious meal and great service, surprising for a Casino restaurant. Thank you Nathan! See pic

Yelp
If you want to open an Italian restaurant in the St Louis metro area you have to do 1 of 2 things, serve good food at reasonable prices or serve great food with great service at steep prices. Cibare has turned this on its head, they serve good food at steep prices and mediocre service at night, no service at lunch. Think of it as Pasta House Company food at Tony's prices without the Pasta House service. I don't know why anyone would open a restaurant without a clear vision for it but these folks did it. Go to the 1904 Beer House and get value for your money.
google avatar

Yelp
Cibare is easily the best Italian cuisine in the St Louis area. My server Moria was the greatest server I have ever had, super friendly and helpful. If coffee is your thing you're in luck the baristas at Cibare can craft you any beverage you could ever imagine. The atmosphere in this establishment is quite cozy and warm you almost don't want to leave. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Yelp
Our lunch was amazing, the best Italian food we have had in a long time...it's was magnificent! On top of having the most pleasant, adorable waitress, Mary Kay, we had the honor of meeting Chef Paolo. As if that wasn't exciting enough, we met Frank from the kitchen who serenaded my husband and I with the most beautiful Italian song. Oh my goodness we enjoyed our visit at Cibare immensely. Definitely 5-star all the way!

Yelp
This was the perfect place to celebrate my mom's birthday!! The atmosphere was perfect! It was nice and open but you still felt like u were in a small family ran restaurant. We ordered the toasted ravioli for our appetizer and it was excellent!! They kind of threw me off at first because they are shaped like a crecent moon but oh my god; they are the best i have ever had!! I also had the strozzapreti. It was also delicious! The meat that was in the pasta just melted in my mouth!! Also the wait staff was excellent!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Yelp
This place was awesome I had to Seabass usually when I have Seabass is like a big hunk of fish with no skin on it this was a whole fish with the skin on it and that is the way I would preferred from now on my wife always gets fettuccine Alfredo with chicken she said it was amazing the only thing was the side of spaghetti that comes with the fish they need to rethink this and it was just plain Jane tomato sauce and noodlesIt wouldn't be that hard to make an amazing side dish with the fish was amazing and for only $26 usually when I get Seabass it's $35 -$40 definitely a great place to eat!

Yelp
Had the Bianca pizza and it was excellent , service was fast and friendly don't know why I waited so long to try the place but I will defiantly be back soon

Yelp
Some of the best Italian in St. Louis! The toasted ravioli, risotto bites, and garlic cheese bread are all great appetizers! (I haven't tried any others yet). The fresh bread on the table is so delicious! I have had pizza, Alfredo, and the surf and turf- pleased with every dish. I always like to bring new people to Cibare- we'll definitely keep going back.

Yelp
First off Judy Zanti is an awesome manager she made sure thru our experience that everything was perfect, and it was! I had the chicken Parmesan and it was delicious my husband had the rigatoni and there was none left! I would say that speaks for itself. Our server was top notch as well unfortunately I can't remember his name but everything came out at a great time we had time to finish our salads and then our meals were perfectly timed. I had the Italian adult soda and an espresso martini to finish and those were amazing as well. It's more than safe to say we will be returning!

Yelp
Great place for a cocktail pasta or pizza.. we had the strozzapreti, quattro formaggi pizza and arugula salad, solid choices with a house made taste! We will be back!

Yelp
The food was great and plenty of it. We just went in for a late snack and was treated very well. The place is clean and atmosphere was great. Our waiter Nathan was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I especially enjoyed his cheery attitude. It was fun watching the pizza maker toss and roll the pizza dough. I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice Italian meal. I will be going back soon with an emptier belly so I can enjoy more of the food.

Yelp
I first went to Cibare with an event for Yelp a year ago. Let me tell you that it was great. I loved it. I was so excited that I went back a few more times. Life happened and I hadn't gone in a while. I just went. It has changed enough to write another review. First off I was surprised that the menu was nearly cut in half. We arrived between 8 and 9 on a Saturday. I could understand a late-night menu, but it was way too early. When I asked, the server didn't have the slightest idea what I was talking about. Two of our favorite things - gone. The restaurant was nearly empty. Requesting to sit inside was not granted because of limited staff. I am not a huge stickler for smoking, but they were giving out a car so the place was packed in the hall so smoke smell it was for us. Oh, and the noise I couldn't hear my SO from across the table. Now again the place is empty and there are empty seats that are not on "patio". It's a casino, I get it, but I digress. The server was not at all as engaging as we are used to.... Or prompt.... Or attentive. But It could have been a night. Let's get down to the food. The calamari. I eat this every time I have visited here. It's surprisingly good. It used to be. First, it was chewy, not crispy and the not eve cut all the way, so as I ripped pieces off I lost of the crust. This was not looking good for the rest of the meal. The bucatini was overcooked and the sauces didn't taste as hearty as it had in the past. The food seemed like it was reheated, not really fresh at all. The sausage pizza was still good, so there's that. I got one glass of wine and no dessert. It was not the same place. This was the only reason a non-gambler came in.... I'm not sure I will be back. Which is sad..... for being an Italian I really liked the menu.

Yelp
I'm not sure but I don't think this place has been open very long. We come to river city pretty frequently to gamble, so it's always nice when we can grab a bite there as well. I ordered the beef panini and it was great, you could tell the chips that comes with the sandwiches were made fresh! They were so good! My boyfriend got the half portion of lasagna and said it was really good, too. Tiffany, our server was a sweetheart and attentive and seemed to be right there whenever we needed her. I saw in a previous review that the ambiance was a little bright for an Italian restaurant. I disagree, I think that the overall design and lighting were fresh and inviting! Loved the chairs, and wanted to take one of their massive lamps home with me! Prices were great for what you get. We had a great experience and will probably be frequenting this restaurant.

Yelp
What a wonderful restaurant experience! The service was amazing from the second we walked in until we left, the host was so nice and funny and our waitress was very nice and respectful. The food was amazing, maybe the best Italian I have had! Overall great meal and service.

Yelp
One of the best hidden restaurants due to the drive, but food and service is amazing! I have been here atleast 5 times and I order something different every time and I m never disappointed ! My favorite so far the lasagna and meatball pasta

Yelp
This place is amazing. Love love love this place. They give you a whole basket of like 4 different breads and you have three different oils to choose from as well. Parmesan on the table already and bottle of water so you don't even have to ask for refills. The pasta was amazing and had plenty of sauce. Cesar salad was one of the best I've ever had. Grade A material here. Will definitely be coming back here.

Yelp
By far the best experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. From the service to the food everything was impeccable. The appetizer choice is endless and the quality of all are even better. The white sauce pizza with spinach is a crowd pleaser. Make sure you don't skip out on dessert before you leave, the raspberry cheesecake and tiramisu were the most delicious picks!

Yelp
Cibare has potential but needs to focus on execution. The space itself was very good. Great menu options. We ordered an appetizer, both ordered salads and a pasta entree. The salads came out promptly and were very good. We were not halfway done with the salads and the entrees showed up. This is way too rushed, not to mention the table for two is not really large enough to accommodate this many plates. The waitress appeared after the entrees were served and we told her to cancel the appetizer. She admitted that she failed to enter it in the system. Both entrees had a great flavor, but mine was slightly under al dente. Half of the noodles were stuck together in a clump. Won't be re-visiting.

Yelp
AMAZING! Went with my friends on a Tuesday night and they were able to seat us asap. We got the sampler appetizer and it was delightful. Everything on the platter was an A+. Don't even get me started on the pizza. Once you have one piece you can't stop. The crust was so crunchy and the sauce was perfect. We also ordered several desserts. They were wonderful! Can't wait to go back again!

Yelp
For casino food, this place was fine. Went with a few friends to redeem our vouchers, and we definitely got our money's worth. The oil, cheese, and bread box selection alone are enough to give this place it's 4 star ranking. But frills aside, the pasta was fantastic. If you're stuck at the casino, spend the last of your pocket change here instead of at the craps tables.

Yelp
We're going to appear to be food snobs, but we've been around the block. This place could be stellar, but needs some basic upgrading. Dimmer lighting, Spaghetti noodles that don't look like pad Thai noodles. Minestrone soup with more Italian and less pinto beans, warm bread with butter, and the ravioli appetizers don't need breading (they're more like mozzarella sticks than ravioli). You can taste the dye in the raspberry gelato. We're travelers, implement a few small changes and the restaurant will be busy and do well. Coffees and danishes were good.

Yelp
We went for dinner on your normal sunday evening. Had decent service in the beginning and thought it would be a great experience. My girlfriend decided on the chicken parm. The food took a decent amount of time to arrive but they were a little on the busy side so we thought nothing of it although we had gone threw one round of drinks and we hadnt seen our waitress return since dropping off the 1st round. She tended to her other tables...just not us. When the food came out someone else from the staff grabbed it and struggled to carry it to the table. When she went to start setting things on the table she ended up dumping the chicken parm onto my girlfriend's lap. Now...if you can imagine fresh chicken parm is very hot and strait on thin pants... she couldn't push the hot food off her legs fast enough. The waitress proceeded to apologize and everything and place my order in front of me. We were given club soda as requested to try and get the stain out but the damage was done. Of course every person in the restaurant heard the noise and even though I wanted to talk to a manager...i didnt. They already ruined the night because now...we couldn't leave fast enough because she was embarrassed and tried to cover the stains on her now possibly ruined shirt with her purse as we walked threw the parking area. Was planning on gambling but obviously didnt. Good thing we dont live that far away. I do want to state that we were offered a free dessert and did have a small discount. I just feel that this wasnt enough because of course we turned down anything that would keep us there longer.
