Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar

The food, great! Seafood in the pot was delicious. Steak was tender. Pasta was delicious too. Were very happy with the food. Kitchen does great job. The front: The music a bit too loud, the drink, negroni toscana, not that great The service? Definitely room for improvement in that department.

My wife and I loved it for several different reasons. 1) the food was amazing - from the appetizer to the dessert, we kept going "yum" and widening our eyes being surprised by the flavors. Tutto eccezionale. 2) the service - our waiters were so nice and professional. We kept complimenting the food and they kept sneaking here and there a little taste of something that they wanted us to try so that we can get blown away over and over. We even got an additional sgroppino, because why not! 3) the hospitality. We talked to Giulio, the owner and artist of the wall-art all around the restaurant. He took time to explain the meaning and the story behind the art pieces - super nice. And then at the end, Fabrizio (the director) walked us throughout different rooms of the restaurant and hotel to show us all the other pictures and art. Again, he spent time with us answering questions and telling us the story behind Cibreo. Great night, great food, great people going the extra mile to make you feel special. We had dinner at Cibréo on the recommendation of a friend in the Florence agriculture community and were absolutely awestruck by the experience. The dishes we ordered (artichokes, squid, lobster pasta and an entree of the whole fish filet) were all fun menu concepts that translated into perfect execution from the kitchen. Our server was amazing and the interior of the restaurant is gorgeous. By far the best dinner we had in the city.

Easily the best food I have had on my trip to Italy and in my lifetime. The food was fresh and delicious, the drinks were wonderfully tasty and the waitstaff was incredibly patient while my husband and I stumbled through the menu in our attempt at Italian. The staff looked genuinely happy to be there and shared in our excitement in tasting the food. We were able to meet the chef and we could see that the food was made with love and passion. Highly recommend for a treat! Well worth the price for such great ambiance and service.

Food was really good. People were friendly. Except Donatella Versace she gave us the resting B face or maybe that’s the new Fayz she stole from at 12 years old girl I don’t know. Or maybe that was just someone looked like her. Anyway, let’s go back to the restaurant. The food was amazing. Staff were friendly. The room looked like you are in Florence. Highly recommended. And please if you go have the mashed potato with botched eggs you will think me later. Wink wink.

We had a 26 people event, the private room is amazing, the food was delicious and the service was the BEST! Everyone was happy and grateful for the staff!

The food is 𝗙𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖 and my warm recommendation is for the artichoke as a starter and pasta with truffles , while for meat lovers there is the steak . I also enjoyed the desserts and of course the wine.⁣ Atmosphere and ambience are amazing. Staff very kind. ⁣ ⁣ If you find yourself in Florence, you have my recommendation to visit one of Cibreo restaurants.⁣

We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner experience. We ordered mostly seafood. Delicious food and impeccable service. It is not a traditional Tuscan menu but absolutely refreshing!
