Absolutely the worst place ever no one was in the place! And we didn’t get a thing! We ordered and it took 2 hours to bring chicken fingers the service was so bad it’s unbelievable. I ordered chicken fingers and veggies. The chicken fingers came out 2 hours late and after I finished my food then 15 min later they just brought out a plate of veggies that I did order but Literally 15 min after I ate my main food 😂 wild. We were the only people here not one other person! Absolutely crazy. They have no clue what they are doing. We ordered many different things and then after proceeded to come back and tell them they didn’t have it 20 min later…. My one friend ordered a sandwich. 2 pieces of bread cheese and lettuce and it came out last. And then on top of that the only reasons he ordered that was because he wanted it fast! 2 hours and 15 min later it came out pretty nuts

We had a group of 11 come to eat an early dinner around 4:00 p.m. NO ONE was there. We were the only customers. Long story short, we waited over 2 hours for our very simple food (chicken strips, a sandwich, fajitas, etc.). and an hour for our drinks (which were just juices). The manager and staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. We had to constantly get up and ask questions, to which they would reply that they didn’t even realize they had an order or something was forgotten or some excuse as to why we were waiting for so long. After 1.5 hours, one friend still didn’t have her dish (mofongo) and when we asked about it they said they hadn’t even prepared any mofongo because we didn’t order that. We definitely did and we had the waitress’s note to prove it. A club sandwich that had cheese, lettuce, and tomato took TWO HOURS. They tried saying that because there was a shift change, the original waitress that took our order went home and the food didn’t get put in to the kitchen but when you have an empty restaurant with ONE table, how do you expect no one to have ordered food or at least think you double check with them?? We are all from Sosua so we had a 7+ hour drive home and this meal set us 2 hours behind. Absolutely the worst service ever!

Al viajar a visitar Neyba, nos indicaron este era uno de los mejores lugares, pero salimos decepcionados poseen muchas oportunidades de mejora, iniciando con en el tema de la comida y ambientación, el cocinero al parecer carecía de experiencia. Preparando una salsa para el mofongo al calentar un dressing de ensalada 🤡 La chica que estaba atendiendo fue que hizo lo más posible para no llevarnos una mala experiencia.

De visita por Neyba encontramos este lugar y nos pareció espectacular, el mejor lugar para almorzar, cenar o desayunar 😍🥰 deliciosa la comida, limpio y muy buen ambiente! Recomendado al 100%

Gran variedad en el menú, excelentes precios por los productos. Muy deliciosa comida, jugos 100% naturales. Con los mejores café que pueden probar en Neyba. Volvería siempre a comer al lugar, comparable a cualquier restaurante de Santo Domingo.

Pedí parrillada familiar y las porciones fueron más que buenas. Lo que no me gustó fue que la carne de res añadida, estaba extremadamente dura y se tuvo que desechar. Además, le pusieron salsa bbq a toda la carne, esto deben preguntar porque no todos consumen esa salsa. También pedí una margarita frozen que era imposible de consumir, tenía demasiada azúcar y pareciera que no la hicieron con fresa real sino con jugo de sobre. Y me picaron los mosquitos. Pueden mejorar

Tienen un menú muy amplio y variado, preparan todo tipo de platos y bebidas. El servicio fue bueno, sin embargo la comida duro demasiado tiempo en llegar. Lo bueno es que estaba todo sabroso. Los pagos son en efectivo y tarjeta.
