We had to cancel our stay at Cicada Lodge due to unavoidable circumstances. Although our booking was under a non-refundable policy, the team kindly agreed to reimburse us 50% as a gesture of goodwill. We found this to be very fair and generous, and it shows their genuine care for their guests.
Their communication was clear, respectful, and professional throughout the process. Even though we couldn’t experience the lodge this time, this gesture left us with a very positive impression, and we would be happy to return in the future.
