Cicis Pizza

This Pensacola location is the BEST cici's I've ever been to. I've traveled from Michigan to Florida and have gone to most of them. You can tell this location is working diligently to make sure it's not in the "closed permanently" category. You are welcome with a warm smile, they ask you what pizzas you would like to have made as soon as you pay. They are constantly rotating food making sure nothing sits out too long and everything is fresh. Anything you ask for they immediately take care of you no matter how packed or busy they are. This location honestly deserves a gold star along with pay raises. You can tell they only hire people that enjoy their job and value it. It's very hard to find hard working employees that pull their own weight and work together as a team. This location is a rarity bc every single employee I witnessed was working very hard, never once did I see any of them on their phones or gathering around to just talk. Way to go Pensacola cici's you guys rock! Drove all the way from Michigan to eat at your location and visit your town. We were not disappointed.

Came in and felt very welcomed! The manager (Im assuming.) Got us in fast and was very polite. Got up to the buffet and Cheryl was happy to make what we asked for, smile and everything. Not to mention the other workers that were incredibly polite. Felt very welcomed here, the food was hot and ready, and the arcade games were a nice thing to finish off with!

Food is good. Staff was friendly. They will make any pizza you request. The fresh cinnamon rolls are amazing! The place is a little run down, but not horrible.

Sheryl was so amazing and this location is the best. The workers are very nice and soon as you hit the door they ask if you want a custom pizza! Honestly I was really surprised at the great tasting pizza at this location! It taste like they care!

Went for the nostalgia, will be back for the amazing food and service!! I hadn’t been to Cici’s in years but had a random craving and omg it was so good!! Such a great deal still you really can’t beat it- less than $14! Best part was Russell the awesome GM who you could clearly tell took pride in his store. He was so nice to everyone and was hyping up his employees the whole time too. We will definitely be coming often!

Delicious spot for some nostalgia if you remember how Cici’s used to be. Super friendly staff from checkout all the way to our chef Cheryl 🙂 She was throwing them pizzas out, and they were so good. Definitely a spot to stop in and eat

Some pizza was cold. Tables were not clean. TV was loud. Manger and the cashier was very friendly and kind. Having an atisum child they allowed us to bring in his food picky eater. Long as I put it on their plate. Still 3 adults and 1 other child price was over $80. Thought was high. One time stop

Inside in need of a major refresh. Pizza, sides, and desserts taste good. The price is a little high for the quality. Some of the games were out of order. If they put a little money in the place it would do a lot more business.

I took the kids to dinner at CiCi's and was surprised to learn that tap water is not an option as a drink. I'm not a big proponent of bottled water, unless I'm traveling abroad. With a background in Public Health I'm much more trusting of the local Environmental Health officials than I am of corporate businessmen to ensure my drinking water is safe. In any case, I was ordering a soda and my 6 year-old's soft drink was included with his meal, so it was just the 15 year old who had to go with the bottled water option. Anyway, the staff at this location were very pleasant and friendly. They kept up with the demand for pizza, and were quite accommodating when it came to special requests. In addition to pizza, there was a salad bar with plenty of fresh ingredients, chicken soup, pasta with both red and white sauce available, cheesy breadsticks, and various desserts; the cinnamon rolls were really pretty tasty! The atmosphere and decor kind of put off an 80's cafeteria vibe, with an arcade type game room on one side of the dining room and the buffet line and cashier on the other side. They do a good job of keeping up with dishes and keeping tables wiped down as patrons finish and leave. While it's definitely not the best pizza I've ever had, the price is right, the kids enjoy the place, and the food's not bad. I'm sure we'll be back.

The service here makes this place. The old man working the cash register is always so friendly to us and makes sure if we have a request that it gets made quick! The dining room is not the most inviting with construction equipment on the tables to the side. The table we picked however was clean! The pizza was all fresh and restocked quickly. The brownies here are my all time favorite, the Mac and cheese pizza is also a fan favorite! We hope the doors on this one stays open as the one in fort Walton closed a few years ago!

Pizza was a bit greasy but the establishment was clean. I requested a few things and they brought them out in a matter of seconds. There was also a lot of people which I was not expecting! Desert and Macaroni pizza was super good!

Food was yummy service was great but Pls pay your employees more so they'll stop loudly complaining about how hard the economy is. This is a Cicis bro. Xoxo

On a scale of stanky booty pizza to pristine, freshly washed booty pizza; I'd have to rate this place a solid not quite finished wiping booty pizza

When we first arrived we were greatly greeted by the sent of fresh cockroaches and when I went to grab my pizza there was a very large variety of pizza to choose from I loved the sponge pizza I especially loved the nice watery taste of Dr Pepper I also enjoyed the little children running up to the counter and dipping their hands in ranch and running around the restaurant spilling ranch all on the ground making many people fall on the ground this was a great form of entertainment I saw a well condition chair that a man was sitting in as it was collapsing. Thanks to CiCi'S pizza for letting me have a great experience and getting back my 700lbs I lost.

Are you kidding? Not only is this a different cut and crust. It's also missing all the toppings I paid extra for. It's not cut and it's stuck to the cardboard. I can't eat this.

Came last minute to get some pizza. And the staff was amazing! Didn't rush us and asked what pizza we wanted even though they closed in 30 min. Nice people and good service! Shoutout to Chris the manager and Ariel!

Idk what i was expecting but it was not what we saw tonight. The pizza in the buffet is nasty and very poor quality. I know it's cheap but i could get better pizza at Chuck e. cheese. It was super unsanitary, all the tongs and utensils were sticky and felt like they hadn't been cleaned all day. Overall just gross here and will never return.

Stanky booty pizza used to love it then I went last time and it was just awful old pizza kind of tasted like a mixture of cardboard and wet sock and some sort sewage odor

Worst pizza I've ever had. Now they've found cockroaches in all they're locations!!! Disgusting

This the worst cici's I have ever been to it was nasty and as soon as I walked in the door I smelled something disgusting the bathrooms were nasty and the staff were ok,the pizza was dry and I don't recommend coming ever. I swear I was poisoned

A pizza buffet with only one pizza out (macaroni pizza) and no basics (pepperoni, cheese, etc.) even in the oven baking. Dessert bar was bare too save for brownies. It was 12:09 noon so not like they were trying to close up or anything. Arcade area was closed for construction. When a pizza DID come out of the over, the whole restaurant was competing for the slices, folks taking more than one- leaving now for the others waiting.

Great deal and great service! Best value in Pensacola! Super affordable! What else am I supposed to say?

The service was nice ! but the food was cold. and they hardly had anything out. They mostly had pineapple pizza and ham out. over all it was not good.

this place is horrid! restaurant is falling apart and infested with multiple pests, the staff are rude and incompetent, and the food is terrible. i've never seen this place clean - it's always very dirty. i don't know how this place stays open. i have never had a good experience there, and don't plan on returning after seeing the video of rats falling from the ceiling.

Came in sunday , manager rj took our request for pizza and took care of us.

if I could give this company 0 stars I honestly would me my mother niece and nephew went to go eat this establishment when a Caucasian lady became outrate with my mom accusing my of staring at her which she was not the supervisor Alex came out and immediately came from the back and got the side of the Caucasian lady first and then came over too us the black family and asked for us to leave without getting our side of the story and not give us a refund when we literally just sat down the ladies that was working the front counter apologized for their supervisors actions due too him laughing and brushing it off all on video and then after the police arrived he wanted to apologize and then stated no u guys can stay and eat why would we after u literally discriminated against us I have reached out to the GM about it and it seems as if he is brushing the discrimination under the rug I reached out to the courpt office twice and no resolve so I'm going to send the videos and the calls over to the news and my lawyer

Now, Cici's is nothing fancy. Cheap pizza buffet at family affordable prices. It is usually a good bet if you have kids. They have fun and you get out of there without having to take out a second mortgage. But this Cici's is something very different from any other I have been in. This one is managed by an excellent management team. Actually, i would have to say it is led by an excellent leadership team. This is the first one I have seen that is properly staffed. The shop was packed, yet there were enough staff to keep the buffet fully stocked with hot pizza, keep all the tables cleared, remove unneeded things from the occupied tables, keep the trash bins emptied, plates stocked, and on and on... The staff was friendly and you could tell they enjoyed working with each other and they enjoyed working there. Well done...

Was much better as a kid but they down graded so much the pizza tastes like watered down cheese with unseasoned chicken

This place has all kinds of pizza. Not the best by any means, but cheap cheap cheap! Especially if you get the student discount. It's like a drink and the buffet for 5 bucks. Can't go wrong there. Their deep dish is by far the best stuff they have. They do have weird things like mac and cheese pizza, too.

The food was not well prepared. It was way to dry and I didn't finish my meal. Customer service is what I have a bigger concern with. My 10 year old had left over wings and needed a to-go container. She walked up to the cashier. They told her to go around to the other side. She did that, asked another employee and was told "no, I'm going on my break" my husband and I were in earshot of the conversation and stepped in to get the to-go box. Really? You couldn't ask another colleague to grab or pass the customer a box? That extra step would of had us return as customers... this experience will ensure we don't return. We have eatten at other Cici locations in New Mexico and that is where we fell in love with the place. We JUST returned from an overseas tour and was excited to have a local Cicis location. Yea, not coming back. I am willing to pay a little more for an experience, this location needs a lot of help. Also staff needs to keep their laughter and horse playing down. Its distracting. The only compliment I have was the people cleaning up the tables AND they weren't employees, they were PLCA raising funds for their school and was ontop of clearing and wiping down the tables.

Did not enjoy our visit at all. The food is mediocre. Maybe good for families with kids, but we did not enjoy it at all. we will not return.

Had lunch here yesterday. Salad bar was fresh with several options, pizzas were fresh hot and totally delish! Staff were friendly and kept busy keeping items full and fresh, no dried out leftovers here! Options were great salad, soup, pasta and several pizza styles and flavors. Dessert is yummy brownies, warm gooey cinnamon rolls and a delightful apple custard pizza! This is a definite WIN! This would be a great place for families!

Says they close at ten walk in a little before nine and doors are locked and told they were closed and we couldn't eat, workers are rude, and they still had the buffet full of food, lost my business for good!!!!

if you have ever been to cici's pizza before 2016 then you know what I am talking about. they apparently cut some costs or just shifted funds because they now offer mediocre wings that are too expensive and no longer allow you to order a full personal pizza to your table, only special personal size that is not offered on the buffet. so I couldn't get the spinach alfredo to my table and I was only able to grab 1 ery last slice in the pie in like 20 min.... I still gave it a 3 stars bc I love love pizza buffets.. but it is different now... we will not be going back very often. only 1 or 2 times a year. maybe. not our usual "go to out to eat place"

There was a dead fly in my salad. When I brought it to their attention, they just said thank you. They didn't check the rest of the salad or pitch it.

I LOVE CICIS! I am originally from Texas and we have these all over the area where I grew up. We had school parties there, went there to play the video games, such good memories! I love their pizza. Great crust, all sorts of toppings like Mac & Cheese, BBQ, etc, very reasonable price. The pizza tastes great, unless you're from Chicago or New York, in which case I am sorry that you're a pizza snob yankee. It isn't in the greatest area of town but that makes for some good people watching :)

So pizza may not be the best food for your figure but sometimes you must give into temptation. I would recommend the taco pizza. It's bomb but just make sure you get it when it's fresh after 5 minutes the heat lamps make it appear 3 days old. Also the Cesar salad is a bit watery. I don't know what that's all about but who goes to a pizza place for salad anyways? Bottom line if you're looking to fill your tummy for cheap this is a good place to go.

Good place for the price. Staff is friendly and attentive. It has a very casual atmosphere and if you go after the lunch peak and before the dinner rush then it is a fairly enjoyable experience. If you go during lunch or dinner rush then it can get noisy and you can expect to have kids running around. All in all i would recomend this place if you are looking for decent pizza at a decent price.

The customer service was fine - what one would expect from a CiCi's. The pizza selection was good, and everything I ate was semi-fresh. My one complaint about the pizza is that there is way too much sauce. If I wanted that much sauce, I'd eat straight marinara. Otherwise, it was pretty good. The brownies were a bit stale, but for a cheap buffet, everything was alright.

Customer service has dropped dramatically over the last year. Dont even say the Welcome to CiCis or CICI you later. Also disappointed with the latino female manager telling me they will not make a deep dish BBQ for me, only thing I eat at CiCis for the past 4 years when it started being served on the bar. Claims they don't have the pans for deep dish now since they have stuffed crust pizza... Funny thing is I ate at CiCis last week and had no issues at all getting it while stuffed crust was being served. Let's just be lazy... Won't be back for a while!

This is definitely not Tuscan Oven or Mellow Mushroom, but it is a good bargain. I believe the price is about $6-$7 per person. If you are a water drinker like me, than you can also save a few bucks there. My favorite part about Cici's is their strange pizza combinations like Alfredo, Cheeseburger, or Mac 'n Cheese pizza. Be aware though, Cici's gets super busy on the weekends (there's a surprise).

They were okay, they were very busy when we were there and the pizza was not very good. My husband went with his friend another time when it was much slower and he said they tasted much better.

Went in today9/18/17 saw young lady standing on cutting table spraying a foul smelling cleaner on the wall and wiping it off with over spray falling on 3 pizzas on cutting table.I got up and left.

They are very rude to the costumer they are extremely dirty they do not care about the costumers and you have to ask them to take your dirty plates away and ask the workers to do every thing that they should already be doing for the costumers and when you try to ask the workers to do some thing they lie on you the costumer to the manager and than the manager treats you the costumer rudely and sides with the workers even though the workers are in the wrong and if you try to explain what happened than she calls the owner in and he gets even ruddier with you so please do not waste your money here it is not worth the headache take my word for it

This place is always dirty. They never have any pizza out they are just flat out lazy ass people. Don't come to here at all. The floors are always dirty the tables sit there with out getting cleaned up and if u ask a worker they get mad I mean that is your job to clean the damn tables and pay attention to the customers.

Stopped in about 7:pm today. The place was not even half full and they could barely keep pizzas on the line, There was no ice. The "manager" said they didn't have any most of the day but they weren't telling you that when you paid for a drink.The store was dirty and the men's bathroom smelled and look like it was covered in urine..Staff was not up to what I've seen before. Corrporate needs to send a secrete customer or pull a surprise visit!

This place has good reviews, however they are from 2013. That was probably the last time I was there. Years before we would be here twice a week. It was such that when I walked through the door the manager would put in my order. From what I saw yesterday there is no management here anymore. I arrived at 4 pm on a Thursday. It was not busy, but there was a line at the door. The cashier had three friends helping her. She had someone on the phone waiting to place an order, but couldn't get her co-workers to take the phone. The cashier then went through each customer and asked them multiple questions that had to be repeated. No I don't want wings, etc. After getting passed the cashier I come to the salad bar. It was presented well: neat and tidy. I then went to order my special. Veggie deep dish with extra red sauce. I expected a wait. It could have come quicker, but my passed experience was that it takes 20 minute. It was all of that. Pizza was fine. Still could have used more red sauce.

Great service and fresh pizza. We went around 1:00 and it was pretty busy, so the food was fresh. They will make a certain pizza if you request it- mac and cheese is the best. The employees were very nice. We were greeted as we came in and got a "CiCi ya later!" when we left. Only complaint was that the price has gone up, but they do senior and student discounts.

This restaurant staff was horrible. No one greeted us when we walked in, the cashier had an attitude, and it was completely understaffed for that time of day. The manager was extremely obvious about taking money to the back, and about going to the nearby grocery store for supplies. The variety was lacking, and what was available was cold, didn't have enough toppings, and the buffet was a mess. I watched the cashier(Zavia) ignore a group of people that came in. No one even greeted the party or told them that someone would be with them soon. We were told a pepperoni pizza was about to come out, yet it took so long to get to the bar that we almost left. The quality of food and service has dropped dramatically in the past few years.
