I took the kids to dinner at CiCi's and was surprised to learn that tap water is not an option as a drink. I'm not a big proponent of bottled water, unless I'm traveling abroad.
With a background in Public Health I'm much more trusting of the local Environmental Health officials than I am of corporate businessmen to ensure my drinking water is safe. In any case, I was ordering a soda and my 6 year-old's soft drink was included with his meal, so it was just the 15 year old who had to go with the bottled water option.
Anyway, the staff at this location were very pleasant and friendly. They kept up with the demand for pizza, and were quite accommodating when it came to special requests. In addition to pizza, there was a salad bar with plenty of fresh ingredients, chicken soup, pasta with both red and white sauce available, cheesy breadsticks, and various desserts; the cinnamon rolls were really pretty tasty!
The atmosphere and decor kind of put off an 80's cafeteria vibe, with an arcade type game room on one side of the dining room and the buffet line and cashier on the other side.
They do a good job of keeping up with dishes and keeping tables wiped down as patrons finish and leave.
While it's definitely not the best pizza I've ever had, the price is right, the kids enjoy the place, and the food's not bad. I'm sure we'll be back.
