Cicis Pizza

I arrived in FL,my friend take us to the his favorite pizzs place! The BEST PIZZA EVER!

We were so excited to find a Cici's in Florida. We used to go frequently in Ohio before they closed. This one was so good! From entering the door to someone with a bright smile asking what special pizza toppings we would like to request, to the options and flavors, and cleanliness too. Employees were so friendly and seeing them enjoy the food from Cici's on their breaks is very impressive. The price can't be beat. Ample parking. And the arcade was a huge bonus especially coming from Destin and comparing prices for games! The exit "have a nice day and thank you for coming to Cici's" makes one really feel like they care and are treated well by owners/managers. Absolutely will recommend to others and will return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I paid over $30 and didn't enjoy it all. The buffet was empty and the two selections they did have were old. There was not even clean forks. No one was bussing the tables. People were emptying their own dishes and the trash area was over filled! I should've just asked for my money back and left.

Amazing place to eat if you like to eat a lot of pizza and enjoy a lively atmosphere. We didn't get to try it out, but there was an arcade by the dining area that looked fun and they were playing the old Sonic cartoon on the TV while we were eating. Definitely a good place to bring kids.

The CiCi's on 9th Ave in Pensacola. We ordered the 2 large Taco Pizzas which used to be our favorite. Disappointed is an understatement. The pizza in previous times was made with refried beans(this one had zero), chopped tomatoes(zero), way way more cheese(20-30 shredded pieces of cheddar per pizza...literally we counted), salsa(zero). If you no longer carry these ingredients to make the Taco Pizza than please do not attempt it without these things. If you can't make the Taco Pizza please do not agree to the order. If the ingredients have changed, your employees should know to say something. The new CiCi's slogan is "If it can be dreamed than it can be made" Probably shouldn't use that!! Very disappointed and we know from now on to ask beforehand if the pizza can have the ingredients of old on it. If we wanted pizza dough with the least amount of meat and 2 lbs of lettuce on top we would have come to the buffet, at least then the salad bar had more topping options. Unacceptable. Please do better! Sincerely, Not Happy

If you aren't picky, CiCis is the best! Kid's love it. They are super friendly and will make you any pizza you ask for within reason. Their cinnamon rolls are beyond amazing. Continues to be a family fav.

Ive been to this location before and it was a bit dirty and staff was rude. But today, 12/20/24, the man and lady working were absolutely phenomenal! So sweet and tentative and the food and drink line were extremely clean as well as the lobby!

If I could give this place no stars I would !!! Disgusting bathroom my shoes stuck to the floor!!! Ask employee about making a pep jalapeño and bacon pizza she was extremely rude and we never got it made !!! I will be calling to speak to someone tomorrow! Ice Machine didn’t have ice asked what looked like the manager he said the soda was cold enough this week s ridiculous service!!!! I have been a gm in pizza for the last 10 years I would fire every last one of them customer service is terrible here! Update the asst manager was amazing on trying to make this right !! We went back and everything was completely different!
