My stay at Hotel Ciel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. I would especially like to praise the gentleman responsible for cleaning my room. His work was exceptional. The room was spotless every single day, perfectly organized, and clearly cleaned with great attention to detail and pride. It’s rare to see such dedication and consistency, and it truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you - Padam for keeping best clean room. The entire hotel staff deserves sincere recognition as well. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that this is a well-managed hotel with a team that genuinely cares about guests and their experience. Thank you to the whole Ciel team for creating such a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high-quality service, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Loved Padam, he kept our room super clean!! The service is great!!! My birthday cake of folded towels was beautiful. And the real cake was delicious what a wonderful surprise! Thank you!! Service in General is the best! wonderful staff! One thing we missed as female is a full length mirror.

We stayed at the Ciel for a layover, so we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities. The view from our room was incredible. We enjoyed watching the boats in the marina go by. What was even better than the view was the amazing staff! They are what truly makes this hotel a five star experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the front door and all our luggage was whisked away by attentive bell men. The front desk was very friendly and attentive. The lounge is a must! Everything was excellent from the morning breakfast to the afternoon tea. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. When we returned from tea, we found that our room had been immaculately cleaned in the short time we were gone. I was not expecting this level of service. Our room attendants Abdulfiroz and Dilan had quickly came in and put away all our belongings we had left out. Our clothes had been neatly folded and the room looked exactly as it was when we arrived. They came back in the evening to ask if we needed anything. Which went above the level of service we were expecting for our short trip. We did go and view the gym where we met Daisy who was very friendly and showed us the spectacular view. We also toured the pool, which had top notch amenities like a large outdoor TV. Cristabella was the attendant who was super friendly. I wish I could remember all the names of the amazing staff we came in contact with. The Ciel has truly went above and beyond to hire and train such amazing employees. Please give a thank you to your wonderful staff especially the lounge employees. from the hosts, servers, baristas and the chefs and pastry chefs who provided an amazing spread.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well designed, and offers a very nice atmosphere, with great common areas and an impressive setting. During our stay, we did experience a few issues, including some noise during the night and an initial breakfast experience that did not fully meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. However, what truly stood out was the way the staff handled the situation. Laura, the manager, was extremely professional, attentive, and proactive. She took the time to listen carefully and managed the situation in a fair and efficient manner, which we truly appreciated. I would also like to mention Rabbab who was in charge of the breakfast service. When we shared our concerns, she was kind, attentive, and did her best to improve our experience. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a difference. Finally, a special mention to Sushmita at the pool bar on the 11th floor. She was very professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of, which added a very positive touch to our stay. Despite a few shortcomings, the beauty of the hotel and the dedication of the staff made our stay enjoyable overall, and we appreciate the efforts made to ensure guest satisfaction.

I would especially like to commend Pool Attendant Hisham for his outstanding service. He was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a positive attitude. He truly made my time at the pool enjoyable and comfortable. I would also like to appreciate Waitress Christabela for her exceptional service. She was polite, efficient, and very attentive to guests’ needs, which made the dining experience even more pleasant. Staff members like Hisham and Christabela truly represent the high standards of Ciel Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.

The food was consistently delicious, and Abdul from West 13 provided excellent service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. The pool bar was another highlight. Every team member was fantastic, and Abdullah stood out in particular for his professionalism and positive attitude, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere by the pool. We will definitely return — not only because of the hotel’s comfort and quality, but also because of the amazing team who truly make the place stand out. Staying at Ciel felt exceptional, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel has great facilities and an excellent location, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional service. I would like to highlight Nermeen in particular. I had a couple of issues during my stay, and the way she handled everything was impressive — professional, calm, solution-oriented, and genuinely caring. She followed up on every detail until everything was fully resolved. Honestly, the hotel is very lucky to have someone like her. Staff members like Nermeen don’t just do their job; they elevate the entire guest experience. I also want to thank Rasual for his kindness and warm hospitality. He was always helpful and respectful, which added to the comfort of the stay. Overall, an excellent experience — and thanks to the team, I would definitely return.
