My sister recently had a frustrating experience with Hotel Cien in Barcelona. She was only exploring reservation options and, to her surprise, was charged 777 euros, despite canceling immediately as she doesn’t have a visa for Spain. She reached out to customer support right away but received no response for over a week. Only after posting a review on Google did she finally receive a reply, with the hotel stating that the booking was non-refundable. It’s disappointing to see the lack of support and flexibility in this situation, and I hope the hotel reconsiders her case and works to improve their responsiveness to customer concerns.
