Not an usual hotel type (mybe old appartements change in hotel rooms, 8 rooms total ) ! Cozy bed, good breakfast and location near public transport Good value for the price (we had free transport with our bookin app)

Cien Hotel is such a lovely place to stay in Barcelona! the reception team is super sweet and welcoming and the shared areas are amazing, they really make you feel at home. The location is toppppppp, close to all the best areas in the city. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small and don’t fit your luggage and clothes comfortably. But overall, it’s a cozy, charming stay that I’d definitely consider again when I’m back in Barcelona

Rather make a refundable booking at a more affordable hotel. We paid 992€ for four nights and unfortunately had to cancel our booking at the last minute because our toddler was admitted to the hospital. Even though airlines will redeem flight credits for valid reasons, CIEN is very much still a business and they treat you as such when unexpected things happen. It's such a shame because we looked long and hard for a place as beautiful as CIEN and would have loved to come back again. I don't think we'll book at CIEN ever again. Oh well ❤️‍🩹...

Wonderful, cosy, amazingly located hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Amazing value for money considering the location. The staff I dealt with were nothing but lovely and deserve a special mention. Beds were comfy, noise was very minimal at night, bedside chargers and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Free and good breakfast was supplied daily and drinks and fruit/snacks were available 24/7. I arranged for a late late check in due to a late flight and this was done without problem. Given my experience I would more than happily stay here again!

The hotel is located in central Barcelona in the first floor of a regular residential building. The hotel is rather small and provides a calm atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. The rooms themselves are rather small, but if you dont bring much baggage thats no problem. When I entered the room I found it in a clean condition and with modern furniture. Contrary to some other reports,I heard no noises in the nightt at all. That was probably, because the room was towards the inner courtyard. ||||For breakfast there was a moderate but sufficient selection of the usual breakfast food. You can take breakfast also outside on a terrasse. Free snacks and drinks are provided at all times. ||||Considering the price, the hotel was a very good choice.

This hotel is in the heart of Barcelona Walking distance from metro station,main square and shopping street. There are 8 rooms in the hotel. The room is small but super cute you have shower,toilet tv,air conditioner and an amazing small balcony with chair. I absolutely recommend this stay, it makes you feel like you are a guest at a relative’s house. Breakfast is good as well. While staying be sure you check out the beautiful sharing balcony and yard. *tip if you are doing a late check in after 9pm be sure to check with them before arriving they will arrange a remote check in, and if you like a person to help you with check in an extra 40 euros would be included. Enjoy

I made reservations through booking.com but Cien hotel charged me 777.77 euros and I cancelled reservation instantly but I did not get my money back. I am so upset this is the first time I’ve been charged for the reservation. It is a big disappointment. They did not respond any comments from booking and I keep sending messages nobody responds. I want my money back.After I complain here they finally respond and send me messages that they do not refund my money back. This is a violation of human rights . They got money like thieves. I was exploring reservation options and was surprised to be charged 777 euros even though I canceled immediately since I don’t have a visa for Spain. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support without success. I was simply checking availability, not confirming a booking.
