Cesar is great! I have used his service for two of my events now and both times he exceeds expectations. I had cigars for a work event and then again for my wedding. Both very different events, both were a great success with this as a vendor for our guests. Everyone loved this personal touch! For our wedding we did custom labels for the cigars, which was really cute, they did it all for us. I recommend this company and I can't wait for another even to use them again!

There were 6 of us that walked in to buy cigars. Two men sat there and looked at us and kept on with their conversation completely disregarding us. So we left and walked up the street.

Nice! Not a lot to say about a cigar store because I know absolutely nothing except I got 2 cigars in a cute little case for $25 as a Souvenir for my dude! They have a huge selection and a lot of quality hand rolled cigars. I loved it! The people were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely buy again!

Cesar is amazing! We originally came to the area to check out a shop which happened to be closed due to Easter and the Cigar Boutique is just across the street. Cesar was extremely welcoming and shared lots of recommendations with us. I mentioned it was my birthday and that I loved a certain cigar box and without hesitation he invited me to look in the back at several cigar boxes and let me choose any one of them. He literally oozes good vibes and it was a special moment during an awesome birthday trip. I'll recommend this shop to anyone visiting!! Also, please turn the smell of this place into an air freshener because it's AMAZING.

Great friendly staff, helpful. They changed the adjacent room to more of a lounge with TVs and it was nice. They still had one man rolling, just to keep tourists like us happy. Prices higher than online, but bought anyway. Will return for a good smoke and more enjoyable conversation. Parking is street only and you hope to get lucky around here.

Ceaser was incredibly helpful and insightful. Clean and good variety. Highly recommend.

El Credito is across the street from El Titan de Bronze and is no longer a fabrica instead a nice cigar boutique. The people working their were very nice which earned them 4 stars instead of 3. Prices were fair so picked up a couple LGC's and enjoyed my visit to El Credito. I only wish that I could've visited it when it was a working fabrica under the supervision of Ernie Carillo.

Feeling like a real tourist in Miami, this is a must stop for cigar factory! Once you arrive to the place, lots of clear windows at the front for see thru, a couple of gentlemen rolling cigars. This is an ART!!! it's incredible how they roll those cigars, cut with much precision that it seems they have an imaginary puzzle drawn into the sheet they are cutting! It's the cutting, gluing, wrapping and rolling those smelly cigars. Wooden tables and chairs make the place look traditionally old, the place feels like it has been there forever. Right next door the shop is there, guayaberas, cigars, lighters and much more! Once you step out of the place you will smell like a cigar even though you did not have one. It's a must staple in Miami!! Enjoy your Cigar here!

I'm a local and I've been to multiple locations around Miami but this is hands down one of the best places here! Cesar the Owner is one of the most approachable and helpful people you can meet. The quality of his cigars are unmatched, 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone!

First class shop and lounge with a great selection of cigars. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Stay and smoke a cigar with some of the regulars. They are very friendly and will make you feel at home.

I really wish I could give El Credito five stars. I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was super nice and helpful. They even introduced me to the Master Cigar roller who works in the back. The Staff was awesome, the Cigars were actually quite tasty, but both of the sticks I purchased fell apart while I smoked them. The first one was smoked the next day, the second was smoked two day's later when I got back to Chicago. Both were stored in my travel humidor. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The Cigars had a really nice flavor to them. I will give El Credito another shot the next time I go to Miami. What can I say, I'm a second chance kind of guy.

To be fair, my review was based on a single visit. Still, it was no excuse for extremely grumpy, lackluster staff -- we were virtually ignored, and when I asked questions, answers were impatiently given in a terse manner. Definitely not welcoming. To his credit, one gentleman (the manager?) appeared after a few minutes and was reasonably pleasant. No rollers were present at the time (clearly it is not an operating factory, so that's forgivable). The full selection of Miami-made La Glorias was delightful, but the cigars I bought turned out to be extremely hard and dry, almost cracking. They needed ages to come up to condition in my humidor. Such poor storage conditions reflect a lack of pride in the product, given the flagship status of this store. Positive comments seem to come from non-cigar smoking tourists and novices; I'd recommend dedicated cigar smokers to pay pilgrimage but save purchases for other stores. Two stars for the fantastic selection of LGCs alone, and I should probably take one off for allowing these illustrious premises to fall into such a disgraceful state.

this is the cigar factory for romeo and juilieta and a few other brands. U can watch the rollers on 8th street thru the windows and then go in and buy some cigars. Don't expect any deals because they protect their product. They sell for retail price , which actually is a good deal in florida. Many shops gouge cause of tourists. Although not a huge fan of the brand there are a few that i like to smoke , cause they are reasonably priced and made well .

As a novice cigar smoker I felt this place offered an excellent selection of cigars and the staff was most helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a quality smoke. As my palette is untrained to the finer nuances of smoking, they asked many questions to guide me along. Price points for all budgets!

Hello fellow Miamians. This is La Gloria Cubana. Need any more be said ?? Have you heard of EP Carrillo ??. In the store they have a great kid who really knows his stuff, without a high pressure feeling. I got the new Perrito for $2. Great little stick !

Nice place to visit. The prices were a little high and no freebies but you get a chance to see some good Cuban born cigar rollers making cigars. Even though I am a cigar fanatic, they did not let me go to where the rollers were like I did in other stores in Miami. This is the factory that they make La Gloria Cubana cigars. They also make them in the Dominican Republic. Very nice building. Overall a nice experience and a place I would visit again in Miami.

Wow! What an experience. My first trip to Miami so visiting a cigar factory was a must. I did my online homework and El Credito continued to pop up. Me and my family made a visit 2 days ago and we were met at the entrance by Cesar who immediately upon request took us back to watch the cigar roller that was on duty. I think that by calling Leo Peraza just the cigar roller I may have insulted him. This guy has been rolling for over 50 years and it was pure pleasure to watch him work. He was rolling Maduro Soberano's which are as thick as mop handles and almost as long. This is not typically the size that I smoke because it requires a major time commitment to finish (and I don't like to cut and relight). Leo patiently allowed my kids to gawk while he rolled (it was me that was gawking) and Cesar answered my inane questions about tobacco and how to get certain flavors. We ended the experience with a purchase of a box of Wavells and a few of the Soberanos and a very sincere thank you for the customer service. Now to the smoke. I tried a Wavell the first night and loved it but the second night on my vacation on the balcony of the room I was staying in (Turnberry Isle) I was able to enjoy one of the Soberanos. Holy Crap what a stick. The first inch you know when everything is getting warmed up it was perfect. It was the next part that was better than perfect. Every puff was flavorful. The draw was perfect and the smell made my neighbors envious of my find. Please make El Credito a must see spot on your next trip to Miami and when you are there Thank Cesar and Leo for making my visit one of the highlights of my vacation. Sincerely, Paul
