Proper authentic place that serves just a few things - but what they do here, they do it well. Nice meatballs, amazing fried liver, and wonderful garnishes / sides / salads as well. Quick & friendly service, great prices.

Probably the best eatery for fried liver; it comes with its own vegetable garnish, but an extra salad doesn’t hurt - everything is delicious; quick service; decent priced; outdoor seating; no parking nearby;

Had a look at previous reviews and spoke to locals before deciding on this place and am glad I ate here.
The food didn't disappoint.
The portions were large enough to feed a grown man.
I had half a portion of liver and half portion of köfte and in all honesty couldn't decide which was better.
The melt like butter liver was super fresh and tasted delicious, the köfte was just as nice.
The food came with large basket of bread which could have been a little fresher. Sliced tomatoes in olive oil fried hot chilli peppers and a chilli sauce when the sides ran out they happily refreshed the serving without us having to ask.
My complaint would be there was no toilet avaliable, hygiene can always be better.
Would defo go again when in the area maybe this time go for a full portion of the liver.

Fried liver was tender and delicious. But NOT wooow the best I have ever had. I mean not worth coming to Edirne only for this :)
Bean salad (fasulye piyaz) was fine. Seasoning was good. Hot sauce was so so.
Prices were expensive for a small city like Edirne. We paid 250 TL for one portion of fried liver in December 2023. Even in Istanbul there are places cheaper with the same quality.
The interior seating was pretty tight. You can’t fit in without interrupting other tables.
Service was not very fast. We waited like more than 10 minutes.

One of the most famous restaurants in the city. It is highly recommended to eat fried liver there.
After arriving, we were sent straight up to take our seats.
I have never seen such a narrow and steep staircase before.
The friendly man brought us our food quickly.
Well, it tastes really good, but somehow I missed an arr sauce.
I don't know if I will ever visit this restaurant again, but many Turkish celebrities have been there.

The place was amazing, many people outside, and everyone was waiting for their chance to enter and sit in the place to eat. It was fun and the food was very tasty. I highly recommend visiting the place, and I recommend going away early before the crowds

This place serves only fried liver. It is their specialty and they are very famous for that. It is tasty and something you don't eat every day... So it's worth trying. Service was polite and quick. Food was very cheap. Highly recommended.
