Superb Italian Absolutely one of the finest dining experiences in Brighton Laines. If you like genuine Italian food this is the place. The menu is set daily with specials. I had duck carbonara and it was superb. Great cocktail drinks too and the semi fredo dessert wow. Highly recommended with frienly good service

Service and food both exceptional. I loved the informal dining style of bar, enjoying small plates between you & watching the chef cook.That beef shin ragu was to die for.

Stunning Italian food! I've often remarked that after eating in Italy the British counterpart bares very little resemblance and thus I stopped eating Italian food in the UK, until now! Perfectly cooked food, fantastic ingredients with a modern twist and it seems that Brighton agrees as it is often booked up at least week in advance. The ambiance is fantastic too, with seating on high stools around the bar, so you can often see what fellow diners are noshing on and get inspiration, if not for that visit, then the next. On my last visit I had a pea, broad bean and feta bruchetta, then for main course rabbit and pancetta, forgive me as I can't remember the exact names. If you enjoy Italian food, and let's face it who doesn't, do yourself a huge favour and book as soon as you can. Can not recommend enough!

First Sunday of 2020 the four of us (parents and two teenage daughters) made our way to Cin Cin, Vine Street for a lazy Sunday family dinner. Looking forward to this for a while, hungry for a late night Italian feast and possibly hoping to add to our short list of Brighton good-food addresses, we placed our orders and waited... Not for long - just a few moments later first delicacies were coming our way.. So, here comes the antipasti - yummy piece of mouthwatering creamy burrata served with ... - won't tell you - just go and try it yourself :) Well impressed with all that was coming our way, we waited for the last dishes. Again, we were dazzled and got busy eating (keep it to yourself -pssst... - some portions could be a bit bigger)) I was too busy enjoying the food, so the only 2 pics aren't even very pretty - sorry :/ Brilliant Italian food, clever concept, great ambience and lovely service!!! Will definitely be back for more - thank you guys! p.s. music was superb, too

Book now, well worth the visit. The food, as Michelin Bib Gourmand would attest, is absolutely fantastic. Try the Aperitivis they are some of the best I've sampled especially the Cin Cin Negroni made with campari, hmmm! The dishes are the perfect size for tasting but you're left wanting more so I would suggest having at least 4 courses or feel underfed. Don't get me we wrong I've a very healthy BMI. It's pricey and my one complaint it's ridiculously cramped and by the door is draughty. My tips? Book early and sit on the right hand side of the restaurant as you face it from the road. That way no-one will feel embarrassed rubbing themselves against you everytime they pass. Were it not for that it would be 5 star, I don't expect to pay £100+ (Inc service + 4 cocktails) to be constantly groped. Service impeccable. Theatricals could be a lot more fun considering that all guests face the prep area / bar and is conducive to a stage. Go now!

One of the best meals i have had in Brighton - and i have eaten in most restaurants. The flavour combinations are super clever. I had the spaghetti with mussels and nduja and Blood orange carpaccio, white chocolate and pistachio. Cannot recommend enough.

Gorgeous meal, the arancini and pistachio pasta were amazing! Such a beautiful small restaurant with great service, music and atmosphere
