This place was amazing. You go, you ring the bell, the door opens (just the top), he says “how many pies” you say, “one pie”, he says “flavor”, you say “STRAWBERRY RHUBARB”, he says “classic crust or crumb crust”, you say “CRUMB CRUST” he says “$20” you say “nevermind I’ll take two”. He leaves. He returns. You have two INCREDIBLE pies. We will stop at Cindy’s Pies on every trip to the finger lakes from here forevermore. One small caveat: the sign for the place is “Cindy’s Grape Pies”. This is not true. The owner is not Cindy, you can only buy grape in September and they also sell cookies and tarts. None of these facts should deter the persevering traveler but just wanted to share.

Delicious! Wonderful customer service & the pies were so flavorful! We were grateful for a free sample & bought cherry cookies and a cherry pie. We were told the business has been around for about fifty years - incredible.

If you want a homemade pie that is extremely fresh stop in here! We got a baby tart to eat immediately because I literally couldn’t wait and then got a large grape pie. Very clean professional and high end bakery that Cranks out some of the best pies you’ve ever had !

Google
Absolutely the best Grape pie I have ever had. The crumble top was a perfect addition to the filling

Google
A new favorite place to go. Every fall we take a drive to Naples, enjoy the foliage and pick up a grape pie from Monica's. This year though when I searched for Monica's website to see what hours they were open I found out they had closed their doors for good. Well I still wanted to get a grape pie and Cindy's Pies came up in my search so that is where we went. The grape pie was mouth watering, better than I have ever had. We also grabbed 8 tarts of different flavors that were just as fabulous as the pie. Our new yearly ritual will definitely include a stop at Cindy's Pies 🥧

Google
Fresh pie, that filled our car with amazing smells that was vegan. I can’t believe it. On a rainy may day this was amazing. Can’t wait to come back for more.

Been coming here since I was a child, best pies in Naples. A little more $ than some, but delicious pies and cookies!

Yelp
Yearly stop to Cindy's. The baked goods are phenomenal. The new owners are amazing. The staff is friendly. They make you feel special when you order. They have kept the original recipes and added a few other things. They have a Facebook profile will daily updates. This is helpful beyond measure. I would highly suggest ordering ahead of time because this place is so busy during grape/fall season. It isn't uncommon to see several cars parked going to get their goods. I picked up a vegan grape pie. This makes me so incredibly happy they offer this since I transitioned my diet to vegan because of medical issues. The still have the original version of pie too. The tarts are a perfect size dessert. They offer several varieties but my cravings are usually for their grape variety. They didn't have chocolate chip cookies ready yet, still in the oven, but the smell was amazing wafting out of their business. The grape cookies are a must. A soft sugar cookie filled with delicious grape filling. Honestly there is no bad choice in this place. Only downfall for me is they are a drive from home.. although they have been delivering pies to buy at casa larga winery and a few other businesses near Rochester.

Yelp
WOW! While my experience with Cindy's was brief, my love of the baked goods is forever. I stayed in the car as my partner headed up to the door to order our goodies. He ended up grabbing a grape pie, a raspberry pie, and a couple grape cookies. I might catch some heat for this, but I preferred the grape cookies to the grape pie ALLLLLLL day! We dipped them in coffee the next morning and WOAH. These cookies are completely life changing. Cakey with that same delish grape filling in the center, it is a cookie experience unlike any other. The pies were excellent too, with the grape obviously edging out the raspberry for taste, texture, and general enjoyment. While the raspberry pie is super tasty, the sweetness gets to you a bit faster than the grape. I also don't love the huge amount of seeds present in any raspberry pie. Regardless, super fair prices at this amazing shop and a must do in Naples.

Yelp
We got a pie here when staying in the area for the weekend. Most other dessert places were closed and we were so happy to find Cindy's. The pie was incredible and had a great crumble on top. It wasn't overly sweet, and the crust was so rich and delicious (I usually hate the crust.) We also loved meeting her really cute dog! We will definitely be back here next time we're in the area!

Yelp
Who was I before Grape Pie? What is Grape Pie? Imagine tasting the most concordiest Concord Grape flavor ever and putting it into a pie. It's life changing, and I have a soft spot for Cindy's version of the pie. Cindy's offers regular size pie (grape, cherry, etc. for $9-$12) and little grape pie tarts, with a soft crumble topping: a nice and cheap way to ease into the Grape Pie experience ($1.25 each). You pull up to a brown house near the high school in the heart of town. It feels weird, but just ring the doorbell and someone will be there to help you buy some pie. Why I like Cindy's the most is two-fold: the grape pie adorable mini tarts AND she uses a proportional amount of grape pie filling to dough ratio, with a smooth filling that has those natural grape skins mixed in, but not so much that you have to chew the skins separately. It's all about balance with the grape pie, and Cindy has it!

Yelp
We took the drive to buy Grape pie in Naples NY. We bought both Grape and Raspberry. We bought some of the tarts as well. I love the Grape & my husband loves the Raspberry. Win Win! Thanks Cindy!

Yelp
I got a vegan grape pie from here yesterday during the grape festival and it was seriously the best pie I have ever had! It was the first time I have ever had a grape pie and I can never go back to any other pie. If I could eat this every single day I would! I also got a box of grape tarts (not vegan) for my niece, who doesn't like grapes, and she said they were really good too. I will definitely be getting more pies from here.

Yelp
Interesting set-up. Ring the doorbell and she comes to the door. The list of pies available is right there. The price seemed a bit high but the pie was tasty. The crust on the cherry pie we bought was very good - you can tell it was made with lard. The cherry filling did taste like it was canned so that was disappointing. We thought that the topping would be more a crumble than a crumb but that was our misinterpretation. Cindy should consider doing some crumbles...

Mike R.

Yelp
We have stopped there in October for several years and yes a few years ago they decided to retire and put the business up for sale. Fortunately a new owner stepped up to continue the tradition. All the baked gods are excellent plus a nice trip for fall scenery.

Yelp
The one thing that makes this place stand out from the other pie places in the area is that they still make the crust by hand so you can taste the buttery goodness in every bite! I learned that some of the other places have now resorted to using pre-made frozen pie shells now...boo on them! Cindy's grape pie has the the nice balance of sweet tart and it's jammy enough so that the filling is moist but not so moist that it makes the under crust soggy. CASH ONLY!

Yelp
The best grape pie I've ever eaten. We loved the chocolate chip cookies too! It was so easy to order at the door and the employees were so friendly. When we're in town again I will definitely be stopping in for more. They're also working on other forms of payment instead of just cash. Until then it's worth the atm fee if you don't have cash on hand.

Yelp
Delicious pies! Went to NY for a trip and decided to get some pies for the family. The grape pie was my favorite by far!

Yelp
Still one of my favorite places to visit when I come out to Keuka Lake or Canandaigua Lake. Cindy's sells the best grape pies I've tried during the last 4 years I've been in WNY. They also sell grape filled cookies, small tarts and other variation of grape pies. When you first pull up to Cindy's, it looks like a quaint home and as you get closer the scent of concord grapes fills the air and brings about a nostalgia to grape jam that we all know. Most recently when I stopped by to grab some grape pie for my family, it was shocked to see a "for sale" sign. Cindy and her family are looking to sell the home, all the cooking equipment, and recipes. I only home that the new only stay true to the recipes and continue the tradition that Cindy's Pies has established.

Yelp
At $13, the price is reasonable. You can take your chances with those being sold from tents on the side of the road and save a buck or 2, but I doubt they would be any better. Best grape pie in Naples!

Yelp
It was my first time in the Naples area and we saw a sign for Cindy's pies and stopped by. I bought a cherry crumb pie and some grape cookies and I can tell you they were AMAZING! Home made crust and nice balance of tartness and sweetness and just plain good. Such a sweet woman and a cute counter space. This is a must if you are in the area. It is cash only.

Yelp
We love the pies and the tarts! Yummy! Always a long line,(during the grape festival) and well worth it!

Yelp
The grape cookies are a must! Very cute house, wonderful people. They have been in business for years and if you have never had a grape pie or grape cake or grape cookies go see Cindy!

Beverly W.

Yelp
Seemed like she was rushing me for some unknown reason. Customer service very disappointing. The place is for sale, maybe they are tired of customers. The grape pie is tasty though. We will try Mom' s Pies or Jeni's pies next time. Oh, yeah, cash only, no credit cards. Beware!

Yelp
You can keep your Monica's grape pies....CINDY'S IS THE BEST!! Friendly, warm, people. WONDERFUL PIES!! I can hardly wait to eat it!!

Yelp
Every year I pie grape pies from Cindy's! It is a family fall favorite and when guests come from other parts of the world, I simply have to share one with them! I prefer Cindy's grape pies to others in the region. It's all in the crust!

Cindy H.

Yelp
Absolutely the best. I'm from the deep south and we set great store in our homemade pies and cakes. I hate to admit it, but Cindy's pie crust is one of the best I have ever eaten. I always take pies home (Georgia/Alabama/Mississippi) to share with my friends and family and they all rave about her pies. I've tried some of her other pies (mixed berry, raspberry, apple) and they are all great. I'm planning a trip south, and everyone keeps telling me to wait until pie season so I can bring them their favorite pies.

Yelp
We come to upstate NY every summer from Candler Arizona. My husband is from Puletney by Keuka Lake. A trip to Naples for Cindy's pies is a must, sometime three or four trips. There are places nearby we could go for pies but they're not as good, it is well worth the trip. Cindy's homemade pie crust is the best I have ever eaten since my mom's. I don't usually in the crust on pies only the filling, but Cindy's pies I eat every crumb they are soooo good. The raspberry pie is my favorite, the Grape is my husband's favorite. He also likes the grape filled cookies, they're good but don't have much filling, my mom made the best filled cookies the top cookie was larger the than bottom to make room for the filling. See you next year, Cindy Pat & Al
