We had the best dining experience in Jaipur thanks to Cinnamon's service, food, ambience and hospitality. The place exudes a vibrant royal vibe reminiscent of the days of yore.
We tried the "Sil Batte ka Chicken Tikka" as an appetizer and "Gosht Kacchawa" aka "Lal Maas" in the main course. Having had these 2 dishes innumerable times in Delhi and Jaipur, I can vouch that the Cinnamon's Chef's version of these 2 dishes was exemplary, unique and mouth-watering. The cocktails were also finely prepared with just the right amount of liquor. They have the "Rajasthani Thali" option as well but since we are light eaters, we didn't opt for the same.
The chef, Pradeep, came to collect feedback from us at the end of our meal and we were delighted to share our wonderful experience.
An after meal walk around the corridors brought a soothing feeling to our psyche as we glanced at the Jaipur royal family photographs adorning the walls of the property and waited at the lobby for our vehicle to arrive.
