What a great hotel, fantastic service and especially the concierge Gamini, who went out of his way to try and locate a special pair of shoes for my husband. We had breakfast and dinner at the buffet for 3 days and the variety of food was fantastic and changed each night for dinner. The chef's made me GF bread which was really appreciated. Rooms were a nice size and clean, we loved staying here and if we came back to Colombo would diffantly book into this hotel again. Thankyou to everyone, Concierge, Chefs and Resturant staff, Housekeeping staff, you all made our stayed fantastic Cheers Sandy and Russell - NZ

Long Feng is a beautiful restaurant and we received amazing service.|We went to this restaurant earlier this evening (10/08/2025) and were absolutely delighted with the quality of food. The staff service was impeccable and overall we had an unforgettable experience. Thank you to all staff of the Long Feng and to Rashini (our wonderful waitress) most of all.

hotel view is nice, room is big and food is good. however, service can be better. booking through 3rd party for 4 night , but front desk only aware for 3 night, therefore, it face late check out charge problem, although after reminding, front desk cancel the charge and reguest signature, but keep reminding late check out charge cancel matter,. however, this is due to the mis- reading of booking.

I made my reservation on 30th July and it’s for a lunch Buffett on august 3rd for my boyfriend’s birthday!||I have arranged a suprise birthday cake also & I requested email confirmation also.|Yeah after 2 3 reminders they have sent an email confirmation.||And yeah on august 3rd I went with my boyfriend & I reminded again for front office people about the suprise birthday cake & they said okay mam it’s already arranged||And the Buffett was started & we enjoyed the meals & foods are tasty.||2 , 3 hours passed, but we didn’t get the suprise cake , really disappointed on this matter, I didn’t expect this from cinnamon lakeside hotel. I thought that you guys have a proper management & planning team for this but unfortunately I didn’t suprise my boyfriend and we really really disappointed on this matter.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this beautiful hotel! There’s always something happening, with plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. The culinary experience is exceptional, with delicious food served across all outlets. The pool area is spotless and impeccably maintained, offering the perfect spot to relax. A very special mention goes to Nishanta Kumara in the Lobby bartender, whose professionalism, charm, and exceptional hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. His kindness, attention to detail, and ability to enhance the overall experience through his service and upselling skills deserve the highest praise. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon!
