Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo

We had the most wonderful stay at Cinnamon Lakeside in Colombo. ||The location of the hotel was great, right on the lake and within walking distance to many places including Galle Face Green (10min walk) ||I treated myself to an upgrade to the Executive Floor and it was worth every cent! The rooms are spacious and modern, and I was lucky to have a view of the stunning Lotus Tower. |The grounds and facilities were great.||Special thanks to Senuka at check in for all his help with our group. He was very attentive and professional.||The rooms were lovely. Thank you so much to Sakura Prasad and Sachin for such great service of my room and for all the friendly smiles and chats in the corridor.||The staff in the Executive Lonuge were wonderful and I was very spoilt. Thank you so much! ||It was a wonderfully relaxing stay.|We made unforgettable Sri Lankan memories.|Thank you all .

My family & I have stayed at this hotel on very many occasions over the past 40 years. We have always enjoyed our stays. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. This time, Shehan is looking after us and always greets us with a friendly smile, as do all staff. Gamini in Concierge is unfailingly helpful and always remembers us from previous visits. The food is good and plentiful although the waiters occasionally have a hard time finding enough tables at breakfast time. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

My family and I had a lovely time during our stay at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo! ||Firstly, we were absolutely stunned by how grand the hotel was. Everything was neat and elegant. There is live music playing every evening and sometimes throughout the day! It was a beautiful place to meet up with the rest of our relatives for dinner on our first day in Colombo. ||Our rooms were upgraded upon arrival due to a small mix up. Shenol, at the front desk, was kind and courteous throughout the check in process. He was quick to give us two executive suites that exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed a restful week at the hotel. ||I want to thank the in-house service staff as well. Especially Vikum from housekeeping. He greeted us with a smile every afternoon and tended to all our housekeeping needs diligently. ||Thank you again to all the staff at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. My family and I would definitely love to come back again during our next trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo!

Most importantly the customer service is truly five star . Special thanks to Ms . Nethma Perera . In website checkout i feel frustrated because of payment error . Nethma was incredibly kind and patient. She resolved my error with professionalism. Very helpful and kind girl from takeaway place . Thank you Nethma and hard working team and culinary team for giving tasty food . My experience is wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good stay overall. We only used the pool and breakfast buffet as we were staying only one night. The pool is well planned with lots of shallow areas to relax and swim with children as well as a deeper area for taking laps. The pool overlooks the lake creating a relaxing ambience. The hotel is located close to the airport as well as the city center making it quite accessible.

I recently ordered a cake from Cinnamon Lakeside for my sister's birthday. I placed the order in the morning to collect it in the evening, and the service was absolutely outstanding! 🎂 A special thanks to Nethma and Judith for their excellent support and professionalism — they made sure everything was perfectly handled and on time. The cake was delicious and beautifully presented, and it really made the celebration special. I truly appreciate their friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended! 👏

What an absolute delighted family menu ! Food is very tasty yummy . The service was excellent . The manager and staff ( Nethma Perera and Judith Rodrigo ) were so attentive. The side dishes were amazing. We finished all of them with delicious dessert. We will definitely return. Highly recommend!
