Attended our WSB Annual Super trip Gala Night here at the breathtaking Ciragan Palace and it was truly an unforgettable experience! With over 3,100+ attendees, the event was nothing short of spectacular. The palace itself was absolutely stunning—the grandeur, the history, and the ambiance left us completely speechless. Every detail of the location added to the magic of the night. I was fortunate to share this incredible experience with my family, making it even more special. If you're looking for a venue that blends elegance, culture, and an unforgettable atmosphere, Çırağan Palace is unmatched! Highly recommend visiting or hosting an event here.

The definition of opulence. I was there for a gala but did not stay. The staff was so sweet and very accommodating. If I return, I will look at staying here. It is breathtaking.

Çırağan Palace, a stunningly converted museum/hotel, provided the perfect setting for the East-meets-West wedding we attended. The grandeur of the venue, the exceptional service from the extensive staff, the delectable food, the breathtaking views, and the immersive cultural experience left us in awe. Witnessing the father and bride dance brought tears to my eyes. It was truly a magical event on the banks of the Bosphorus River!

We had a wonderful experience at the Ciragan Palace. From arrival to departure, Necmeddin and his team took care of every detail with expertise and enthusiasm. He arranged for our drivers each day and even went out of his way to make sure we had a special dinner reservation that would have been difficult to book without him. Further, he arranged for an evening boat to meet us directly by the property. Ciragan attends to every detail of a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend a visit to this stellar property along the Bosphorus. We look forward to coming back to visit Necmeddin and the team again soon.

This hotel is amazing. I had my wallet stolen at another hotel and they solved everything. Super excellent help that was above and beyond by Zeki Yusufoglu. Furthermore, spa is nice. Breakfast buffet might just be the best in the world. Amazing place!!!!

This hotel is under renovation construction and the level of noise is unbearable if you are a guest here. They have fine print on the website that you don't see and they will do NOTHING to accommodate you. I found the front desk staff very rude and not helpful. Maybe in 2 years when renovation is finished it will be ok to stay here - but unless you want to be woken up at 8am to pounding and jackhammering this is a skip. Work is from 8am - 6pm everyday... so unpleasant.

This is an amazing hotel by any standards. . Basically a castle on the water. This hotel is the best in the area in terms of views activities. I would come back again. The food was amazing. The rooms need some updating but most all the rooms have a view. The grounds are stunning service is very good.

We sat at the beautiful restaurant down by the water. We had the opportunity to meet two great very hospitable and kind men. Yigit is a wonderful server. He is very patient and on point with the service, food and recommendations. The fish and salad he recommended was delicious. While we were sitting we had many questions about the area and where to go. We were so greatly blessed to also meet Yacob another server who took the time to write things down, speak with us and recommend places. I cannot say enough about both of these kind men and our appreciation for their time expertise and Wonderdul service.

Exception service, if there were 6 stars this would be one. Possibly a little more expensive then others in the same area but the additional benefits were tangible. Best hotel experience ever !! If in doubt on the cost don't worry you will never regret it. Pros: Exception service A-Z Lady's in Red unique, remember it was my birthday, informed the entire staff and sent a nice cake and note to my room. Food was exceptional Room service was prompt and exceptional and prices matched the restaurant menu. Security was exceptional Only quality and dependable taxis are able to access the front entrance. Beautiful views of the Bosphorus Quality bed and linens. Free soft drinks in mini bar Fruit basket and complimentary bottle of wine Beautiful location in the best part of Istanbul Cons: None !!! Ciragan Palace Kempinski is one of the most beautiful hotels you will likely ever experience. The old side of the palace, and the gardens, are simply breathtaking. Food is good. But still expensive given the quality. The staff do pass by every afternoon to leave you a small snack (Turkish delights, or biscuits, or fruit.) The service is generally speaking very good, though there are a couple of uppity people in the room service team. The housekeeping ladies are all very lovely. The rooms are well maintained but at this price point I would expect a bit more. The old side of the palace is beautiful however, during my stay there was an engagement party taking place there, which meant I wasn't able to enter the main part of it. It's worth noting that the hotel don't offer a simple airport pickup service. There is a VIP Meet & Greet (that includes a car to take you to the hotel) service which I used. Honestly speaking, it didn't save me much time, or provide much additional comfort...which is a shame given the very high price (its similar to the price of staying at the hotel for a night!). Another point to note: Photography is not allowed in the hotel. While they're okay with you using your mobile phone to snap some photos (if you're a guest of the hotel), you will be stopped from using a proper DSLR-style camera. On the whole, it's a gorgeous location, and a comfortable stay that is perhaps a little overpriced. Stayed 2 nights on a business and vacation trip. Great views and decent food. Reception, concierge, and room services were excellent. Gazebo bar service good and efficient. The major disappointment was the service at breakfast and grill restaurants. Both are buffet menus. I was traveling alone and after being seated I was completely ignored. Staff walking by and not even looking. Never experienced anything as rude as this in many of the 5 star hotels I stayed in in my frequent travels. Will never stay in this hotel and the Kempinski chain again.

Great views and low key spot inside the Kempiniski hotel. Customer service is excellent with views to die for. If you're in a mood for a great cigar or shisha, this is a place to visit, especially for the gentlemen.

Cirgan is a Beautiful ottoman palace with an exquisite view of Bosphorus and the bridge (nice view of the bridge with sparking lights at night) Interior is a bit outdated, service above avg, food options- not good for vegans/vegetarians. Infiniti pool looks amazing but closed during cold seasons as well as the outdoor areas. It's ideal for warmer seasons. Four seasons next door is a better option with same view, international food options, and outstanding service.

WOW! I stayed here a little while ago, we booked a hotel suite (not the extravagant ones!!), which is quite expensive but well worth it - The Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul is a luxury hotel that offers the ultimate glamour of a genuine Ottoman Palace. I have stayed in several luxury hotels as I really really enjoy doing so, but this by far is the most impressive hotel I have ever stayed in and would love to do it again and again.. As pretencious as it may seem the Hotel is a 5-star luxury Imperial Palace, that has been restored over the years, the new developed side is a more modern, but not less valued side to the hotel, the original buildings contain the exclusive suites where Arab Sheikhs and the extremely rich reside. Hence the heliport at the edge of the palace suites. The hotel is on the shores of Istanbul and looks over the exquisite views of the magnificent Bosphorus. If you book well in advance you may be able to get a good deal - keep checking their website to find deals for about £300 - 400 per night. Oh and if you do get a chance to go to Istanbul, and do not fancy a stay you could always go to the palace to have tea served in ottoman teapots with a variety of sugars.. and ask for the sweet tray (silver layered trays with mini cakes that are delicious)

We dinner at the pool side restaurant in the first week of June. The view of Bosphorus, the food and service was superb. We even walked inside the palace and it was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Magical place to be! Went here with my fiancé for dinner and drinks on one of our last nights on vacation. We felt like royalty. It was so intriguing to see the grounds and learn about the history of this palace.

Great hotel, beautiful view 5* service all the way, morning breakfast was great, had a dinner which was ok,spa was good.

I recently stayed at the Ciragon Palace and had nothing but positive things to say until I observed an encounter with the general manager, Ralph Rakdke. I only know he was the general manager because after observing his abhorrent behavior, I was startled to see, on my hotel TV, that he was actually the general manager. While he was dining poolside one evening, a guest asked that he extinguisher his cigar because an elderly woman, who was also staying at the hotel, was allergic to the smoke. He made it known that he was the general manager and it was legal to smoke outdoors . He stayed in the dining area for almost another hour, enjoying his cigar at the expense of guests. HIs response to a guest seemed poorly aligned with the service I am accustomed to receiving at Kempinski Properties. Based on my observation of the general manager's callous response, I will not hesitate to stay at the Four Seasons on my next visit to Istanbul. Same view, hopefully kinder management. Everyone else at the palace was lovely. He was the only example of poor service, but based on his position within the organization, I feel this rating is justified.

Amazing! My sister advised me to try Kempinski,and she was right! I am so thankful to her because in this hotel you will never have home sick because you will feel home! I am so happy to meet the lovely Turkish Fatima in the guest relation. I loved the atmosphere in the breakfast buffet with all friendly welcoming staffI've never enjoyed a hotel in my life like I did in here! Looking forward to enjoying my stay next February if God Welling!

We came for lunch on the terrace. Service was acceptable, as was the food - very average. The hotel is pretty, but at least the common areas need an overhaul. You can get the same view of the Bosphorus from the other hotels in the area, although we found the heat stifling and the throngs of people outside a bit claustrophobic. Unless you are staying in the Palace suites - why bother?

I have tried two dishes of salmon .. It was amazing!! View is perfect . Classy and romantic. I loved it .

I took a red-eye flight from Washington DC to Istanbul on Turkish Airways. The airport ride is about 45 minutes to the palace. Check In went smoothly, my room is gorgeous! I have a view of the pool and the Bosphorus! The service is wonderful, food is delightful (I have eaten at all of the restaurants on site) Overall, this is a five star experience. I wouldn't expect anything less from one of The Leading Hotels of the World!

This hotel has an amazing pool and the service is best in class! We enjoyed our time here over the course of a week and never once questioned our decision. Be sure to check as they have multiple corporate discounts in addition to the traditional seasonal and AAA discounts.

Pure magic! Incredible views await you at this palace on the coast of Istanbul. The architecture as utterly amazing and the garden villa is a must-see. If you have time you simply must sit down and enjoy a glass of tea here!

Opulent is an understatement. I was here for an event so I can't say much about the rooms but the venue is beautiful. Definitely take a stroll outside as it's right on the Bosphorous.

We had a lovely high tea here. Served buffet style in an opulent setting looking out over the Bosphorous, you could not ask for a better view. The service was excellent and the choice of items delightful. The shopping area is full of some amazing jewelry stores, definitely check that area out.

We were fortunate to stay for 7 days at this beautiful Hotel/Palace in Istanbul. Everything from the moment we arrived for a personal check-in to our departure was executed calmly and efficiently, The Hotel is beautiful and the amenities are first class. The location on the shore of the Bosphorus is magical. The staff are the real "gem" in the crown, always friendly and smiling and happy to make every request happen. We loved Istanbul and it's wonderful history and friendly people, but coming home to the hotel was always a pleasure.
