Circle H Chophouse

Picked this place on a whim and was absolutely blown away! The food, service, and atmosphere was phenomenal. I had the bison meatballs with homemade marinara for appetizer and I could have just ordered those as a meal. The prime rib was perfect. Highly recommend the pecan pie!

This was our first time here since it's changed owners. The food was amazing. I had a ribeye, it was cooked to perfection. My husband had a chop steak, but he really wanted the Bison meatballs but they were out. Everything was great, they even let us have our old " booth", from past years when it was another restaurant. This was our anniversary dinner and it was perfect. Ben was our server and he was awesome, friendly, attentive and on point. We definitely will be back!!!

All I can say is Baby the food, drinks, and service was amazing 👏🏾 Me and my husband said the food was the best we've had in a long time. We had Bison Meatballs. I had chopped steak over mashed potatoes and my husband had 14 oz ribeye, mac n cheese, and brussel sprouts. Service was awesome!

Outstanding! Just driving by and decided to stop in. We were seated immediately, and our server came by right away to take our drink orders. She was very sweet and made all great recommendations. The general manager Drew had made his way over by then very personable, engaged in the process and made sure quality was a priority! We ordered a few things and shared these good sized plates. The fried green tomatoes and grits were delicious! One of my favorites and so happy they had them here. The cocktail sauce with the shrimp was very good, my husband enjoyed those. Also had the crab cakes, mac n cheese and meatballs. Great place! Highly recommend.

Impromptu dinner and what a treat! Got there early and was seated immediately. Hostess was really nice. New menu, but amazing options. Alyssa was our server. Super nice. Ordered everything we wanted at once! Appetizer was shrimp cocktail. Amazing. While we were eating our appetizer the new GM Drew came up to introduce himself. Drew was extremely knowledgeable and explained his vision for the restaurant. His vision is perfect for this restaurant. Needless to say, everything was amazing! I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cherokee NC. Sure there are restaurants in town at the casino and others, but I would take time to go to Circle H Chophouse for an amazing dining experience. And yes, we took desert back to the room.

Hands down the best dining experience of my 54 years. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The food outstanding and service top notch. I had salmon and a side of fried brussel sprouts and they were incredible. We also got a show when the elk began their parade down the sidewalk. Go and thank me later.

Beautifully provisioned restaurant with great food and friendly staff. The salad and quesadilla were great. My steak was a little tough, but I think it had more to do with the cut of beef I had than the way it was cooked. Rolls were glorious! Darian, our server, was informative and very friendly! Overall, we would definitely go back!

Yum.... Sophi was our server. She was marvelous! She took time to explain items from the menu to us. The kitchen is obsessively clean and the food is delicious. The bread rolls are magnificent! The steak is fresh and very flavorful. The mac n cheese is to die for.... Lava cake... mmmmmmm.... They treated us well for our birthday 🎂. We appreciate y'all a whole lot! Thank you!!!!!

If you were looking for a delicious steak dinner while in Cherokee, North Carolina, we highly recommend the Circle H Chophouse! Our server, Reba, accommodated my food, allergies very graciously. And frequently checked back to be sure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed. I ordered a New York strip steak and it was cooked to perfection. Our meal was served quickly so we arrived at Unto These Hills in time for the pre-show performance.

Meh, it was underwhelming. Our cuts of steak didn't meet our standards and from the toughness of the steaks you can tell they aren't using top quality cuts of meat! The service was good, friendly and attentive. Tye sides weren't bad. The popular pecan pie tasted stale and not impressive at all. I order my steak medium so I don't expect it to be tough.

Went because I heard there was new ownership... Ribeye was less than 1/2 inch thick. Cheesecake dessert about the same width... Bartender told me most guests are passing through - probably all you need to know. 3% credit card fee!

Food- absolutely mouthwatering ,perfectly executed, appealing and delicious! Service- friendly and professional. Made myself and my party feel special and welcome. Our server answered everyone's questions with direct and informative responses. Ambiance- breathtaking atmosphere, decor inviting, spacious seating! Prices- WORTH EVERY PENNY! Food- Outstandingly inviting plated appearance , juicy,beautifully executed,perfectly seasoned,wonderfully temperature controlled, just melt in your mouth dining. On my last evening on Cherokee, I was hungry and needed a cold beer. I went to Circle H and sat at the bar. The bartender was super busy but provided friendly service. Looking at the menu, I thought the steaks were a little pricy. However, not many dining options in Cherokee, especially for steak dinners. I ordered the mushroom/Swiss burger. The Highland Gaelic Ales were cold and hit the spot. My burger was cooked to order. The sweet potato fries were also very good. I had an enjoyable experience on my first visit.

Went here for our 33rd Anniversary and it was right on!!!! My wife had the filet and I had the ribeye, both cooked med rear and perfect!! Also came with a pad of butter, very flavorful! Comes with 2 sides that were great!!! Our server, Ellison, was great and brought us a free desert for our Anniversary!!!! Would recommend this place everyday!!!!

Great quality food, good drinks, and good service. Prime rib and crab cakes were excellent. Nice selection of bourbons as well.

This place was great, service was excellent and loved the food!! A little pricey but worth it!!

Service was not great, our waters were never refilled and our service was slow with getting the check etc. The food came out promptly, but our steaks were overcooked. I must say though that the steaks were still delicious and server & manager seemed apologetic for them. Crab cake app was tiny and not worth $18. Lobster Macaroni & cheese lacked flavor. Booths were tiny but the restaurant was pretty.

We started off with cocktails and wine. The bread was amazing and asked for a second round. Appetizer was a fried green tomato and a wedge salad. For dinner we had bison steak and a ribeye. The sides were amazing we got four different once's and they are large enough to share. Lobster mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, potatoes, and street corn! Shout out to are amazing waiter and bartender - Stewart!

Nice ambiance and good variety on the menu. Steaks are a bit pricey and could have been more tender but a nice place to have a date night.

Nice atmosphere. Steaks cooked as ordered. Service was acceptable as busy they were. We will be back.

The food was ok even though one part of my chicken was on the tough side. They did not bring out my vegetable that I ordered until I was half way through the meal. my wife's food was all good. Service was okay considering our server also had a party of 10 she was handling.

The atmosphere was relaxing and very pleasant. The service was timely and the server was very nice. The menu was nice not your typical burger joint but a nice sit down and enjoy your meal. Food was great! Highly recommend!!

The ribeye was great and the chicken was pineapple was good too. The asparagus was my favorite.

The food was so yummy! But the whole point of our visit was the buffalo that was on the menu, they have taken that off. The food took awhile and the service wasn't the greatest.

Food was good , service was good but 5 weeks later I had a fraudulent charge on my CC , we had reservations tonight for dinner was going to speak to the manager about it , when we arrived the restaurant was closed and out of business, someone at the restaurant saved my CC info , not good , filled a claim and in the process of getting a new CC .

What a lovely dinner. Crab cakes, prime rib and scallop potatoes were delicious. Excellent wait staff. We will be back for sure!

Excellent food and service. Filet Mignon and Lump Crabcakes and veggies were all prepared well. Ruth's Chris is the nearest restaurant to compare. Prices are in line with comparable fine dining in the area. Glad there now is a fine local dinner restaurant outside of the Casino.

An excellent alternative to the casino restaurants. The ribeye steak is better than Longhorn, but not quite Ruth's Chris quality. I will be returning frequently.

Shrimp and grits amazing, crab cakes all crab. Fantastic service. Drew the manager is wonderful.

So much fun! I ordered the prime rib, King Cut. The steak was cooked to perfection, the potato was delicious, and the server, Sophi, was amazing. They seated us, treated us so well, and the food was quick to the table. I can't wait to come back!!

Food was on the greasy side..Maryland crab cakes were the worst that I have ever had..they were not fresh by no means...for the prices they charge I would expect better.

First time eating here and they had no steak, no baked potatoes. I won't be back and we got to the restaurant at 4:45 pm
