Is their cinnamon roll €6? Yes. Is it also the best cinnamon roll of my life? Yes it's up there with my grandma's. The deal is their €3 baguette, it's incredible. The burnt bits are amazing, the softer mie is perfect and sour. If you like sourdough, you'll love this baguette. If you want a more traditional baguette, this isn't it. But it's better and they know it which is why they aren't trying to compete on price. I was also very surprised my roll was warm at 15h... I probably got lucky but it's obvious that this place focuses on small-batch perfection. Adorable ambiance as well with the open visible work stations. The only drawback (for me) was their hesitance to accept cash... But for some that's an advantage. I'll be back next time I'm near Saint-Michel !

Exceptional Baked Goods!!! Made the trek here very early, almost upon opening hours and so very happy for it! Wanting to try pastries, breads, and sweets in Paris, this quaint artisan bakery was at the top! Cinnamon bun was so delicious!! Nice density to the chew, perfect flavor and overall amazing!! Fresh out came apple tarts! Wow!!! So so good!!! Light, crisp, soft and sweet, perfection l felt! I can still taste it, so l know it was AMAZING!!! I had read about it out of all places in a Vogue article and upon more reading it came up in a few others, l knew it was a place to hit! Thank you Circus for giving me a tasty Parisian morning treat!

I rarely say “the best” but the cinnamon bun here is really the best I’ve had in Paris. Soft, aromatic, not to sweet, light yet chewy texture. There’re so many pastry shops in Paris that you can to a different place for 365 days, but I think I’ll come back here for a second time or third?

I've never been more excited about a cinnamon roll in my life. I was afraid the Instagram dream wouldn't live up to reality but I needn't have worried. This is NOT Cinnabon, and that's a good thing. 1) It's sourdough so it's a slow prove natural yeast kind of situation. 2) they must grind their own cinnamon because of the fragrance and texture , so, if that doesn't show you they care I don't know what does. They are super fresh and perfectly sweet. They also make a mean cappuccino so all in all its the perfect breakfast. We also had the apple pie, and it was delicious. If we lived here I would get our daily bread there all the time. They make several other types of bread and pastries there daily. I want to come back for their pizza evenings too.

Came around for their well known cinnamon buns and wasn’t disappointed. Although it is quite pricey, it was worth the price. The interior looks aesthetically pleasing and Notre-Dame is a short walk away. (For visitors- they only take payments by card) Милая пекарня с хорошей выпечкой.

the cinnamon bun is simply so yummy!!!! But dont try out the vegan hot chocolate if you are not vegan cuz its simply yucky... in all, its a really nice small café!!!

Although it has no seats, circus bakery made a great impression on me. Being the new little project from fragments coffee (which I’m very keen on) I wanted to try it. The coffee is marvelous. I took a cappuccino and it was flavorful and delicate. You will not be able to sit down and work as it is solely a take away coffee shop inside the bakery. I STRONGLY recommend to grab a coffee and a sweet ( I took a cinnamon roll ) and walk to the Jardin Du Luxembourg. My coffee was still hot once I sat there and drank it ! Enjoy

Google
Great food. Great cinnamon rolls. It’s fluffy and not too sweet. The cinnamon taste is just perfect. Not too strong. Very well made. I also tasted the rhubarbe pie and the bread (buns). Everything was really good. But I still think it’s a bit overprice. It does worth to try, at least once so go for it. Too bad they don’t have a place to sit. The staff was very friendly. They gave me a slice of their signature bread sonI can taste it. And it’s really good.

Yelp
Circus Bakery, located near in the Latin Quarter and near Notre Dame, has received a lot of attention online for their cinnamon buns. The cinnamon buns here are good (and very Instagrammable), but I found them overhyped and way overpriced. Each one is 6 euros, which I don't think is justified, especially since you can easily find excellent croissants for just 1 euro. I noticed quite a few other tourists here when I visited. Circus also has a selection of sourdough breads and other pastries (including a 5 euro cardamom roll) and coffee, which I didn't try. They're card only (no cash), and there isn't much space to sit inside, so it's better to take your baked goods to go.

Yelp
Seems like a lil' secret bakery with top quality bread/pastries - focus on bread. They have a banch that seats may five people - so this is mostly a takeaway place, but we sat and shared a cardomon bun and a chocoate bun (which surprisingly didn't have much chocolate at all). Their baked goods have an amazing chew, and their baguettes, while much more expensive on average that the fine baked goods throughout Paris, are super refined. They have a lil' espresso machine and make a few different basic drinks to go with your purchase if you are on the fly, mine tasted very 'green'.

Yelp
Don't look for any real signage, just a scribbled name on a glass door in a minimalist space that is purpose built. The baker and staff are amazing and the delicate cinnamon rolls are delish. However, you have to try the fresh and warm galettes as they are utterly sublime. And the hand made coffees are a perfect compliment. There are no tables, so either grab it to go for your walking tour or take a seat on one of the two benches and enjoy the random company of strangers as they wander in to enjoy the delights!

Yelp
If you are visiting Paris and go to see Notre Dame you have to find this tucked away little bakery for their amazing cinnamon rolls or pocket sandwiches. They do only accept card so be aware of that but if you don't map it you will walk right past it. Not to be missed

Yelp
Hot Sourdoughs Cinnamon! If it's bread, the French know how to do it better. One of Paris's newest bakeries is off to a fantastic start. These aren't you super gooey frosting covered buns, in fact should even compare. The favor was amazing, the bread texture was perfectly soft... so difficult out down. I heard they are working on a Sourdough Croissant.... now I have two reason to come back!!!

Yelp
This non-assuming little bakery blew my mind. First, the coffee is fantastic, unlike many cafes I've stopped in, they make their espresso manually, making it pure heaven in a cup; the latte I had rivals my favorite, so it is tied for first place on my personal coffee scale. Second, this one of the best cinnamon breads I have ever tasted! It's not overly sweet, but the flavor is dynamic and magical. Pictures can't do it justice! Third, the folks working there are simply awesome. The lady who helped me was kind and patient with my attempts at French, she made the whole experience wonderful. I'm so glad I had a chance to experience such an exquisite bakery and can't wait to come back in the next time I'm in Paris! Merci beaucoup!

Yelp
Great cinnamon bun. Highly recommended. Also they prefer plastic, so bring your card.

Yelp
Since we were staying nearby, we thought of trying this bakery. I felt items are over priced but surprisingly the place was crowded. So people must be thinking it is worth it. No doubt, the items are fresh. We tried cinnamon roll and apple pie.

Yelp
A must visit bakery!! Very fresh and the quality is impeccable. I got the famous cinnamon bun and it did not disappoint. I'm gonna go back for seconds tomorrow!

Yelp
Exceptional cappuccino (on par with the best cappuccino I've ever had in NY City). Staff was very friendly and the pastries were amazing (we had the cinnamon bun, chocolate bun, and apple tart - if you have to choose one, go for the cinnamon bun). You will want to map this one as we almost walked right by this quaint little shop.

Yelp
Best cappuccino I've ever had (coming from a coffee enthusiast). Very friendly multilingual staff, so wherever you're from you'll be able to order something delicious. I got a cinnamon roll that was perfect--not sickly sweet, but just sweet enough and melts in your mouth.
