I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at your facility today.
After loading my child’s and her relatives game card with 1,000 QAR, one of the Filipino staff members made inappropriate facial expressions, laughed mockingly, and gestured toward other staff members—as if my action was absurd or crazy. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and offensive.
When I calmly reported her behavior to her Indian supervisor, instead of addressing my concern, he escalated the situation by calling security on me—simply for voicing a complaint. This was an outrageous and insulting response to a paying customer.
This is not just bad service—it’s discrimination, humiliation, and abuse of authority. I demand that the Filipino staff member and her supervisor be terminated immediately for their disrespectful conduct and unprofessional behavior. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
I will be sharing this review publicly until I receive an apology and appropriate action is taken.
