Do not buy from them even a socks....no return.....no tax free.....thier price are 30% highrt than regular price. Do not let them fool you. I bought The NorthFace Jacket for 330 euros and found it elsewhere at 213 euros!!!!!!!!!

A store with a large selection of goods. Unfortunately, each customer is considered as a thief, the staff doesn’t provide opportunity to try the sports uniform with the sneakers inside the fitting rooms even after confirmation that I’ll buy the sneakers. I compromised and tried on the sneakers outside, suggested continuing the fitting with the booth open, however, I was refused because it is not convenient for the staff. Poor service.

I wanted to try on a model that was available online. At the store different crew members sent me to someone else until in the end at the register I was told that I can only order it paying by credit card, cash which is what I had, wasn’t accepted. What’s the point of a store front that neither has most of the models it shows on the site, nor accepts cash?

Constantly cancels orders, unfortunately is unable to maintain its inventory. I would advise everyone not to order anything from here!!!!!!!

Very bad experience. They refused to return an item bought 48 hours or exchange it with less value mentioning it is their policy though it is never mentioned during the purchase, on their receipt or even on the wall.
