Gorgeous sustainable furniture. Excellent customer service. Fabulous designer resource. The pillow assortment is always amazing, the sofas are super comfortable and there’s always a sparkle and warmth to the store thanks to the amazing lighting. Sometimes you can get a floor model at a steal, or special order your perfect piece. Always worth the wait, good things take time.

My partner and I came in to browse however we were never acknowledged, much less greeted or helped, by either of the two staff on the floor. There was no one else shopping the store so there was simply no excuse for such poor service. If you like to feel invisible and ignored, please shop here.

Very nice employees but unfortunately my slip covered Louis Modern sofa in performance fabric looks awful. it looks like the skirt on the slipcover was sewn on the bias and it's ruffled and pulls along the seem. after steaming and giving it time it still looks nothing like the sofas in the showroom. They tried to fix it but it's still not at all right.

Absolutely love Cisco decor. I had to wait 6 months for my sofa during the pandemic but it was worth it (and everywhere else experienced the same). Thanks Lance. I hope Cisco keeps up their craftsmanship and the integrity of their products. I've been buying from them for ten years. Unique and timeless.

I cannot say enough about my great experience with Cisco Home, and our salesperson Lance. I am a design professional, so I work with custom vendors ALOT, and have had all manner of results. From top to bottom this was a fantastic experience. We worked together to create a custom sofa for my client under a very tight timeline (we did pay the rush fee, and it was worth every penny) The Sofa is gorgeous, the communication was great, even the delivery person (Roman) was one the best I've ever worked with. I love that these are high-quality pieces made right here in LA. I will surely be back!

All the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Awesome experience here with Cari. She provided the best design consultation we have experienced at a furniture store. She has an excellent eye and was super patient with my husband and I as we are looking for some items for our apartment. The Environment line she showed us is simple and slightly rustic and, wonderfully, sustainable. Lots of beautiful reclaimed wood. They are having an awesome 50% off sale now through June. As a side note, the iconic Made in LA sign is located on the outside of the store for a post shopping photo opp!

Customer service certainly seems to be a theme in these reviews, and it is not complimentary. I ordered a sofa last Fall. It's now May 2019. The communication to customers and overall organization is horrible. Try calling? Take some blood pressure reducers first. The single most frustrating, disappointing experience in our entire project of building and furnishing this new home. Someday we'll get the sofa. And I'll write another review, I hope they stay in business long enough to make it.

Lance Terrile is the design and sales consultant that went above and beyond to help me create amazing rooms. With his insight he guided me with custom design suggestions and fabric choices. We built trust, and because of Covid I couldn't preview options on site, so he mailed me fabric samples, etc. I had to do a big part of this remodel remotely, and one of my choices needed additional consideration. He was ready and attentive with extra assistance, even after my sale and delivery was completed. He was truly interested in my project. I am still amazed at his service. I LOVE the quality of the Cisco pieces I selected, and this isn't my first rodeo. You can't get better craftsmanship anywhere. The delivery team went above and beyond and even offered to place an extra large rug in our space, during the delivery. They all work together seamlessly and I can't say enough good things about this company.
