Wonderful night out with my wife. Started with the house ceaser and wedge salads. She had shrimp and pasta. I had the salmon. Both tasted great. Paired with a great Sauvignon Blanc. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. Service was very good.

And it started off so good.... First time here and it's a really nice looking restaurant. Can be good for dates, business meetings or just a family night out. Trouble started with the food. Ordered appetizers and entrees. Within 5 mins of the app arrival, the entrees came out. The waiter said, awww. Ordered the baked salmon roll, it had carrots in it. The crunch was unsettling and overall it lacked flavor. 4/10. Ordered the tagliatelle with braised short ribs. This meat was not seasoned. It relied on the sauce which lacked flavor. The pasta was very decent. 5/10. Ordered the chicken picatta and this was a good dish. Chicken had flavor, the sauce was very shy as there wasn't much of it but maybe it just works with this dish. 7.3/10. The part of the evening that also bothered us was that anything that wasn't being used when the waiter walked by was scooped off the table without a moments notice or acknowledgement. Just looked up and it was gone. My chopsticks, gone. Plate to put the app, gone. It was annoying. I felt rushed and not appreciated as a patron. The staff is nice and overall I give this place a 5.9/10.

Came here for our company Christmas party and had such a great time. The food was seriously delicious and the service was on point all night. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a great ambiance — perfect for a special event. Every appetizer we tried was amazing, honestly hard to pick a favorite. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and it was absolutely fabulous, cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Definitely a place I’d come back to again!

We had the crispy shrimp, which was fried, but they had a sauce on them. We wasn't expecting it to be covered with a glaze, so that turned my girl off from them. She order the short ribs and had the sauteed broccoli, which it didn't seem sateed. It had more liquid in it, then expected. I ordered the double pork chop and the taste was great, but it was a lot pinker than I expected. All in all,I enjoyed my meal, but my girl was not so thrilled. I would go again but I ask that the menu is a little more detailed a about what is served. I did get a birthday treat. Thank you.

Went for the 1st time today 2/15/26 with high expectations. Most of the reviews were very positive. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I were disappointed. For starters it took almost 25 minutes just to get my drink. I I had to remind them and got it five minutes later. I believe they forgot. Another thing that was very disappointing. We ordered a wedge salad, our preference was to have it chopped. The server stated that would be no issue, but then later returned to us, and stated the kitchen will not chop it for us. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the kitchen denied chopping a salad for a customer. Next My fiancé’s favorite drink to order is an Apple martini, we were also surprised the bar didn’t have apple martinis. The food was lacking flavor. Overall experience was below mid.

Straight to the point. Phenomenal vibes. Elegant dining describes it best. Best ribeye steak ive ever had, includes very unique seasoning, sweet hint, which makes it stand out. Strongly recommended as a date spot or an evening out. Desert options are excellent too!

The food was great- service less to be desired. Our drinks sat at the bartending station for 15 minutes watering down before being delivered. It seemed that the two bartenders were more concerned with inventory lists then coming back to the table or dropping our drinks. Food was mostly great. The steak was one of the best I’ve ever had! The mashed potatoes were also creamy and very flavorful. The balsamic asparagus was tough to get through. It felt like they blanched it for a minute and then served. The servers forgot to put my partners main dish through during our order (we did not have apps) This was disappointing as we could not even enjoy eating together. I was completely finished with my meal and my husband still didn’t have his fish dropped off. No one came back to check on my steak after it was dropped, and we were left sitting there wondering if he would get his meal. After going up to the front desk and manager, we were able to get his food and also have it kindly comped by the manager. She did everything in her power to try and correct this issue. Unfortunately the service badly colored our dining experience. The bartenders should not take dining room tables if they don’t have the bandwidth to provide basic service.

It's rare in the Inland Empire to go to a restaurant and think "I've never seen THAT before." So we went down that route: deviled eggs with crispy shrimp, fennel salad miso black cod, Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with avocado and shallots, creamed corn creme brulee ... and I suspect that this restaurant is a labor of love. Owned by the same owners of Luna Modern Mexican it feels like a chef constrained for a decade to a cuisine genre finally got to burst out with whatever ideas had been stewing, collected over years. An extra star for creativity here. The drinks were the same, creative - an old fashioned with a Guinness-like stout syrup. A pear puree margarita. Passion fruit mule. Like Luna, the palette leans toward the sweeter side. So did the service. Mariana was attentive, informative, thoughtful and engaging, and she made my wife feel special - enough that she's the reason I'm taking the time to write this review. We asked about the opening and whether workers transferred and she noted she's happy here, that as soon as she met with the owners in her interview she was on board with what they're trying to do. We'll be back to any place workers feel they're being treated well, and we've got lots of other things to try on the menu that looked creative enough to pique our interest. Worth coming out, and if you get Mariana, you're sure to have a wonderful experience.

I had an awesome first experience at Cisco in Corona, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alec behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, he made sure my very slim dietary restrictions due to kidney cancer were fully understood and taken care of without me even having to stress about it. That level of care really means a lot. Alec is not only a great bartender, but also a genuinely great person to talk to--friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. He made the experience comfortable, enjoyable, and welcoming, which isn't something you get everywhere. If you want excellent service and a bartender who truly looks out for you, ask for Alec. Because of him, my first visit to Cisco in Corona was memorable, and I'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was wonderful! I highly recommend the baked brie from the appetizers. Its a little pricey so bring your bankroll lol. Service was also attentive. I would definitely go here again!

After going to 123 Farms last Sunday, I stopped here for dinner. I found this on yelp and saw that the reviews were good and liked the photos that were posted. Matt was our server and he was on point. He was attentive and professional. You could tell he has fine dining experience. The food was tasty, but I was not a fan of the mushrooms in my braised short rib pasta. Other than that, I had a great experience. I live a ways from here, but I would return when I am in the area.

Corona's little new gem!! Best new dinner date spot with delicious food , enjoyable ambience and incredibly attentive service! Creative cocktails, fresh ingredients and nice selections in every category. Not a ONE bad thing to say.

We stopped in on a Friday evening (5pm). Beautiful decor and ambiance in the most unexpected location. A true hidden gem. The appetizer Ahi tuna plate was crispy and just the right amount of spicy. The chicken piccata was perfect and the mashed potato side was delicious. We didn't get to try dessert, but they looked pretty good. My husband had the steak salad (not pictured). The salad is a good size portion with a 4oz steak. It's not plated like a traditional salad and that's why I think it's so good. We were told by our bartender that a happy hour menu is in the works! Fingers crossed.

Took our son here for his birthday...Great food...Steak was delicious!! We will return! Great service from the waiter. No wait to get a table. Not overly loud.

My husband and I had an early dinner here so it was relatively empty when we arrived. Nonetheless, I absolutely loved the beautiful, large booths and romantic setting. Upon talking with our server, we learned that this is the sister restaurant to Modern Luna, which has been a favorite of ours for years. While I was neutral on my pasta, the hubs and I both discovered probably our favorite side dish of the year, something that we would later replicate with our own family for Christmas Eve dinner. The asparagus with mozzarella, tomatoes and balsamic drizzle was simply a masterpiece. This was incredibly craveable and definitely a must have dish. The drinks were great here and we both enjoyed the yellowtail crude. Finally, we ended the experience with the cherries jubilee cheesecake, c'est magnifique!

Dined here 12/20 8pm. Roni/Roney was our server and he was amazing. We will definitely be back due to the outstanding service and we will be requesting him.

This place is new so I had to come try it. Our bartender Tania is friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Ambiance was nice and mellow. We had the following items; Deviled eggs were a little salty but still good. 8/10 Baked Brie, baked to order, takes some time but worth it. Flaky outside with powder sugar and the inside with bacon jam accompanied with crostinis 9/10 Tagliatelle with short ribs was super delicious 10/10 Chicken red pepper pesto 9/10 Definitely coming back for more

CISCo brings some great combinations of delicious flavors and inventive ways to give you an experience with food. This restaurant is probably best for date nights or events although odds are if ya show up ready to eat good food they will accommodate. The restaurant has a fairly upscale vibe in the sense of a Friday night hot spot. Tony was our server and I'm sorry for posting this so late... but I really want to give you a shout out for how wonderful you were not only with suggestions but just with how attentive you were. All in all service was beyond fantastic!! So my fiancée wanted to take me out to dinner and she chose this spot for us. The food was quite the experience, we tired this watermelon that was supposed to be like ahi tuna and since my fiancée can't eat fish this was really appealing. Though she was mixed on it we were both very impressed with how close it was to eating Ahi Tuna. The fried asparagus was just something else ... we would get two orders of that next time. I got their main pork dish and my fiancée got the ravioli I believe. The showstopper was the sauce on the pork.... We just could not get over it and how delicious it was. The pork was pretty good itself but it was varied on dry and juicy. They may have cut the pork too soon which dried out the meat a bit but overall I really enjoyed it. The wedge salad was amazing !!! I loved the chops of pork belly and the dressing was just amazing. Lastly our dessert was on point. Overall this was a great experience and we will find ourselves returning.

Came here for a weekend dinner, reservations do tend to fill up quick, and can only be placed over the phone. Aesthetic & Ambiance: 6/10 Aesthetic gives off a more upscale atmosphere removing you from thinking you're right next to a residence inn. The ambiance was a bit loud, being around dinner time; there was just an overall roar to conversations. Service: 7/10 started off pretty slow, server barely came around, and the food came out quick once our order was in. He seemed pretty busy with larger tables, but we sat without water for a little while. Also would have love to swap a side in the chicken piccata :( Mellow Yellow: 8/10 almost a pornstar martini, it was sweet and tart. Deviled Eggs: 7.5/10 there was a whole lot of deviled to those eggs. They were good, but a bit much without a lot of paprika taste. Fries: 7/10 good truffle fries. Nothing special sadly, the aioli was interesting. Crispy Rice with Ahi Tuna: 6/10 they were also just okay, nothing amazing; but would say the rice felt like they were fried before and just left out. Tagliatelle w/short ribs: 7.5/10 good flavor on the short rib, and the sauce, but the pasta was pretty overcooked. Filet: 8/10 good flavor on the bark/seasoning, and was cooked perfectly medium-rare. The size was quite large too. Chicken Piccata: 8.5/10 best entree there, was amazing breading, the chicken was tender, and the sauce was delicious. The mashed potatoes were okay, and not being a fan of creamed spinach I skipped out. I asked to swap it for the broccolini but was told that was unable to happen. Cheesecake: 9/10 the cheesecake was delicious, I got the cherries on the side since I saw it go by beforehand and really wanted to try it. The cheesecake was dense and tasted made in-house. The crust was delicious, and overall wasn't too sweet. The key lime pie: 8.5/10 also being a great dessert, it was tart and sweet at the same time, but the crust had a perfect balance.

Cisco is one of those places where you walk in and immediately know someone obsessed over the details -- modern, stylish, and inviting without trying too hard. It works for date night, a special occasion, or just when you feel like spoiling yourself. Service? Spot-on. Ignacio was our server and managed that rare trick of making sure everyone was taken care of without hovering. Gold star. The food was just as dialed in. My maple Dijon salmon nailed the sweet-and-savory balance, and my wife's "should-I-really-order-a-burger-here?" cheeseburger turned out to be the sleeper hit of the night. My parents were equally happy, though my dad wished the cioppino had a little more broth (mostly to justify tearing through more bread). Appetizer MVP goes to the baked brie en croute -- golden, gooey, and absolutely worth fighting your tablemates for. The deviled eggs were also excellent, but that brie? Next level. All told, Cisco delivered a fantastic night out. If you're looking for a spot that blends polish with comfort, this is it.

This place is fantastic. In the world where many restaurants are just reheated premade food. This restaurant stands out in an amazing way Every dish we had was perfectly cooked. Brussel sprouts had the perfect bit of char. The corn crème brûlée was decadent. Pork chop was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service is outstanding. The drink selection and bar service couldn't have been any better The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Great place for a nice date. Would recommend to any friends. Five stars!

Our son wanted to come here for his 20th birthday dinner. Everything about our experience was great from start to finish. The food was outstanding across the board. We had two filet mignons, both cooked perfectly and absolutely on point - tender, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. The pork chop was a standout as well and quickly became my dad's new favorite. The chicken piccata was excellent, bright, and full of flavor. What truly elevated the evening was the service by Alec A, which was beyond exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. My dad was even told money back guaranteed on the pork chop - no need for that. Great food paired with incredible service made for a memorable experience. We'll be back.

CISCo opened April 2025 and is owned and operated by Cisco. Apparently his Father, Francisco owns Luna in the same parking area. I knew when I first saw the food I had to visit. Bella was our waitress and she did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. She mentioned the bar is Whiskey and Bourbon forward, but they can accommodate requests not on the menu. We had the Yellowtail Crudo with Hibiscus Leche de Tigre, Yellowfin Tuna Crudo with Avocado and Soy Yuzu, and Wedge Salad with Pork Belly for starters. Everything was fresh, tasty, and the Yellowfin Tuna was my favorite. We also drank the Pacific Old Fashioned, Chopin, and NY Sour. The drinks were immaculately strong. For the main courses, we ordered the Cheeseburger made of ground filet mignon, wagyu, and short rib. You can imagine how amazing it was. The Chicken Piccata was rich and fried to perfection. The Black Miso Cod was flakey and Fennel salad was densely delicious. I would've liked the red wine vinaigrette to be less sweet. However, that's not a dig at the chef(s), that's personal preference. I will return to sample other menu items.

Tried CISCo out for the first time and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with positive and high energy, and Bella our server, came to our table quickly and gave us the history of CISCo, which was a nice touch. Bella was wonderful and attentive throughout our entire visit. I ordered the Wedge salad for starters, Chopin and NY sour for drinks, and a cheeseburger for the main event. The wedge was incredible and absolutely worth ordering. CISCo presents beautifully crafted cocktails that appeal to your senses. Everything was absolutely impeccable from the service, elegant atmosphere, presentation, and taste of the food and drinks. We got to meet Cisco, the owner, and he was friendly and hospitable making our visit a true experience. There is no question we will be back to further explore the menu and look forward to another unforgettable experience.

The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered the Brussels sprouts and salmon (basic, I know). But let me tell you these were the best dishes I have ever had, and I will be going back for more. Note- This place is definitely not a restaurant for children. They have no high chairs and will have you take your stroller back to your car.

A+++ Such a great spot for date night. From the moment we sat down, the service was on point and the ambiance was beautiful definitely giving quality, elevated dining vibes. The drinks were delicious, the food was great, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. We ordered the steak and salmon and shared like we always do both were cooked perfectly and the portions were just right. Finished with the cheesecake and it was amazing. There are restaurants you go to just to eat, and then there are restaurants you go to because the experience is worth it this is one of those places. Elegant, great energy, and really well done all around. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Cisco Kid: Pancho, the first thing we do is find some senoritas and some food. Pancho: Senoritas? Cisco Kid: For me. Food... for you. Well, lucky for me I had both the night I went to Cisco ;-) Get your mind out of the gutter, I was celebrating a fellow yelper's birthday! Ha! Ha! It was a party of three and it's interesting the redesign from what was a Lone Star Steakhouse. We were seated on a table next to a large group. Since it was a birthday dinner for us, would have preferred one of the nice round tables with comfy soft seats. They do ask if it's a special occasion so they knew. Service was a little slow to start but that's okay. We had a nice conversation and a bottle of wine I brought. Corkage is $25. Service got better as dinner progressed. We started with the crispy rice and tuna which was a solid version, and a yellow tail crudo which was nice too but needed a bit more flavor. And that was the theme...everything just needed a little more kick to it. The three entrees we had were pasta with short rib, black cod miso, and ny strip. All again were good but just missing that next level of flavor to be great. They brought a lovely personalized dessert for my friend and we also had the basque cheesecake which was an excellent version. Maybe my favorite dish of the night. Again, everything was solid, not great except for the basque cheesecake. They are new, a sister restaurant to Luna next door. Here is hoping they improve the sauces and seasoning to take it up to the next level. Recommended.

This place is so good! I have been to their sister restaurant next door, Luna, a couple times. CISCo recently opened and my parents have already been three times, they love it! We met them for lunch here over the weekend. It's nicely decorated with lots of huge comfy booths. Our waitress was over the top nice and did such an excellent job taking care of us. We started with their deviled eggs and added crispy shrimp to them. The shrimp were fantastic, we all loved the sauce on them. They have the shrimp alone as an appetizer and I would get that next time. We also had their baked brie, as my stepmom said it's her favorite. Wow, not at all what I was expecting, it's super sweet with a honey butter sauce and bacon jam, unlike any other baked brie I have had before. It's served with perfectly toasted crostini that aren't too hard, which I appreciated. My stepmom was right, this was great and we practically licked the sauce off the plate. My husband had their Pacific Old Fashioned, which had a stout syrup in it. He is very picky about his cocktails and said he was impressed with this one. I had a sip and it was really smooth, most whiskey cocktails give me goosebumps and this one didn't, so that was a plus! My stepmom got their wedge salad, I would definitely order that for myself next time. It was massive, with the most delicious blue cheese dressing and lots of crispy pork belly. Husband had their Chicken & Red Pepper Pesto sandwich, the ciabatta bread was so soft and had a great chew, the flavors all worked great together. I am not a huge arugula fan but I didn't mind it on this sandwich. My dad and I both had their French Onion Rib Eye sandwich and we liked it a lot, but I think we were both expecting thinner slices of meat. These were very thick slices of steak, and I got a couple pieces of tough fat so it was hard to chew. It reminded me of a patty melt with all the grilled onions and gooey cheese. All of our meals were large and we all took half home. Their entire menu sounds great, and I can't wait to eat here again. I'm glad we have a new place to dine at when we go out to Corona to see my parents.

Located next to the Residence Inn by Marriott, CISCo is a high-end bar & restaurant in Corona. Its ambiance is classic and welcoming. I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. It has a free Wi-Fi for guests but I couldn't connect - either it is not working or nobody knows the correct password. Odd isn't it? Back to food, the reason we are here. I really like the roasted garlic soup and the salmon. The sandwich looked very good and my friend said it tasted just as good. So 2 happy campers.

Great ambiance! Reminds me of a New American restaurant in LA. Super modern, hip interior design from the booths to the bathrooms. I would come here for the vibes alone. Other than that, we had the French Dip sandwich, truffle fries, lemon ricotta pancakes, hummus & naan, Colombian coffee and tagliatelle w/ braised beef. Everything was a homerun except the tagliatelle. The tagliatelle was just ok. Customer service was good. Not kid friendly as they have no high chairs or a kids menu but we made do by sitting our toddler in the booth. I would come again!

Came to try this new restaurant tonight. Loved the concept and the vibe. Ambiance was bright and modern and not too loud. Service was impeccable and extremely attentive. We also met Cisco and he seemed like a genuinely great guy! The food tasted amazing. The short rib was tender and flavourful! My husband inhaled his cioppino. The wedge salad was definitely a 5 star salad that we shared. Highly recommend the yellow fin tuna! Excellent flavours! Great addition to Corona. No need to drive to Oc for a date night or girls night! My only recommendations! Cook the pasta a little more al dente and add a chocolate something to the dessert menu.

Here today for an early dinner.. 3pm. We were a party of 4 and we were seated right away. Cisco's is a brand new restaurant; it's only been open for about a month, So far. Great place. Very elegant and welcoming. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. We met the Owner, Cisco. Very charming individual. He was very attentive to our needs. He actually stood at our table for at least 15 minutes. We were able to compare some restaurant things with him, knowing A lot of the restaurants ins-outs-and the in-betweens. Cisco is a great guy. For appetizers we had, the Chrispy Shimp.. TWICE (because it was THAT GOOD!) Baked Brie, Yellow Fin Tuna with a Peru (letche de Tiger) they call this Tiger Milk on Spanish. For dinner: we hand the linguine with black tiger prawns, The chicken piccata. And the Cioppino ( seafood stew ) . The flavors were absolutely off the charts ! CHEFS- you guys hit the mark on everything! Delicious. For dessert: we had A Cherry Jubilee on top of a Cheese Cake. And a custard type dessert that had Mango and Coconut... Oh my gosh, everything was deliciously delicious! Thank you, Cisco. We will be back again... but try to leave my crazy brother-in-law home next time... hahahaha JK. Thanks for the good eats....

10 out of 10 Recommend!! Came here 8/26/25 Tuesday for lunch celebrating my friend's birthday. Sent an email & made my reservation for 3 at 1:30pm. We were promptly seated once we arrived. It's my first time here and my friend's 3rd time here. Cisco has been opened approximately 3 1/2 months. Our server Bella was so informative and explained in detail about all the menu items. The owners of Cisco are the same father & son owners of Luna next door. We all placed our orders to include appetizer's. We all really enjoyed our meal. We ordered the deviled eggs with crispy shrimp & asparagus fries as our appetizers. DELICIOUS!! Main course we ordered TAGLIATELLE WITH SHORT RIBS braised short ribs - porcini-red wine sauce LINGUINE AND BLACK TIGER PRAWNS caramelized onion - black garlic chili oil NEW YORK 12 oz - cowboy butter Creamed Spinach & Scalloped Potatoes EVERYTHING we ordered was DELICIOUS I'm looking forward to inviting more of my friends to Cisco. Very nicely decorated restaurant with plenty of parking. All the staff were kind. I love that I have a restaurant in Corona that serves great food/drinks and I don't have to drive all the way to Orange County and L.A. Thank you Cisco.... We'll be back!!

I was super excited to try this place out, just to find myself being disappointed. The baked brie that we ordered as an appetizer was not the spreadable gooey cheese that typically baked brie gets when it's baked it was hard like string cheese. I ordered a lemon drop. It did not come out with a sugar rim nor was it made with simple syrup. So I had to ask for those things on the side to make my drink properly. We waited about 20 minutes for a server to finally come up to us to get our drink order after we got sat. Friendly server, but I had to keep asking other people to go find him. The food was good. I ordered a filet mignon and that came out well. We also ordered a New York, and that also came out tasting very well. The sides were good too, other than the broccoli we did have to send it back because it tasted like tomatoes, definitely not what you think of when you order a side of broccoli for it to be completely smothered in tomatoes. We use the bathroom before we left and it was pretty gross. Definitely not what I expect from a place that advertises to be fine dining in the area. I see so many reviews of people having good experiences with this place. I'm definitely disappointed that I was not able to be one of them.

Ambiance is truly modern. Although it was crowded with many large parties, we could hear each other just fine. Service was great, water bottles continuing to be filled during our meal. My ciopino was so good; wish there was more broth for me to savor! And the cheesecake was baked to perfection, not too sweet with a great cherry topping that we all enjoyed. Def coming back again! Prices are reasonable at this upscale dining establishment!

We booked a dinner reservation here after a day at Glen Ivy, hoping to wait out traffic before heading home and it turned out to be the perfect choice. For a newly opened restaurant, they're already killing it! With so many great reviews, we were excited to check it out, and it absolutely delivered. The space is roomy with a warm, inviting ambiance. There's a bar with plenty of seating too. We had a party of six, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They gave us a cozy booth and we were lucky to have Jacki as our server she was amazing! Handling a big group isn't always easy, but she did it like a pro, all while flashing a bright, friendly smile. She gave great recommendations and confidently told us that "everything is good," and honestly, she wasn't wrong. Here's what we ordered: Grilled Artichoke - We order this dish everywhere we go, and this version was one of the best. Simple, flavorful, and done right. Crispy Shrimp - Not my personal favorite, but the rest of the table loved it and it was gone in minutes. Brussels Sprout- the whole table shared this, it was good. French Onion Rib Eye - My boyfriend ordered this and said it was incredibly tasty. Maple Salmon - Another hit at the table; reported as delicious. Linguine & Black Tiger Prawns - My friend had her heart set on this dish, even though I mentioned some reviews said it was overly oily. She asked Jacki if the chili oil could be served on the side, and it worked out perfectly. So if you're eyeing this dish, just request the oil on the side problem solved!Double Cut Duroc Pork Chop - My boyfriend's brother ordered this and devoured the entire plate. Miso Black Cod - This was my pick, and I thought the fish was cooked to perfection. My only complaint was the overwhelming amount of fennel salad it sat on such an overkill maybe if they toned that down, the cod would shine even more. Overall, we had a great experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try!

We came in early around 4:00 PM after an afternoon of Christmas shopping. We split appetizers - artichoke, a gratin potato's and soup of the day - garlic creamed soup. Each were perfectly prepared and "hot" soup made the meal complete. Our waiter was patient, made suggestions and the service was over the top. Thank you !

My husband and I have been so excited to try this place since before they opened! We waited a few months to stop by to let the new restaurant crowds die down and decided to stop by today. Upon arrival, the hosts were not very warm. We didn't have a reservation but we didn't expect to be seated right away with it being a Friday night. We put our name down and decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited for a table. We were told the wait was 30-45 mins. We tried a few different cocktails and they were ok but nothing stood out. We were finally seated after waiting a little over an hour. Still hopeful and excited we'd get to eat soon. Unfortunately it took another hour for our food to come out after we ordered with our server. The food (Filet Mignon and New York steak) was very good; however, it was cold. Definitely frustrating after waiting over two hours to eat dinner. Our server and the bartenders were all wonderful. We didn't feel that any of our negative experience was their fault. Overall, the restaurant was beautiful inside and we had high hopes but the wait time/cold dinner was a disappointment. I think we'd be willing to go back on a slow week day to give it another shot.

A must try! Food, service and facilities were amazing. It is so great to see great places like this in Corona and not at Dos Lagos. We'll definitely be back over and over again. I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone go eat at CisCo.

I went to dinner at Cisco tonight with my family, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was wonderful, friendly, and attentive. The only downside was that the restaurant doesn't offer high chairs, booster seats and or a kids menu. That made things a bit tricky since we have a two-year-old, and it gave me the impression that the restaurant might not be very family-friendly. My little one ended up sitting in the booth with us, which worked out fine, but it was surprising that a place like this isn't better equipped for families with young children. My kids is not a picky eater so not having kids menu didn't matter. Overall, we had a great meal and excellent service, but I'd keep in mind that it's not the most kid-accommodating spot.

Quality of ingredients needs to be reviewed. It's not supposed to be fast food. Uber service was good but bag was not sealed and food was very cold.

Congratulations to Cisco on this exciting new beginning in Corona! Let's show our support for local businesses--Cisco's is a must-visit fine dining spot. The food is incredible, and the desserts are absolutely to die for! A special shoutout to Bella, our weekend server, who truly elevated our experience. She's extremely knowledgeable about the menu and passionate about both the food and the guests. Everything she recommended sounded so good, we couldn't resist! Thank you Nicholas for a wonderful evening. Overall the first time experience went well except for one thing. The NY steak was cook to perfection. The Parmesan fries had a nice crispy texture I would order again. The linguine was very satisfying with the tiger prawns. My only disappointment was the smell of the glasses that were served to me. He poured my wine into a glass that smelled like rotten egg. He immediately switched out my glass and again- same smell. The third glass, no issues. Something with the dishwasher he mentioned caused the smell. Over all the meal was delicious just the wine glasses caused my taste buds to be a bit bothered. The place is modernized and the service is great. I will be back!

Romantic atmosphere with a really nice vibe for a date night. The food was good overall and the prices weren't too bad for the quality and setting. The drink menu was a bit limited, and the service didn't quite match what you'd expect from a higher end restaurant. We felt a little rushed when ordering, which took away from the experience slightly. Still a lovely place and worth visiting.

Why a great new restaurant in Corona! Opened in April and just stumbled across it. Sat at the bar and had some drink and dinner. Service was very attentive and the atmosphere is perfect. Well done!

Definitely has some room for improvement since they're new. Pros: the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Booths are big and spacious. The staff was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Cons: our server took our drink order AFTER bringing out our appetizers haha not a big deal but we all wondered when we'd be getting drinks. The wait time was sooo slow, that 2 other tables that came AFTER us got their food before us. We asked what is happening as our food must've been forgotten about or served to another table. The server felt so bad & kept apologizing and said the manager would be out to say sorry about the wait. However the manager did absolutely nothing in our opinion. He asked "how was the food" and left. We had nothing comped, no free appetizer/dessert or any discount, which would've been the right thing to do when you mess up as a new restaurant. Will give it a few months to maybe try again.

Never made it there for food. I made a reservation for our whole family for Christmas Eve. I called a few days prior to make sure all was set. Of course they had no reservation. they put the reservation down for the 23rd. There mistake, which they admitted to. But they refused to honor the reservation for the 24th. Cisco the manager didn't have the guts to tell me this himself, he had one of his employees be the bearer of bad news. i have no respect for a manager that does that. I will never eat at this restaurant and I will encourage my friends to do the same. Update to this review. I just received a call from Cisco apologizing for what has happened. He did offer us our reservation for tomorrow. He seems like a very sincere man and I appreciate him being accountable for this mistake.

Service and food are top notch! Finest dining in Corona and IE hands down! The yellow mellow cocktail is the best as well. I drank it and forgot to take a photo.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. We started with the grilled artichoke - we loved it. This review should just say "we loved it" afterwards each meal we ordered. The seasoning was perfect! The aioli: yum! Seared Ahi Tuna Salad - so delicious and not chintzy with the ahi or avocado. I had my husband help me finish it. It was quite a healthy portion. Maple Salmon (Entree) with sautéed asparagus (picked to perfection) and au gratin potatoes - my husband loved it and I must say I tasted it and thought it was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. French Onion Rib Eye (sandwich) with truffle fries - devoured - we all agreed it had a spectacular flavor. Tagliatelle with short ribs- a rich and delicious meal. Tasty with extra to take home to enjoy later. Dessert: cheesecake with cherries jubilee! What a treat! We all had a bite... or two or three ... very good. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner! The service was very good as well, friendly, prompt and polite! Superb all around. We hope to be back soon!

My first time to experience the newly open restaurant... The service was very friendly and very accommodating. Love the new set up ambience was very classy and upscale. The food excellent perfectly cooked cuisine and the taste was amazing. The wine selection was huge. Excellent for date night or to celebrate Whatever the occasion.

We had our Christmas party and Brian was our waiter. This is the first MUST GO TO restaurant in Corona. The food is amazing and high quality. This isn't your typical steakhouse. Whoever planned their menu has an eye for detail, don't even think about asking for salt and pepper, you won't need it. Brian was amazing and detail oriented as well. Already reaching out to book for next year (hello manager make sure you book us I left details with the staff). Come on Corona peeps, support this place, it's well deserved.

A Little Piece of Heaven in the Inland Empire! Cisco Restaurant recently opened in Corona, and it's truly a gem! The food is outstanding, the drinks are delicious, and the service is absolutely impeccable. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, and the team went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. From start to finish, it was a perfect experience. Highly recommend this place--Corona is lucky to have it

I give 5 stars for the food and the service. The drinks were decent (we ordered the prickly pear margarita and the passion fruit mule). No complaints, but nothing to write home about. However, the food! We ordered the baked Brie w bacon jam and honey butter. Soo delicious! Loved the sweet and salty buttery flavors w the crostini. We ordered the porterhouse which came with two sides. We ordered it medium rare but it came out looking extremely rare like seared ahi tuna status. We hate sending food back but it was hard to get through the first slice so we asked just to cook it a bit more. It came back out looking more medium, however that did not ruin the tenderness of the filet side--it was like butter! Very delicious. I like that they serve it already cut up for you too. For the sides, we got the scalloped potatoes and the bruleed corn. So delicious! My only complaint about the potatoes is that the portion was so tiny! The corn was so unique and so delicious. It was a good portion size. Loved that our waiter did not hesitate to recommend that side dish. They served a complimentary two bite dessert for our anniversary and it was a nice gesture and perfect finish to an amazing meal. The service was great. Food came out quick, and our server made himself available to make sure every dish was satisfactory. His name was Rony.

The wedge salad is incredible but if you order, the ribeye is very thin not worth $48 do not recommend this place as a steakhouse the atmosphere is nice

Here at the soft launch (opened softly 2.5 weeks ago). Excellent food and service. The Cioppino is one of the best with amazing tomato soup based and extremely fresh seafood (bass, salmon, scampi [the best]), mussels, and shrimp). For the other dishes, I don't know as they aren't mine; but the shared fries were excellently done. Wife and I would love to come back if they are seasonal offerings.
