After breakfast at La Tarte Tropezienne, we walked up hilly streets to La Citadelle de Saint Tropez - Musee D'Histoire Maritime (Saint Tropez Citadelle, a Maritime History Museum in English). This citadelle is a 17th century Fort overlooking the Mediterranean which has partly been constructed into a maritime museum. Much of the fort has remained intact and the museum is located in one of the small doors inside the fort. It's very extensive and if i recall, 3 Euro's a person so really cheap compared to more famous museums in large cities. It's one of the central attractions in the town so it's a must see if you're visiting St. Tropez for more than a few hours.
