*Do yourself a favor by AVOIDING THIS PLACE*
While traveling in Germany, my family and I stayed at this hotel and it was the worst experience. The hotel staff did not care to provide any sort of customer satisfaction.
Prime example: I witnessed the hotel staff willingly giving out key cards to rooms without even checking the customer's identification to see if they are on the reservation. They just asked for the room number and then gave the key. How could anyone feel comfortable, safe, or secure after witnessing this?! To make matters worse, valuables went missing from our room. At the very end of our stay, we met with the manager of the hotel, which left a lasting impression of disgust. The audacity he had to bypass our complaint, rather leads straight to blame. The "prime representative" of this hotel lacks the qualities and characteristics to even call themselves a manager.
It would be believed that as a guest of a hotel, you should be treated as if you were VIP, or at the very least, you should be treated with decency and respect as a purchasing customer. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Citadines. After the treatment received at Citadines, I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it, and in-fact I am warning future travelers to avoid this place.
