This is a lovely hotel that used to be a Felix when it first opened. The rooms are set up like airplane classes, first, business, prem economy and economy. The hotel itself is a nice hotel to stay at but the best feature is the rooftop bar/lounge check in area. It has amazing views over both the airport and an open deck looking back towards Sydney city. Grab a coffee or beer and sit in the suspended egg chairs and watch planes take off and land all day ✈️ 🍻

This hotel has a lot of advantages, a great brand, location and design. The reception and food services are on the top floor with a great view over the airport. ||It has been our favourite hotel near the airport and we have stayed here several times. ||On this visit we were surprised at how run down it is. The first room we were sent to had drains that smelt. It also had rubbish in the corridor and the corridor had not been vacuumed. ||We paid to upgrade to a business room. It has holes in the carpet, the lounge chairs are stained and it has not been well cleaned. ||It is time to improve the cleaning and refurbish the rooms.

Fine for overnight stays if you need to get on an early flight. The first room they gave us was very small, and smelt strongly of sewage. The room doors and corridors could definitely use some paint, very chipped and old. They were happy to move us to a different room, which was fine anger didn’t smell. Being a wheelchair accessible room, it was larger. The room was clean and the bar and eating area accommodated well for self catering people as well as those buying at the cafe. No freshly cooked food here-all prepared sandwiches and meals in the fridge. For the price and our need for a simple clean room with a bed to sleep in, it was fine.

I stayed twice, booking due to price and 12-15 minutes walk from Sydney domestic terminal. What a super hotel, esp value for money. All the staff very obliging. The top floor chill out area/bar has superb views of the aircraft coming and going. |From the terminal it was tricky to find which level the path to hotels is at, but then the signposting is regular and Citidine has an unmissable neon sign at the top.

Staff were generally helpful and polite, with one who showed great initiative by offering an earlier check-in without being asked. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly. The hotel has a stylish design, with a reception and café on the top floor offering a nice aerial view of the surroundings. There are cosy spots to relax, along with several vending machines for snacks and drinks. A gym with both weights and cardio equipment is also available. Its close proximity to Mascot station—just minutes to key tourist areas—plus nearby car rentals, eateries, and supermarkets makes this a very convenient stay. It’s easily walkable to the domestic airport. Definitely great value for money.

To be expected with an airport hotel. I usually only stay at 5-star but this was paid for by the business. I do not expect such a huge step down from 4 to 5. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and arriving early at 1:30 for check in I have never been asked to pay $40 for early check in. If the room is ready what on earth is the $40 used for? The room was average with bland colours and water that runs out from the shower which I had to block with a towel. Breakfast was not too bad, they actually have some nice food options on the go for purchase and a really interesting vending machine all sorts of drinks it can make you. The service was very good I found. Very polite and respectful. Only thing I would say is bags should be taken up to the room.

The Hotel is conveniently located near Sydney domestic airport which is quite close the International Terminal. From the top floor where the reception and cafe is, you can watch planes land and take off. It has a wonderful view and the decor is instagram worthy. I asked for a room on a high floor and also had a fantastic view. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The room was fantastic for the price.

DO NOT STAY HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. After traveling for three hours, we arrived only to discover that we had accidentally booked the wrong night. To our dismay, we were informed that there were no rooms available, and we would need to contact Expedia for assistance. After travelling for 3 hours this situation was incredibly stressful, especially since all communication with Expedia had to be done via text. In my frustration, I approached a staff member to inquire about the availability of another room. When I learned that there were indeed rooms available, I was relieved and asked if we could pay the extra fee to stay. However, the manager on duty, Grace Nygeun, was incredibly rude. She interrupted the staff member while they were addressing my concern and was dismissive of my situation. Despite acknowledgment that it was an honest mistake, she showed no sympathy and insisted demanded we pay full price, with no possibility of a refund. I have never encountered such unhelpfulness in a hotel, particularly during such a stressful time, as we had a very early checkout scheduled for 5:30 am the next morning. As a result, we ended up paying $425 to stay at an BUDGET HOTEL. I hope that your hotel will take this feedback seriously, as it has left a lasting impression. I would advise potential guests to consider alternatives, such as the Stamford, Crown Plaza or Ibis, which are in close proximity. Expedia were misinterpreted and I believe that is due to the disrespectful manager on charge at the time Grace Hygeun. Your staff need TRAINING and the the way Grace behaved was unexpected.
