Deep dissatisfaction with the check-in experience and overall stay I encountered at this hotel, which regrettably was one of the worst I have ever had.
Upon arriving early in the morning, well before the standard check-in time, I explained my need for a quiet space to settle and conduct online work meetings. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member, Ari, rudely dismissed my request, stating that no such space was available. I was taken aback by his cold and unwelcoming attitude, especially as I had hoped for at least some basic assistance, such as a recommendation for a nearby café or business area, which one would expect for a business traveler. When I inquired further about the hotel's café or business center, Ari pointed me to a location behind the elevator walls but without any additional guidance. I then walked towards the cafe, and in contrast, the café staff greeted me warmly, highlighting a stark difference in hospitality within the same premises. After settling at the café and clarifying about the business rooms, I was informed I needed to return to the front desk to book these. Upon returning, Ari initially told me no rooms were available due to cleaning, but only after my insistence did he involve the café staff to assist. The difficulties continued at check-in where Ari appeared visibly disgruntled, initially unable to locate my payment despite my showing the invoice and explaining it was prepaid. His ongoing rudeness compelled me to escalate the matter to a manager, which then resulted in a gesture of two drink coupons.
Additionally, the room assigned to me was ok only, with some tiny flies in the toilet, stained walls and carpet, and a long strand hair on the pillow. I was there on business, for only a night, and by then I honestly can't be bothered. Great location from the airport, can't say the same about the (non)-service.
There are plenty of options around, take your money elsewhere.
