The hotel is a little old and the facilities are basic. The room was cold even though we switched to heater mode. No tissue boxes or stationary provided. Housekeeping was good, but they didn't vacuum my room during my 4 nights here. Location was not too bad.

This was my 4th stay at Citadines St Georges Terrace Perth and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent—close to everything in the city, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Great value and a convenient choice for a Perth city visit. I’ll definitely be back again!

I picked this hotel for our weeks stay in Perth, due mainly to the reviews I had read, and its location. It was a very good choice. Checking in was very simple, and quick. Staff on the desk was excellent, always had a minute for a chat every time we came in and out.. Room was very good, clean, comfy, and quiet. Shower was excellent.. The location is excellent, within waking distance for many of the local attractions, and the free transport was brilliant. Many great coffee shops within a stones throw, and places to eat in the evening. The laundry was very useful, as we were on a months holiday around Australia and the Far East. Also having a fridge, for milk, beer, orange juice etc was a bonus. As with many hotels now, lack of cupboard space is always an issue. Great value for money hotel.

Glad to have picked Citadines on my solo trip to Perth! Right smack in the middle of CBD with almost everything accessible. Thank you for the birthday gift as well. The front desk team has been welcoming and helpful! :) Sad that my trip is coming to an end soon but thank you Perth and Citadines team for making my birthday a memorable one! ❤️

Everything was perfect during our stay. Staff were extremely courteous. Room comfortable and the location central to everything in town. The only issue I had, though this is not a complaint, the bath tub in the toilet is really dangerous for older folks. It represents an ice skating rink when taking a shower. It is an accident waiting to happen. I recommend that before it does, please put anti skid mats in the bath tub.

Stayed for one night in room 304 whilst in the city for a show at the Convention Centre. Very convenient location, short walk to restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious and comfortable. Large comfy bed, small kitchenette, large bathroom with spa bath. However, the glass door on the shower was extremely narrow, wouldn't want to be a plus sized person, could make things a bit tricky. Hot shower with good water pressure. Unattractive view of neighbouring building. Very friendly and welcoming reception. Nice welcoming gift for being a ASR member. Reasonable value compared to some other Perth hotels. Would stay again at the right price.

Yelp
Ended up in Perth for a few days for work and Perth being Perth, all our preferred hotels were booked out. All we could find was this place. My requirements for a hotel to stay in for work are quite simple - It has a bed and its clean. The Somerset filled both those criteria nicely. It was also cheap (for a Perth hotel) and pretty comfortable. Their restaurant was a great surprise. We rocked in there quite late after a hard day and really didn't expect much. The food though was excellent and reasonably priced. We had a really nice meal. The only downside I found was the cost of the in room network connection which was extortionate. Its more serviced apartments than a regular hotel (which means each of the rooms has a fridge and a sink) but you really couldn't prepare a meal or anything there. Not in the cheap rooms anyway. Apparently the more expensive ones have more facilities. They are a good size though and the bed was huge. it was two doubles pushed together so you could easily sleep 4. The more expensive rooms are bigger and would sleep more people. It would be a good place to stay if you had a bunch of friends who wanted to see Perth on the cheap and didn't mind sharing.
