Stayed for three nights here and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Location is strategic. Room was perfect, couldn’t hear any street noises. Bathroom is massive (the doors required some getting used to) and nice. Receptionists were always happy to help. Will definitely be our first choice when we go to Perth again.

I stayed here for 4 nights.. and really satisfied with everything. The staffs, the room, the location. Staffs were all nice..easy check in..even helped us to early check in + late check out. The cleaner always make up my bed and clean the dishes. Room is spacious.. with bed, sofa, table, kitchen, and big shower room with bathtub. Also it has iron and hair dryer. The location itself is really close to bus stop and train station, malls, and good cafes. I will definetely stay here again when come back to Perth. Thank you to all nice staffs here.. 🙏

Stayed here as a couple for 4 nights.|Had high expectations for this hotel considering the high price level.|Well located hotel right in the center of Perth. Walking distance to most things. Kitchen and a washing machine.|Less good check in experience on the night between 28 to 29 Feb at 2 am when a male receptionist took 45 minutes to arrange a room for us. We ended up getting room 802 which was supposed to be one of their best. However, we had to pay for the upgrade even though we have free upgrade as a bonus on our booking as Expedia gold members.|The room is designed as an office. Very impersonal decor. Windows that are too high to see out and that could not be opened.|The cleaning was inadequate as we found forgotten pens and sweets under the sofa cushions, as well as long hairs in the bathroom.|The cleaning lady also entered the room even though we put a do not disturb sign on the door.|Very responsive between the rooms. Woke up to the neighbors ML. Not nice to have to listen to this. Also experienced that several women who did not live at the hotel came to visit the different men who lived next door to us. Gave us a bad feeling.|A less good experience at this hotel. Not recommended for tourists, only for business travelers. Missed TLC a lot.

Traveling couple who stayed for 4 nights. The hotel feels more like an apartment hotel for businessmen and long-term residents,||Unfortunately, it didn't get off to a good start. Check in took 40 minutes and we were charged for an upgrade even though we are gold members on Expedia where this is included.||Prons|Centrally located hotel in Perth|Walking distance to shops and local transport.|Washing machine.|Kitchen.|Whirlpool bath||Cons|Soft bed.|No breakfast is available.|Poorly cleaned find long hairs in the toilet. |The sofa not cleaned under the cushions.|Very responsive between the rooms. Woke up to the neighbors ML. Not nice to have to listen to this.|Lots of running in the corridor with women who don't seem to live in the hotel.

We booked two-connecting rooms as there were four of us travelling (3 adults + 1 child). Location is pretty good (close to city centre and tourist attractions), although there is no dedicated drop-off area. The room size suit us as we only needed to stay for one night - clean, with small kitchenette. I would say that this is still okay for a short-term stay,

Slighly tired complex just off the centre of town. Large bedroom with a big bed, unfortunately the duvet had a sheet each side of the duvet not a duvet cover, not very pleasant! Big single glaze none opening windows overlooking St Georges Terrace, which was noisy in the evenings through the week but ok on the weekend.|Small bathroom with a large window between the bathroom and bedroom! Large shower with a high step into it, but good water pressure. Separate toilet, with a narrow doorway into it off the bathroom.|Good size wardrobe, with safe.|Air con worked, but is complicated.|No parking, on street only|Two lifts|Lovely helpful staff

Comfortable, clean, and great staff. The city views advertised were nothing to be excited about (it’s just a CBD) and there were no bells or whistles. A convenient place to stay but nothing special. We wished there was a breakfast option either there or nearby.
