Cité Hotel

Love love love this hotel. I have stayed here for weeks at the time for work and the staff was always super friendly, the bicisenda such a great spot, and they lended me bicycles. Their soap, shampoo and conditioner ny favorite brand and their food outstanding as well. This place made extended business travel feel good.

Excellent stay with cite. Every employee is very kind. The rooms are great. The accommodations are wonderful.

The hotel was lovely. I arrived at 5am after a trans-Atlantic flight and reception were ready for me. The rooms were large and clean, bathroom nice. Room had a safe which is always useful. Rooftop pool was a welcome refresh. Breakfast was nice, there was a selection of fruits and an omelette station. Coffee and refills served regularly. There is also a Starbucks on site. 5-10 mins walk away was a buzzing area of lovely restaurants and bars. Overall very happy with my choice.

Amazing place! Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms. Even as the receptionist messed up our (free until 3pm) late checkout (his colleague thought we forgot to leave) they were not doing any fuss about it. There is no place for stopping & unloading a taxi... prettty bad as you need to stop on the main road.

A nice hotel with very service minded staff. Always ready to help and are very positive. Tho there is a language barrier from Colombian/ Spanish to English, they try their very best to understand and be helpful. The problem is easily solved with Google Translate. The location of the hotel is very good. It is near a park, supermarket, grocery stores and shopping centre - all within 10-15 minutes of walk. The hotel food is good, specially their breakfast buffet. I will recommend this hotel for holiday accommodation.

I booked Cité hotel at the last minute and so happy that we did! The staff and front desk were all very accommodating, and helpful. The room is spacious and clean with various amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. When I was emailing the hotel they answered very promptly and answered any questions. Great location in the Bogotá Center of many parks, restaurants, and cafes. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I stayed at the hotel one night with a friend, the rooms were good and the location as well. However at the time that we left we drop a important card for a friend to pick up at the main desk with the name and phone number, now the card is gone and apparently no one has seen the card That detail shows that the hotel is not honest and clear on his actions and that the employees are thiefs dressed with suit.
