I had a exceptional stay at the Citizen. Everything is brand new in this nice hotel. But what truly stands out is their service. Upon check-in, the staff took their time and gave me a 5-min tour of the hotel and showed me all the gorgeous paintings and art works. The staff really took pride of the hotel and knew about it inside out. Upon check-out, I noticed I left my USB cable in the room by accident. Once I called the hotel, the front desk staff along with the cleaning staff took their time to search for it and handed it back to me. It was truly a great experience because the staff members truly care about the guests. Kudos to the front desk and cleaning staff at the Citizen Hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at Citizen House! The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in — modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The little touches, like quality toiletries and cozy linens, really made a difference. Also, the location was super convenient for exploring the area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to explore downtown OKC!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Citizen House during the Memorial Marathon weekend, and our visit was absolutely delightful! The hotel is truly exceptional, providing top-notch accommodations and amenities. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic food and drinks at the club. I have stayed at the hotel twice and have more stays booked for upcoming work trips. Kathy and all of the staff are very welcoming and accommodating in the hotel and club. Pretty baller and swanky private social club with meeting/recreation rooms, dining facilities and other amenities if you join as a member. Right across the street from the OKC Memorial and adjacent to Chef JK as well. Check it out!
