"This private members' club and boutique hotel occupies three floors of a downtown tower, designed by Michaelis Boyd with electric blues, mismatched patterns, and rich textures. Sixteen apartment-style rooms function as residences rather than typical suites, with the largest spanning nearly 1,000 square feet with a freestanding tub, while Corner Suites capture skyline and National Memorial views through wraparound windows. Chef Miguel Acosta runs the kitchen, turning out seared regional proteins and refined small plates. The Living Room pours seasonal cocktails, and a speakeasy behind an unmarked door handles late-night drinks and karaoke.
