I couldn't have chosen a better place. I stayed 9 nights and enjoyed every moment. I selected an inner room looking out on the courtyard which was larger and more convenient for a longer stay. The bedding is of very good quality including the pillows and the room comforts controls are reliable. I also enjoyed the quiet sitting area in the mezzanine.|Great staff, housekeeping, location. Recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The location was convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s very innovative — the entire room is controlled by an iPad, allowing you to easily manage the air conditioning, blinds, and mood lighting from one place. The hotel has a full bar and restaurant, and the lobby is very comfortable. It’s a great space to relax while waiting for check-in or even after check-out. The location is excellent, located at the quieter end of Jalan Alor Night Market. There are many nearby convenience stores, restaurants for daytime dining, and several proper massage places. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was consistently friendly, helpful, and positive — including the housekeeping team. The beautiful and artistic lobby décor adds even more charm to the experience.

If you don’t need a gym and pool, this is a great place to stay. Budget price but 4 star feel. Situated in Bukit Bintang and next Jalan Alor Night Market, this place allows the visitors to explore the vibrancy of the city centre. All the beds here are king-sized, so potentially can fit in 3 pax for Asian family. Room size is small though so not for big shoppers. Love the quirky decor and contemporary art displays at the reception and library areas. It’s a charming & stylish place. You can control the room lighting, air con, curtains and tv using the iPad in the room. Quite fun to be able to change the colors and ambience of the lighting. Parking is free and located at the back of the building. Just need to tell the guard you are checking in and he will allow you in. Remember to register your car plate number at the reception. As in many other hotels in busy areas, room may not be ready at check in time. Check in process is easy. Check out is 11am which is a little early. Request politely and they may extend it for you. No kettle or coffee/tea in the room. But you can get hot water at the kitchen area near the reception. Ironing facility is in a common area. Had some trouble with the door handle but it was fixed swiftly. Spoilt for choices when it comes to food nearby. Food in Jalan Alor is tourist price. With some research you can find some gems within walking distance. My list is: Limapulo Terrace (Peranakan), Istanbul Bites inside Ansa Hotel (Turkish), Damascus (Sharwarma), Mon Chinese Beef Roti. For best massage , head to Ayu Borneo Elite inside the Ansa Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the food street, night life and Chinatown. There are stores to the left and the right of the hotel as well as places to eat. Everyone at the hotel was courteous and always spoke. Herman provided top notch service from beginning to end. My only gripe is that you can't eat outside food in the lounge/sitting area. I found that odd as the rooms are already compact. The rooms themselves are better than I envisioned, the shower was hot and had great pressure. The bed was the perfect size and comfy. The iPad was iffy sometimes with the TV but I loved that I could connect my phone to the TV, control the blinds, lights and A/C unit. Definitely a 9/10, hopefully now that Marriott has taken over they will make the outside food eating change, the lobby is beautiful and spacious.

Firstly location it was good. It's walking distance to Jalan Alor food street, Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport. It's also opposite the famous Chongqing Hotpot. Service is generally good, except for one staffs on duty that told us we were only limited for 2 bottles of water per day. I mean every hotel that we went, didn't limit us for drinking water. Room wise, it was very well renovated and clean. Shower water pressure was really good, together with the adjustable ambient light. However, the video casting on TV does not work.

Honestly the location was one of the only good things about this place. The rooms were cozy enough for a Solo traveler. But there were several issues with my room and when I told the staff they did not get corrected even when they said they did. One was that the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. I asked them to fix it and clean the room for me while I left and when I returned the room had not been cleaned. Additionally they charged me an extra $75 USD in error. If I would not have caught the issue they would have charged me. I don't think I would return back to this hotel.
