Thank you so much for such a wonderful few days in Paris. The crew truly elevated the experience; everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. It made a real difference to feel so genuinely welcomed and comfortable.||The staff made me feel genuinely welcome; they were friendly, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my stay. Their warmth and attention to detail added an unexpected but much-appreciated layer of comfort.||||I used to be a loyal JW guest, but over the years, those stays started to feel a bit too stiff and pretentious. I’ll be back and will recommend it to friends who want something that feels both welcoming and genuine.

The reason why I decided to choose this hotel is because 1) has an elevator, 2) air conditioning, and 3) it’s location. From the photos, it looked like a nice trendy hotel with a great view on the rooftop bar. Once there, everything was exactly as mention on their website. Checkin/checkout extremely easy and quick. Staff are super helpful and courteous. Love that they had an umbrella to use because it rained during the duration of our stay. From our location we were able to walk to the most of Paris landmarks (Arc de triomphe, trocadero, effiel tower, louvre, notre dam and still have time to do some shopping in one day.

Great service ! I can not stress enough how good these people are. We are thankful for their service. Pros: Excellent service, great location. Everything works inside the room. Interesting decoration. Cons: The rooms are really small, it is like a cruise ship cabin stateroom. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was very acid.

I booked that hotel for my daughter. She absolutely loved it. It was perfect for a single traveler. Location is right off champs Élysées close to everything and super safe. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to give an exceptional experience at check in. She will be back!!!

You can't beat this place as far as location. Smack in the middle of the Champs Elysee and close to a train stop (FDR). This IS a tiny room!! The toilet is adjacent to the shower and behind a glass, frosted door. As far as sound goes, there isn't much privacy when you go to the bathroom. The sink is out in the open. There is room for one suitcase, but no place to put a second suitcase. The bed is against three walls. If you are sleeping with a partner, somebody has to crawl over the other if you need to get up in the middle of the night. We kept asking for a second blanket every night and kept being told "we don't have any." We were also told when we arrived that they had a pool, but I will chalk this one up to a language barrier. This hotel doesn't have a pool. The outdoor space and rooftop deck are a nice feature. Breakfast for 20 euros per person is decent. Not great, but decent. This room is great for one person. For two, I would think twice before I rent it next time I come to Paris. Friendly staff!

Love this place. Second time staying here. Two words..... very cool 😎 Location and service is spot on, have never had any complaints. You are right in the middle of everything. Good food here too, breakfast is great! Cocktails at the cloud bar watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle is perfect! Take. Me. Back.

We stayed at citizenM Paris Champs-Élysées from August 1–5th to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you goes to Gabriel, who truly went above and beyond. When he found out we were visiting for a birthday, he and his team surprised my daughter with a thoughtful birthday treat that made her feel so special. It was such a kind gesture and really made our stay memorable. The rooms are compact—as expected in Paris—but very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps from the Champs-Élysées, making it easy to explore the city. Thank you to Gabriel and the entire citizenM team for your hospitality and for making our trip so meaningful. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location—most major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. While the rooms are on the smaller side, this seems typical for many European hotels.
