This hotel is exceptional |The best people working there made my stay so good. It was a long trip - my colleague and I were there for 4 weeks in August. |Very comfortable room, great shower, good WiFi and tech in the room. ||But all of that is nothing compared to the super friendly and dedicated staff. |They all deserve praise but special shout out to Rosie and Victoria. ||Som things that could be improved? |Fried eggs at breakfast! And the evening menus seem to be aimed at be traveller arriving late and just wanting a pizza or light bite. |That said the cheeseboard and charcuterie boards were very good.|But the other food items were kind of ready meal type. Tasty I guess but not really hotel food. ||Apart from that I could not be more pleased with the place and I will go again. ||Thank you

Really nice hotel! Excellent location in La Defense, right beside La Defense Arena and a short walk to the shopping district nearby. |I arrived at the hotel late at night and was very tired. I was welcomed by a lovely hotel staff member named Rosie, who was very friendly and helpful and showed me how everything worked (you can control everything in your room from the iPad beside the bed!). As a result, as soon as I arrived in my room, I was able to settle in and set up nice pink mood lighting! ||The Wifi is extremely fast, way better than usual hotel wifi. The design of the rooms is very modern, and there's a huge soundproof window with blackout blinds. ||I will be happy to stay at a CitizenM hotel for my next trip!

Very weird hotel for hipsters. The rooms are extremely small and lack even the most basic amenities like a wardrobe. The sink is outside the bathroom, in the middle of the room. For some reason there is no water or glasses in the room - you need to take a trip to the bar in order to get some - I have never seen anything like this. You can't turn the aircon off, and during the night it is loud. You cannot pay anything with cash. And, again, the rooms are smaller than a ship cabin. For a price of 200+ EUR per night, this is ridiculous. The staff is friendly, but you hardly ever interact with anyone. Everything is done through screens and pads... I would definitely not visit this place again and do not recommend it to anyone. Especially not for the absurdly high rates they are charging.

The hotel is very modern design and just opposite the La Defence Arena. It’s convenient to stay if you are attending any event at the Arena. But it’s a bit too far from the metro and train station. I don’t like the aircon was running so loud at night , and couldn’t turn it off. My room was at 9th floor and water was very small for taking shower. The staffs were extremely friendly.

I had a really good stay! The hotel is clean, safe, nice and close to the arena. I felt really good and did not have to worry about safety. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful! The commute to central Paris is very convenient. There is a shopping centre 10min walk if you need some quick shopping!

I have stayed in this hotel twice due the good proximity of the business area of La Defense. I'm already planning that on my next business trip I will stay there again. Breakfast options are good, room is nice and the service/care from all employees are AMAZING. Specially to Karen Purger who took care of all of our Brazilian colleagues on the business trip, speaking Portuguese with us, sharing some local recommendations and making sure our stay was perfect. The plates on the hotel are nice as well, specially the Pizza. Water is free and you have options to 'rent' for free an umbrella for 2 days (just make sure to return it).

A pleasant travel experience is shaped by many factors, and the hotel is definitely one of the most important. Our trip to Paris and the decision to stay at this hotel turned out to be a great choice. We happened to arrive during a heatwave, and after long walks and fully enjoying the city, coming back to a cool, quiet, modern, and tech-savvy hotel room felt like a true delight. The room was beautifully designed, super comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. The self-check-in system at reception is very convenient. There's also a bar open until 1 a.m., which is perfect if you arrive late in the evening. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. The room itself is well-equipped and everything can be controlled via tablet – lighting, temperature, blinds, and even the TV. The bed is large with clean linens, a soft mattress, fluffy pillows, and a cozy blanket. Thanks to the climate control system, the temperature was always just right. The bathroom was spotless and came with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. There were also big, soft towels. Daily cleaning is available upon request. A large window offered a beautiful view, and the room was extremely quiet. The blackout system allowed for complete darkness, which was great for taking a nap during the day. There’s also a TV and a safe in the room. We chose a small room, but it was perfectly sufficient for two people — everything is designed efficiently and with comfort in mind. The hotel lobby has cozy seating areas where you can relax or work, and there’s also a terrace. The design throughout the hotel is modern and stylish. You can leave your luggage after check-out and explore the city before heading off — this service is free of charge. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Complimentary drinking water is available at the bar and can be taken to your room — a huge bonus during hot days. The hotel fits perfectly into the design and atmosphere of the La Défense district.

Had a great stay at citizenM La Défense😊Modern design, super comfortable bed, and a very clean room. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the lounge had a lively atmosphere. Perfect location for both business and visiting Paris. Highly recommend👍

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The management and staff are so cheerful, helpful and upbeat, and genuinely kind - they made our 2 week stay both this summer and last summer for our daughter's summer program at Paris Opera Ballet School a delight. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, and to help with anything we needed. Rooms are cozy, but modern, efficient and well-appointed- tablet to control window shades, lights/color scheme, ChromeCasting. Lovely breakfast and 24 hour snacks and beverages, varied dinner menu with something for everyone - we loved the pizza and cocktails. Lots of great hangout and work spaces in lobby. Several restaurants steps away from hotel, and the Westfield mall and train station a short walk away - we were able to hop on the train to downtown Paris so easily. Overall an amazing hotel, run by lovely people.

Staff is to busy socializing among themselves. They pay no attention to guests. Should have stayed at the Westin.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I traveled to France to attend a concert that was taking place at the Paris La Defense Arena right next to this hotel which made it the perfect choice for my stay. All the employees of the hotel speak English which is great for tourists who are not fluent French speakers. They were all so helpful to me during my stay from the moment of checking in to the time I checked out the next morning. And by the way, you check in and check out by yourself at one of the computers at the front desk! The hotel rooms have three different outlets (EU, UK, and US) so I was able to charge my phone without using an adapter. One cool feature about the room is that the lights, the blinds, the TV and other features are controlled by an iPad. For security, your room number is not on your key card and you are able to keep your key card after you leave which you can use at a different CitizenM hotel in the future or as a luggage tag! I'd also like to mention that while their breakfast comes with an extra cost, it's worth it as they have many delicious selections! I could only stay at this hotel for one night, but I will definitely be staying at another CitizenM hotel when I travel again! I would like to thank all of the employees for welcoming me during my stay and being attentive to all of my needs!

Worked with Mathilde and she was amazing! Always kept me updated and easy to work with. She helped me host a Paris offsite happy hour event and everyone had an amazing time on the Terrance, enjoying the sunset with wine and delicious food. Service was outstanding and all the guests enjoyed their time in Paris!

Very nice hotel, with very kind staff. Clean, spacious and with a nice bar. For this quality, he prices of the hotel are very low. Highly recommended.
