I have stayed in this hotel twice due the good proximity of the business area of La Defense. I'm already planning that on my next business trip I will stay there again. Breakfast options are good, room is nice and the service/care from all employees are AMAZING. Specially to Karen Purger who took care of all of our Brazilian colleagues on the business trip, speaking Portuguese with us, sharing some local recommendations and making sure our stay was perfect. The plates on the hotel are nice as well, specially the Pizza. Water is free and you have options to 'rent' for free an umbrella for 2 days (just make sure to return it).

A pleasant travel experience is shaped by many factors, and the hotel is definitely one of the most important. Our trip to Paris and the decision to stay at this hotel turned out to be a great choice. We happened to arrive during a heatwave, and after long walks and fully enjoying the city, coming back to a cool, quiet, modern, and tech-savvy hotel room felt like a true delight. The room was beautifully designed, super comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. The self-check-in system at reception is very convenient. There's also a bar open until 1 a.m., which is perfect if you arrive late in the evening. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. The room itself is well-equipped and everything can be controlled via tablet – lighting, temperature, blinds, and even the TV. The bed is large with clean linens, a soft mattress, fluffy pillows, and a cozy blanket. Thanks to the climate control system, the temperature was always just right. The bathroom was spotless and came with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. There were also big, soft towels. Daily cleaning is available upon request. A large window offered a beautiful view, and the room was extremely quiet. The blackout system allowed for complete darkness, which was great for taking a nap during the day. There’s also a TV and a safe in the room. We chose a small room, but it was perfectly sufficient for two people — everything is designed efficiently and with comfort in mind. The hotel lobby has cozy seating areas where you can relax or work, and there’s also a terrace. The design throughout the hotel is modern and stylish. You can leave your luggage after check-out and explore the city before heading off — this service is free of charge. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Complimentary drinking water is available at the bar and can be taken to your room — a huge bonus during hot days. The hotel fits perfectly into the design and atmosphere of the La Défense district.

Used to be an avid fan of Citizen M - and to some degree still am - but I think they have lost their plot with their sky-high prices and no change in their offerings. I would rather go to standard (even ageing) hotels - because at the prices CitM charges - I can get a better experience, a bigger room, more service aand overall more value for money than at CitizenM. Dont get me wrong - they have potential - but somewhere along the line they have missed the affordable luxury tag and balance! Also clogged bathrooms, stained floors etc - did not give a great feeling! They should be feeling like a new kid on the block - but they are starting to have the same aged experience of other hotels! So, to sway an avid business traveler like me - they need to either up their offerings or sink their prices. The latter is very unlikely - so if they dont do the former then they lose customers like myself! ||Also beds were too soft for my liking and too high! This is still a place that is an upgrade from a hostel - but at prices of 4-5 star hotels! I would rather you search out prices of 4-5 star hotels as I wouldnt mind paying a 10-20% higher rate for a proper 4-5 star than for Citizen M. They are a decent - boutique hotel category - with a 4 star lobby and look but a 3-star room and offering in general in my view. And I stay a LOT in hotels - of different sizes, stars and types - so I know what I am talking about :)

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel due to its convenient access to the business area in La Défense. This time, however, I noticed a few things I didn’t like: no slippers in the room, no bottled water provided, also water at breakfast was not included and had to be paid for it separately and the shower in the room had an issue, making it difficult to use properly. I understand the minimalist concept, but in this case, it feels taken to the extreme considering the price paid. The staff was quite friendly—nothing to complain about there. Thank you and hope you will consider to improve this in the future.

Best hotel to stay at if you're visiting Paris! Awesome vibe and friendly staff. Rona was amazing and made my check-in seamless. She explained the house rules clearly and gave great recommendations. I’ll definitely be back!

Impressive modern hotel. The rooms were topnotch and clean. Very kind people guiding and explaining everything. All is connected and smart controlled over a tablet in the room (lights, tv, bathroom light effects). Overall, it was a great experience, only a little hard to get to from the airport (we came with a private taxi extremely expensive).

THE BEST hotel I've stayed in, anywhere. The staff members were all young, friendly, helpful, and unpretentious. The room looks small, and it is, but there's zero wasted space. It has everything you could want: king bed, closet, blow dryer, safe, even a mini-fridge! It was perfect for a solo traveler, but might be cramped for a couple.

I really loved this quirky hotel. it was super clean and comfortable. The rooms were gorgeous and loved my view of the grande arche. It was so close to the venue for our business trip at la defense arena. Loved the little signs everywhere super cute. The breakfast was great and the dinners too, really tasty food with healthy options too. All the staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Nicholas for looking after us so well in the bar/restaurant area, very helpful and friendly. Only thing I wish they had is a kettle in the room as I really missed that.
