I went there to do a wire transfer. The teller was nice and helpful but she told me that the banker will have her lunch and I should wait for her to finish approximately 45 minutes saying that wire transfer takes 1 hour and I should have scheduled an appointment. I explained that it was urgent but the banker didn't want to help. I withdrew the money and went to Chase bank which is right next to it without appointment and they did the wire transfer in 10 minutes. I don't recommend this place.

I recently called the Citizens Bank Union Square branch and Anahi who answered the phone was extremely professional and helpful. She provided clear information and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated her courteous assistance.I recommend this location by far.

Been coming here for a few months now as my office relocated. Isabelle is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The security guard is also one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life.

I had an excellent experience with the staff here. They were competent, attentive, patient, and supportive while helping us navigate an issue. It's rare these days to encounter staff who are both knowledgeable and genuinely considerate when resolving problems. They dedicated the necessary time, provided clear explanations, and significantly eased the resolution process. In a remarkable display of commitment, they even escorted me across the street to my primary bank branch to help address an unusual situation in person, determined to see the issue resolved under their care. While dealing with banking issues is inherently stressful, this team's fantastic, positive support was exceptional. I offer my sincere thanks for their competence, empathy, and outstanding resourcefulness!

I am completely thrilled and grateful for the incredible customer service of Sharmela Ramcharran. It’s personalized service and Shamela really cares about you as a person. I have heard of banking like this 100 years ago and have never personally experienced it. So kind and considerate. Terrible experience. 28 min exactly to make a deposit, they have no idea what there doing and than passing me around to different teller. In the end they didn't even apologize they just thought its normal to take 28 mins to deposit cash in a persons account

Only one teller working when there is 6 people on line. Terrible customer service. This is a branch on E 16 and Kings Highway. Branch Manager was no where to be found.

I got cash here once from the ATM!
